This was just an okay read for me. The sex scenes were quite steamy. A strong attraction and a misunderstanding leads to boundaries being crossed and hurt feelings. Their connection grows as they work to solve the mystery of who is out to hurt them. The story kept my attention and I had to see them get their HEA. This was a good end to this series.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
This is an intense, electrifying read. The answer to who has sold the four friends out is in this fourth Dirty Little Secrets Novel.
. The way all four of them have each other’s backs is pure gold. A worthy addition to the series.
Cuffed by His Charm was an enjoyable, engaging and easy read. That drew me in from the start. With little angst, likable characters, some mild BDSM and a little mystery/suspense. There really was plenty to like and I certainly never felt at a disadvantage having not read the previous books in this series.
Well done!
Intense and sexy with great drama and a dose of sweetness.
I voluntarily read an advanced copy.
OMG! This was awesome! Gabe is to die for! This was hot, sexy and full of drama. Loved every bit of this wild ride! I'm definitely going to read more by this author!
I got the ARC from netgalley for a honest review. I am one of those people that likes to read a series from the beginning but I have a read book from the middle and went back to the first book so don't think that impacted my review.
This book felt like it was written in 1980s . The dh has no backbone and no view of her own.
Within a couple of hours she is forgives for all but raping her . That wasn't BDMS.
Stacey Kenney is a writer that really knows how to bring a smoking hot Dom to life! Her heroes are not only Alpha but they are fierce, powerful and what fantasies are made of. So if you want to indulge in the world of BDSM you can't go wrong with her steamy romances. I have been a fan of hers ever since reading her "Club Sin" series. Her spin-off series, "Dirty Little Secrets" is just as hot and exciting. Ever since the first book we have been waiting anxiously to find out who the mole was behind the tabloid news. In this final book, we finally find out!
Gabe O'Keefe is one of the most powerful men in San Francisco. Along with his three best friends - Micah, Darius and Ryder- they are known as the Dominant's Council. Well, at least among those in the know of the BDSM world. They also each secretly own a sex club, but with news of their sex clubs and kinky sexy life being plastered in the tabloids, they are on a mission to find out who has been bugging their private conversations and selling the news to the tabloids. And it seems that they finally have a lead. Unfortunately all the clues point to McKenna Archer, a barmaid working at O'Keefe's Pub. Gave has had his eyes on the sexy blonde for a long time. Granted, it was more for sexual reasons than spying, but he just can't believe that she would do something like this. But he is determined to find out the truth and maybe also finally give into the temptation that she has been.
McKenna Archer is shocked when the boss that she is secretly in love with finally makes a move on her only to accuse her of bugging the pub in order to sell information to the tabloids. It seems that the evidence that Gabe presents her with is indisputable and unfortunately she knows right away who is behind this. Her gambling addicted brother Evan. She has always been the one to clean up his mess and stand up for him, but Evan has gone too far and what's more, he is missing!
Gabe and McKenna, along with the help of Ryder Lockwood set off to not only find Evan but discover the reason behind his deceit. Gabe was determined to make the person responsible pay, but with the woman he loves caught in the middle, can he stand back and let things play out?
I am really sad to have to say goodbye to this series! But I have to admit that I was expecting more of an intrigue after waiting so long for the mystery to unfold. This book, like all the previous books of the series is hot, but a little lighter on the BDSM side. I Hope that Stacey Kennedy has a new and just as hot series coming up! Can't wait!!!
What better way to end a series with a bang. Gabe and McKenna Archer's story was a long time coming. The questions we all had are finally answered, ones that have left me on the edge of my seat! Being that Cuffed By His Charm is the fourth and final book in the Dirty Little Secrets, I do suggest reading in order for a better understanding for these multimillionaire's.
Stacey Kennedy is back with another fun, witty, love story. So many twists that capture your attention from start to finish.
So I had stated in a previous review that I don’t like picking up books mid-series. 9 out of 10 times, the book has the main characters from the other books front and center. I have lucked out with the last couple of book that was part of a series. They were stand-alone and I was able to enjoy the story. Cuffed by His Charm is not such a book. You need to read the three earlier books to understand the dynamics between Gabe and his friends. Trust me on that one. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the story but I felt like I was missing something. And I hate that.
