Done Deal, the prequel to The Boardroom series is intriguing, erotic and sets the tone for rest of the series. Lynda Aicher starts this series off explosively and I cannot wait to get into the rest of this series and see how and where she is going to take us.
Tonight, it’s Trevor and Danielle and where their wildest fantasies take them. Unfortunately, there is more to the two of them then they let on. Both of them are strong, independent and have a past together that neither is willing to give in to. Trevor won’t surrender to his father. I had no idea why Danielle wouldn’t acknowledge her feelings for Trevor. The sex between them and the other’s in the Boardroom was explosive, yet controlled. They are both secretive and I can’t wait to see just what it is that they are hiding.
I am really looking forward to reading the rest of this series. I am definitely intrigued by, new to me, author Lynda Aicher. She knows how to move a story along and keep you interested. She really brought her A Game in this little novella. Sensual, stimulating and fascinating … welcome to The Boardroom where all your fantasies can come true.

Done Deal is the prequel novella for Lynda Aicher's erotica series The Boardroom. Here one of the founding members of this underground sex club, Trevor Jones, finally meets his match in more ways than one, in Danielle Barclay. So yes Done Deal is hot, with some BDSM elements but its also a good romance wherein two mature adults try to reconcile with their past, personal journeys to get to their HEA with yes a lot of sexy times. This is pure erotica at this point but it does have an intense emotional tone hinting a continued story between these two. Overall, this series is shaping up to be really good balancing both the erotica and romance aspect perfectly well.

A very short story with a hot storyline and steamy chemistry. Likeable characters that develop well.
How to have a fantasy come true and what to do next?
Enjoyable read that is worth the time.

As prequel novella goes, Done Deal was pretty damn hot. It does a fantastic job setting the tone for the series, which will be hot as hell. It also introduces a couple whose sexual tension was friggin' amazing. Readers will have to be patient with this one, though. While Done Deal does introduce us to Trevor and Danielle, it doesn't give us the full story. This is only the initial coming together for them, which I hope will lead towards a super sexy conclusion later on in the series. Hopefully that'll come sooner rather than later.

Done Deal was a quick and dirty introduction to the The Boardroom series. Emphasis on the dirty!

And while I truly enjoyed the passion and tension between Danielle and Trevor, I'm hoping for a bit more to their story and their past history and hopefully their future too. ~ Missy, 3.5 stars

For those who love men with power and kinky desires, this is the series for you. Ms. Aicher kicks off a brand new series reminiscent of Joey W. Hill's Knights of the Boardroom series. If you liked Ms. Hill's series, Ms. Aicher's series is definitely for you. Not sure what to expect, this series starts off with a tasty tidbit as the reader is introduced to the "Boardroom". This is a members only kink group where power players take control of their fantasies and make them come true. Taboo relations, possibly career ending if revealed, these high stake sex games are depraved and delightful.

First up is Trevor James finding Danielle Stables on the list. They know each other and their mutual attraction sets off fireworks. The sexual tension between the two is hawt. The dangers of being together add to the excitement. This story is fast paced and hits all the erotic hot spots. The characters are intriguing as the reader learns about this world and the rules of discretion. I can see this series being turned into a TV series on Showtime or Cinemax.

What is attractive about the kink sex here is the erotic power exchange. One could say this is just a dirty sex book. I would say, this is a sensual journey which tantalizes readers who are on the fringes of this business world. As someone who does work around powerful men and women in a global corporate company, it does make the imagination run wild with Ms. Aicher feeding it. This short story is recommended to kinky readers who love their glitterkink well written with hawt sex scenes.

Done Deal
by Lynda Aicher

I can’t say I loved Done Deal! I tried very hard to enjoy this story.
It just felt short for me. The storyline just lacked the connection of the characters.

This is a super hot and steamy introduction to a new series. It is also rather mysterious and promises more intrigue in understanding the history and hopefully future of the two main protagonists.

Just enough to get you hot under the collar and curious as to more... a teaser in the truest sense of the word.

Looking forward to this all being revealed!

To be able to fulfill your fantasies is something we all wish we could do, but what happens when we can? Can the fantasy become reality? Reading this, seeing how much Trevor and Danielle want each other, how they pleasure each other, it’s inevitable that their relationship is destined to become so much more.

The secrets they withhold from the other is all that is standing in their way of truly becoming happy.

When I read the summary of Done Deal, the story introducing Lynda Aicher’s new series The Boardroom, I was intrigued. There was no way I could resist a series about a boardroom that becomes a sexual playground after hours. I was immediately reminded me of Joey W. Hill’s Knights of the Boardroom series which has tons of kinky boardroom sex.

Done Deal is a short introduction to the series, a teaser if you will, in which we meet Trevor and Danielle. Trevor James is the company’s CEO and one of the founders of the Boardroom. He is excited when he sees that Danielle Stables on the guest list one night on the app that controls the Boardroom’s play. There is a deep and intense history between Trevor and Danielle that we can only guess at in this story. Their main interaction is in the boardroom for a night of pleasure and sexy play.

This one is a quick and dirty read that is mostly intended to introduce the series and to whet readers’ appetites for more. The bad news is that we all have to wait until later in the series to find out what happens after Trevor and Danielle’s night together. The good news is that the boardroom is hot and happening. There hasn’t been this much sex in the boardroom since the aforementioned Joey W. Hill series.

I really liked this book. It was super short but it left me wanting to read more. The boardroom sounds like such an adventure and thrill. I cant wait to see where their relationship goes.

