Great NA romance with a side of mystery. This will keep you on the edge the entire read. Characters well developed and very likable. Cannot wait to read the next in the series!

This is my first novel by this author and I believe it might be my last. I did not get a chance to finish this novel. Based on the description, I was intrigued to say the least. But upon reading the novel (which I never finished) I didn't feel like the characters were mature enough and that the writing style was kind of all over the place and not very organized or well-written. I don't think I will be recommending this novel or author.

Ryder is my main love in this book. He is smart, responsible, and truly cares about people. Ivy had some tough breaks in life but she softened up at the end. I didn't like her "friends" too much even for ones she keeps at arms length. Ryder's brother, Griffin, seems like he has a great story to tell and I would love to read that one too with Mia. You are left with some unanswered questions about Ivy and her parents murder but overall the book does end well. Another plus of this book was Ivy's relationship with her grandma who has dementia. So many issues she has to deal with and with being poor they are very limited. I really felt for her. I received a free ebook in exchange for an honest review.

Needed 10 stars! Love story for the ages. Romance with a little bit of intrigue, amazing. This book will make you question destiny, fate, and forgiveness. Two young people meet and with it comes surprise, questions, and secrets. Ivy and Ryder fight their attraction but it is not easy, she tries to hide and he won't stop until he finds her; all of her. I cannot wait to read every book in this series. Thank you NetGalley and L.R. Olson for allowing me to read this book and write a honest review.