I thought the plot was interesting. Gabe has secrets that are being sold to a tabloid. Everything traces back to his über hot bartender, McKenna. Of course, McKenna says that she would never, ever do something like that to Gabe. But, her brother would because he has a gambling addiction. He owed a loan shark a ton of money and his way of paying him back? Selling Gabe’s secrets to the tabloid. But, when Evan goes missing and a hotel room is covered in his blood, the situation changes. It goes from find Evan and see why he sold out to find Evan and see what happened to him.
I liked Gabe. He was a true alpha male. Used to getting his own way and sexy as heck. He was also a bit of a bad boy. I mean, he owned a sex club. He cared for McKenna. Once she proved to him that she was innocent of selling him out, he did everything and anything to make sure she was safe.
I felt bad for McKenna. Her brother puts her through the wringer time and time again. She was always cleaning up after him. That made my heart hurt. As the sibling of an addict, I know all too well how their behavior and actions hurt. But, when his actions directly affected her, I became angry. I was also happy that Gabe was there. She needed someone like him to lean on.
While the sex scenes were out of this world hot, I did have an issue with a couple of things. One, the opening chapter where Gabe is having angry, revenge sex with McKenna. While it was hot, I was skeeved that they did it on the pool table. The thoughts “Ouch, felt burn” and “I hope it was super clean” ran through my mind. My other issue is that there was next to no BDSM in the book. Only that one scene at the club in Gabe’s private room. I wanted more!! Sex was not lacking in this book. Nope, not at all.
I loved the end of the book. The talk that Gabe gave Evan was needed. As was the gift he left him. The epilogue of the book was very sweet. I love it when the author closes all the storylines in ways that you can’t help but like.
Cuffed by His Charm is one of those books that I would put a warning up about. This book is not for anyone under the age of 18. It is also not for people who hate explicit sex or the BDSM scene. If you are easily offended by those, I suggest you skip this book. I, for one, enjoyed it. The plot was good. The characters were enjoyable and I connected with them. The sex was fantastic. I will be reading this book and this series again. The only issue I had is that it was the 4th book in the series. I felt that I was missing something. Other than that, a great read.
Will I reread: Yes
Will I recommend to family and friends: Yes but with a warning about the explicit sex and violence in the book
Age range: Adult
Why: Sex, violence, and language.
I would like to thank Stacey Kennedy, Random House Publishing Group, Loveswept and NetGalley for allowing me to read and review Cuffed by His Charm.

This was a fabulous story. I loved the romance from start to finish. I loved each character and I'm so in love with this book that I plan to read the other books in the series. Stacey Kennedy is phenomenal with her writing.
Gabe O'Keefe is a man of many trades. He's a multimillionaire owner of a chain of successful Irish pubs, he's the CEO of a corporate business and he owns a sex club. Gabe was an amazing character for me. He definitely was dominating, but not in an intimidating kind of way. He was very sweet, kind, loving, tender and had an eye for detail. I loved everything about Gabe, including his story on why he left the office job for something more relaxed. I love how he tried to keep business and personal separate to the best of his ability. Gabe was a one of a kind man.
McKenna Archer works for Gabe at the pub. She's a well off woman with her head on her shoulders. I loved how she worked hard, cared for others and tried to make life easy for herself. I did think she was a bit of a hot head and also too caring when it came to her brother, but she was truly a loving sister. McKenna was very feisty as well. She seemed to speak her mind no matter the danger involved. I enjoyed her character.
The romance was beautiful. From the time they crossed that line and had angry sex to the end and the beautiful moments in between. Let me just say the sex as rough and amazing to read. I liked that there weren't any kinky aspects to the sex besides some light bondage and a flogger. McKenna and Gabe were just amazing. heir intimacy blew my mind. I love characters that can be intimate without the sex. They were perfection.
I gave this book 4 stars because I feel like I needed more from the story, but highly recommend it for a good quick, steamy read.
4.5 stars
What does a multi-millionaire businessman do when he thinks his employee has taken his and his friends' secrets and sold them to the tabloids? He gets answers, it might not be the answers he was looking for but still answers.