This book is spectacular, from start to finish. Just loved it! I was so taken in by this book and the characters, I fell in love with them and felt like they where part of the family. Only wonderful, brilliant and amazing authors can do that and Lynda Aicher achieve it from the very first page. Definitely 10/10 with this book by her. The writing and the flow of this book is absolutely fantastic and you absolutely recommend it

This novella is a prequel to an erotica series which has a general premise of consenting adults having free-for-all sex in an office boardroom. The straight-laced girl inside of me freaks out at the thought and not just because of group sex. I mean, there's the uncomfortable furnishings and air conditioning in such rooms, and I'd never be able to stop worrying about cleaners and security men bursting into it.

The two main characters apparently have some sort of past and can't be together in their everyday lives. In the boardroom, however, they gravitate towards only the other, which isn't the point to the room but shows us they're in love or something. We get no resolution of whatever their problem was nor any explanation.

The book is short - basically just a sex scene - one that goes on maybe too long. I would have liked some sort of backstory reveal, or some scene featuring why the characters can't be together in their everyday real life.

Oh, and I took a star off for 'Trevor'. I mean, maybe it's different o/s but I can't think of a less sexy or romantic name than Trevor right now. (Sorry to all those Trevs in my life! LOL)

Novellas should make me rush out and buy the next in the series and/or something else written by the author. I'm not sure if that is really the case. However, if you want to give erotica a go, it's written okay. It's just a little difficult to care about the characters due to its brevity.

2 1/2 out of 5 on the novella scale

A short and sexy teaser for what’s to come…

“Trevor was her poison and her friend…”

Can a book feel like one long, passionate love scene? If it is possible then this book is it! It is low in pages but hot in temperature as the characters suddenly find themselves in an unexpectedly intimate, and sexual, situation. Not letting their past interfere in the moment, they both make the most of an encounter that singes the pages…

This is a prequel to the series and it reads like a sexy, hotter than sin, advertisement for the story that is to come. While shorter than I would have liked, this author writes every page with heat and heart so I just had to savour each one a little bit longer…

Trevor and Danielle have history but we’ll have to wait for the series to find out more. I can’t wait!

Another amazing new author. Thank you NetGalley for being the platform to discover so many fantastic authors and books. This is where the boardroom fun starts. This is a fast sensual story that takes the reader on a exploration of fantasy and fulfillment and the start of a very sexy, hot, sensual new series. Thank you for allowing me to read this and write a honest review.

I received this as a complimentary ARC from Net Galley and Carina Press so thank you. All opinions and reviews are my honest and mine own.
This is the prequel novella to the first boardroom book, After Hours which is set to release in January 2018. You could tell that this was going to be the prequel to another novel as there wasn’t really much in the way of plot and really, it was just a book about the one scene which happens in the boardroom.
In this, you get a quick introduction into the Boardroom which is an exclusive sex club set-up by Trevor Faulkner for people to act out their sexual fantasies without fear of judgement. This novella focuses around one specific meeting where a woman called Danielle is on the list for that night’s meeting in the boardroom and mainly the interactions between Trevor and a woman called Danielle who was added to the list last minute. It’s told from the perspective of both Trevor and Danielle and through their inner dialogues you understand that there was obviously something between them before hence the chemistry between them now. I hate novella’s as I feel that you can never get a full story and that was exactly this here and this was only a book about one main sex scene. I’m really hoping that there is going to be a second book in the series which focuses on answering all the questions about Danielle and Trevor which weren’t answered in this book.
The group sex scene was strange; it was obviously a group sex scene but it seemed like it maybe there to try and emphasize the chemistry between the main characters and somehow prove that they should be together? But it just seemed very strange and like the other characters shouldn’t have been there at all and their introduction was just unnecessary and unvalued. I really didn’t see the point in having a group scene which was made to feel like it was just two people in the room and everyone else was just intruding on them.
I’m still going to read After Hours as the premise is intriguing and I’m interested to see where this goes however I don’t really see how this prequel novella can help add much story to the first book in the series although this may change if a book about Danielle and Trevor and their backstory is released.

Done Deal is a short novella to introduce the full-length novel coming our way in 2018. Not much happened in this book. There wasn’t even an introduction of the characters. A few discussions, then onto what the main subject was about. Then the book just ended.
However, we did see that two of the main characters will have a long road ahead of them before the HEA. Otherwise, Done Deal put a whole new meaning to the phrase “Wham Bam Thank You, Mam”

4.5 stars out of 5 stars

This is so extremely erotic and sexual charged. It was intense, exciting, and off the charts passionate. I was invested from the beginning and filled with so much anticipation while reading because I wanted to know all about Trevor and Danielle. Hints and clues are given about their past connection during this very super intense sexy time scene and I swear I could feel their want and need. That need went beyond sex and by the time it was over and as hot as it all was, I felt emotional because I wanted them together. They get what they need in The Boardroom so it's a happily ever after for now but I am dying for more.

It’s implied that the games between Trevor and Danielle have only just begun in the synopsis and I cannot wait! Why can’t they be together? What secrets does Danielle have? I have a million questions. So while I'm happy with this excellent introduction to what will be a very hot series thanks to this fast paced and extremely smokin’ novella, I can’t wait for more.

This was so intriguing and I love the concept of The Boardroom. This is very much erotic hotness so be prepared. The writing was great and a nice story was laid. Besides the heat that makes you want a cold shower, there's real feeling building between Trevor and Danielle. The descriptions are fantastic, very detailed. You won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for a hot read.

I don’t know if I’ve ever read a HFN ending so it kind of has me all over the place with how I’m feeling. It was awesome but I’m kind of dying and need more Trevor and Danielle. I guess that’s a good thing because I’m totally hooked. I thought this was fantastic!

Done Deal by Lynda Aicher is 0.5 in "The Boardroom" series.
This is a Novella with only about 56 pages. This book seems to set you up for the up and coming series that is to follow. A ground building type book. I know hope to read more of their hot story lines to come.
