This was a fun story. The Misadventures Series is one of my favorite series'. Adventures of a SuperHero was a sexy fun read.

What a wonderful story! This series only gets better with every book and Misadventures with a Super Hero was HOT!!!

I loved Reece and Emmalina; they had great chemistry and a quirky storyline that will have readers constantly laughing out load. Reece has some serious commitment issues to get past, but in the process of saving the world, Emmalina is not about to let crap like that get in the way of a possible HEA.

I would remind readers that this series is labelled “High romance, low plot” so don’t be disappointed if there isn’t quite the amount of background you would usually expect from this talented array of authors. The stories are a lot of fun and a great way to let your mind escape into the inconsequential.

This book was not good. I didn't enjoy it. ... I tried to turn the previous two sentences in as a review, alas, NetGalley told me it was too short. I just, I felt the plot was ridiculous. Like, it you glow, and you're worried you're going to hurt someone (for no reason other than you glow) maybe you should get that checked out. The "Hero" is a millionaire. Surely he could hire a doctor on the down low, but no. He just decides he's going to be a super hero, and MAYBE be radioactive on the side. Like. He could afford to get that checked out. And also, why isn't he more worried about taking down the person that kidnapped him? Instead, he SETS UP A LUNCH MEETING WITH HER. Like, really? Yeah, so... I didn't like this book.

Misadventures with a Super Hero is a very good story. It was easy to follow, it had some action, and steaminess. The characters were great. Highly entertaining!

I loved the humour in this book, I liked the characters a lot and I was super satisfied with this one.
Emmalina and Reece are perfect for each other, I really enjoyed the length of the stories in this series, I want my very own superhero (!!!)
This is my very first book I have read by Angel Payne, I really enjoyed myself. I love that the series are focuses on lots of romance, it’s totally cool when that is something I love. Erotica says my name all over it.
Following the other stories in the series, the writing is fantastic and the flow of the story is perfect for what it is.

Received an ARC from NetGalley for a honest review What can I say...I am not into Sci-Fi books but this book exceeded all my expectations! I felt as if Emma was my best friend. I could feel the attraction between her and Reece and knew it was meant to be! The relationship between them grew to a need that forced them together in a world were their love can be seen from the stars! Definitely would love to have the author expand further on the ever after! Great work

Deadpool meets romance

Angel Payne came up with an interesting premise for a sexy romance. Without giving up too much of the story, Reece a not so likable playboy when the story begins grows into a much more likable person once he gets his super powers. He changes and becomes a more well rounded person when Emma comes into his life. She too grows and benefits from their relationship. If you like serious sexy and some fun adventure this would be a great read to add to your TBR list.

It starts out with the typical rich boy chasing hot girl. Then comes trouble with a capital T. What happens next is awful but Reece comes away from it determined to give back some good to the world. Emma works at the Hotel Brocade when she meets Reece a year later. His family owns the hotel and he’s in charge of it. Electricity is in the air and sparks fly when they meet. What a great imagination Angel Payne must have to come up with such a good storyline with Bolt as a super hero. I really loved how Emma stepped up and showed how strong she was when she was told the truth about Reece and Bolt. This is a very good book. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book that I received from Netgalley.

Misadventures of a Super Hero fits right in with the rest of the series. It's hot and steamy with that touch of action. Reece, man I loved him. I loved seeing the changes from start to end in him. The change is all good. Emmalina is a strong and sweet. She brings out the best sides of Reece. You can't help but want to be drawn into the electrifying chemistry these two have. I wish I could find my own super hero like Reece. This is a my first book by Angel Payne. I loved every minute of it. I couldn't put it down. Such an original read. This makes me want to pick up more. If you're looking for a different read especially in the realm of Sci-Fi/fantasy romance then pick this one up

I am going to be honest and say I was a little leary about reading this book. Angel is an erotic romance writer and visioning her pairing this up with a super hero theme... Hmmm, I was not a fan.... but I opened the Book and got lost. I was so caught up in the events and sexiness that everything fell away. Reece, YES PLEASE... Who could resist him after he gave into the fact that his need and identity did not matter. Help the panties around him but female list for Emma for not backing down and becoming the much needed support Reece needed internally.

This is my first book to read by Angel Payne. It did take me a bit to get into it, but once I did I really ended up loving the story. Emma and Reece are both great characters and have an amazing story line. This is actually my first super hero type book to read, so it was all new to me. I recommend reading this book.

This book is wild and crazy! Wild, out of control playboy turned super hero, it is a creative story line and just a wild ride of a book. Some of the story confused me and then I was mid way through the book and finally understood what happen to him and why he needed her so much. He didn't want or even ask for the power he got and yet it changed his life for the positive. Oh when he came to the rescue of Emma from the creepy guys in the train station it was so good. He saves her and takes her back to his place and it is just a sweet part in the book. The ending of the book really makes the story sweet and shows he had a lot of heart and really changed as a man.

Emma works the night shift in a fancy hotel in downtown L.A. She sees some crazy things but none quite as crazy as a Super Hero known as Bolt. People are taken with him no want to meet him. Emma is in a situation where she is saved by Bolt and finds out that he is her boss Reece Richards, who is a rich playboy. Emma has already had an intimate encounter with Reece when she finds out that he is Bolt. Now that she knows his secret will she be able to look past it and find a future? Will she always be looking over her shoulder for the crazy ex who helped to make him this way?

Some parts of the book were a little to out there for me, but I am not a huge fan of sci fi so that could be me. The story definitely had a different spin to it and I did like that. This is worth the read but if you are not a big sci fi fan you may think some of the parts are a little out there.

Prepare to suspend disbelief, then enjoy the rollercoaster ride between Mr Reece Richards and Miss Emmalina Crist as they battle evil and make sure the tourists to LA have a great stay at Richards Resorts. The sparks are definitely flying.

The book was fantastic! I absolutely loved it. I wiill recommend it to any and all of my adult friends.

Great read, entertaining and hot. A fun read highly recommended