Gabe O'Keefe is the owner of many pubs across America and when he learns that the one woman he has wanted for the last year has sold his secrets to the tabloids, he wants revenge and answers. But first he wants her and he will not be easy because his anger will not let him. But when he learns the truth, he feels guilty for using her like he did without getting answers first.
McKenna Archer has never had an easy life, first her drunk of a mother and now her addictive brother. She has tried to help him but what she needs to do is throw him in rehab and leave him there. Because he isn't doing anyone any good now. So when Gabe comes to her and she learns why she knows it is her brother that has betrayed her once again.
Can McKenna accept help from Gabe and his friends, the only people to be there for her? Will Gabe forgive her brother for McKenna's sake? Will McKenna choose her brother over Gabe in the end? Will Gabe and his friends get their revenge on the tabloids in the end?
I love Stacey Kennedy's writing style and this story was great, I need to go back and read the rest of this series too. I loved Gabe and the way he wanted to protect McKenna and she drove me crazy with the way she always bailed out her brother but he was family and that is what you do for a family until you have had enough. So I loved this one and hope you do too, so enjoy.

He makes a rash judgement based on faulty intel and devastates the woman he wants a relationship with. He is an utter a$$ about it but it was consensual. She has been in lust for him since he hired her and knows that anything with him could cause trouble. She doesn't need that because she has enough of her own. Her brother ends up causing that trouble and disappears so that she must find him. Gabe ends up helping in part because he has secrets that he needs to keep and to absolve himself to her. The journey was interesting and the characters were sincere with each other. I am glad they were moved to a HEA.
We all knew this day would come, all the questions answered an end of things, sadness and happiness at the same time... that's what you get when you've read a great series. Cuffed by His Charm is the fourth and final installment in the Dirty Little Secrets series. I must say this might have been my favorite. Gabe O'Keefe has secrets that are being exposed in the tabloids. He is determined to find the source.
McKenna Archer has been playing an increasingly frustrating game of got with her boss Gabe. And like everyone she has secrets to protect. When all is exposed we get to go on a wild ride. Gabe and McKenna have fought their attractions, with their barriers down the flames take over. Even with danger lurking and threats coming from unknown places you can still watch their connection grow.
This was fast paced and well developed characters. Going to miss this group of strong men and the women who completed them.
Cuffed By His Charm is book four in Stacey Kennedy's Dirty Little Secrets series featuring stong and powerful men in San Francisco. Since this is the last book in the series, I knew we were finally going to get some answers! It can be read as a standalone, but the underlying mystery is present throughout all four books. I would recommend starting from the beginning to understand all that had happened prior to this book.
There is a tabloid magazine publishing stories exposing dirty secrets of a group of San Fran's most powerful. Who is doing it? Why? What do they want?
At the end of book three, we know that Gabe's bar was bugged and that's how the secrets were getting out, but we are thrust into another layer of questions to solve this mystery.
McKenna works for Gabe, and she looks pretty suspicious as the one who sold him out. But why would she? Gabe and her have had an unspoken trust and attraction that they never acted on. The boss and an employee is all sorts of danger, so they never crossed that line. Gabe is hurt about the tabloid stories and takes it out on McKenna when her confronts her about her betrayal.
McKenna is loyal to a fault. How could Gabe even entertain that she would do that to him? But she unfortunately knows someone who would-her brother. A man who would do anything to fund his gambling habit. Boy did he turn out to be a slimeball and a half! McKenna's priorities are definitely screwed up there! I felt she was strong at some points, but her logic and reasoning were way off. She was her brother's enabler, plain and simple!
I enjoyed this book and loved Gabe throughout. I had a harder time with McKenna. I just didn't connect with her. Probably just me, but she was making me pull my hair out at times! I had a hard time following her as she bounced back and forth a lot.
I also liked seeing all the guys and their girls! But the real star here was Alex!! Gosh talk about an ass-kicker! I would love to get a chance to read her story!!
All and all, a good book, and a series worth reading!

This book was gifted to my by NetGalley for a voluntary review. The review and ratings are solely my opinions.
I received this book in exchange for an honest review
You will love this book If you are a fan of BDSM.
I am not, so could not finish this. Sorry.
