This is one of the few authors I’ll double up on books with. Yes, I have the kindle version and paper back in this series. If you ever wanted to be on the edge of your seat and you love suspenseful paranormal romance, this is the series for you. This book has non-stop action, as with all her books in this series. This book did not disappoint me! I love walking in this Carpathian world that author Christine Feehan has created for us, she has arrogant alpha males, but of course these men have every right to be. They have lived hundreds of years and have fought the internal battle to not to become a vampire. All they need is to find their life mate, the second half to their soul to become one again. The author has given us another strong heroine, Emeline; she is the perfect life mate to our hero Dragomir. This book took use on an adventure with some twist, one surprise after another, and has left me itching to grab the next! Can’t wait to see who that story will be about! I loved that the author brought some of the old characters back and added some new. I’ve always felt all men should treat their women as good as the Carpathian men do and same goes for the woman. This is a really good read and I think if you like PNR than this book will be the perfect book for you.

A great book with a good story and great characters. It has a good mix of action and love scenes. I loved both main characters and the way they got together>

For my first book from this author, I am not disappointed but I am not quite a die hard fan... yet!

I feel that because this was book 27, I should most likely start from the beginning, though that alone is a huge commitment.

This book was written so well, and I am looking forward to trying out the authors other work. This for me felt like you have to read the following book, I did get along alright, but like any series you have to know the who's who of the world, I was always referring back to her website...

I loved the romance, and the world in this story, I legit has me excited to check out her early books. Filled with action and romance it was perfect balance for a PNR.

Dark Legacy, Christine Feehan's latest book in her Dark (Carpathian) series, features Dragomir and Emeline and it's a story that will have you hooked within the first few pages, keep you reading up way past when you should be sleeping and at the end, leave you feeling both relaxed, peaceful and happy from the tumultuous journey full of twists and turns and surprises that was taken as the couple strove to attain their happy ever after.
I can't wait to read more of Christine Feehan's books and I particularly am anxious to see what happens in the next installment of this captivating, thrilling, adventure packed series.
