Being a physiotherapist , this book was so useful for me..... Anyone can understand on seeing the images itself....
Some of these excercises were very helpful but many of them were not applicable. This would be a good well suited to a practitioner too. The illustrations were pretty clear and easy to follow.
This is a book for professional of people that studied deeply the human body in the past, because to use this book to the full it's necessary a previous knowledge that I didn't unluckyly have.
Questo é un libro per professionisti che hanno studiato a fondo il corpo umano prima di utilizzare quanto scritto in questo manuale, purtroppo peró io non ho questa conoscenza anche se quanto spiegato dall'autrice sembra piuttosto interessante.
I could not read this book as it was not available in Kindle format and by the time I had worked out how to download using Aldiko it was not available to download. Disappointed I could not read this book.
This book just wasn't for me. I hoped that I would get some tips on how to stretch properly after a work out, especially because my neck feels really tight afterwards, but I just couldn't get through this book.
The layout of this book was great. Everything was easy to read and information was easy to find after one read through.
Thoroughly enjoyed learning all about bodywork. Thought I knew quite a bit already but this was a treasure trove of information.
Having been in and out of PT for over a year now, I was interested in this book. It didn't really address the specific issues that I've been having, but I went ahead and took it with me to discuss with the therapists. They do not put must stock into "hanky stuff" like this. That was interesting. I think, however, that for chronic issues in major muscle groups, this would be a concept worth exploring further.
I feel like this book took a more spiritual route than the path I expected it to take which was a let down.
A thorough and clearly-written guide that even a layperson like myself could learn from.
Sorry am unable to read and review this book as it is not in a mobi file format, which is a shame as I am really interested in this book due to having medical issues myself that this may have helped (EDS, Menieres Disease, Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, being the ones that I thought this book may have helped. Will the book ever be available in a moi format please? I would be interested to know if it is.