This book picks up where the last one ends. Gabriel having learned the truth McKenna's betrayal unleashes all control and brings to life every dirty, erotic fantasy he's every indulged in. Did the cameras in his bar record everything?
As it happens McKenna is innocent and can prove it. She teams up with Gabriel to help bring her brother to justice while continuing to indulge in Gabriel's version of domination. Someone gets there before they can and Gabriel, Ryder and McKenna will do all they can to get in front of the criminal elements that are holding sway over McKenna's brother.
It's interesting to see Gabriel as more than a dominant or a millionaire bartender. His interactions with his family are especially interesting because it really humanizes the dominant. However when all bets are off, love wins and he does all he can to save McKenna and her brother from the jaws of the beast that are closing down on them.
The dominants council is no more all the dominants now having been domesticated. Micah and Allie are planning their wedding and while Gabriel is involved in being best man at his friend's wedding, McKenna puts herself in a position to be rescued. Will McKenna chose Gabriel over her brother? We get a deeper look into who Gabriel is and what drives him. This is the last book in the series so there's a lot of tying up of lose ends threaded into Gabriel and McKenna's story.
3.25-3.5 STARS
Author Stacey Kennedy concludes her Dirty Little Secrets series with Gabe & McKenna’s story in “Cuffed by his Charm.” This 4th (and final?) installment to the series, picks up right where the last one left off—with Gabe believing that McKenna had sold him out to the tabloids. The knowledge of McKenna’s betrayal cuts him deep… because as much as Gabe tries to deny it, he’s been dancing around his attraction towards McKenna since the moment she started working at O’Keefe’s.
But circumstances aren’t always as they seem, and unfortunately, Gabe reacts before having all the facts. Thus, his subsequent action toward McKenna is abhorrent, to say the least. But, to his credit, Gabe does his best to make amends. And harboring guilt over her unwitting involvement in the tabloid fiasco, McKenna is all too willing to give Gabe another chance. Uniting in and out of the bedroom, Gabe & McKenna finally come together, determined to face the obstacles that continue to plague them—both publicly AND privately.
If I’m being totally honest, “Cuffed by his Charm” is my least favorite book in this series. I found the overall premise to be mediocre, at best, and the characters were often less than endearing. Gabe’s spiteful behavior morphed into juvenile when he didn’t like McKenna’s choice when it came to her family. And between McKenna’s persistent guilt and her unwavering loyalty towards someone underserving, I wanted to smack some sense into them both! Even this couple’s steam factor wasn’t enough to overcome my annoyance. Still, as a fan of this series from the start, I found “Cuffed by his Charm” to be a mildly enjoyable story.
On a more positive note, Stacey Kennedy fans will no doubt enjoy the epilogue, which ties things up nicely in a sweet little bow.
Stacy Kennedy is an awesome author. I enjoyed this book and the characters
For me , Cuffed by His Charm is just shy of 5 stars. I enjoyed the storyline and the romance. I thought the author does a good job with both.
I missed a few books in the series but was still able to enjoy this book.
Gabe O'Keefe is use to being front and center in the public eye, and to be honest he really enjoys the attention... but then someone airs his dirty laundry, and his gleaming reputation takes a major hit, and now he is out for revenge. He thinks it is longtime employee who decided to cash in on his fame, and share his secrets, so he hands her her walking papers, only to learn soon after that it wasn't her after all. Now he feels like an insensitive ass, and knows he needs to apologize to her and make things right...question is will she be so receptive to the man who is going after her own brother to get his revenge?
McKenna Archer hasn't had the best life, growing up her parents weren't around much, and her mom always seem to be on the wrong side of the law. Now her brother seems to want to keep up the family tradition, and get himself in deep when he throws her boss to the publicity vultures purely for monetary gain. But her boss thinks that she is to blame and fires her before she has the chance to tell him she knows who is to blame, and it hurts her to know that he doesn't trust her. Just when she is ready to write him and her feelings for him off completely he shows up on her doorstep with an apology... question is can she forgive him?
Cuffed by His Charm is a suspenseful and oh so naughty little fairy tale that is sure to satisfy every romance readers appetite! This is the fourth offering in the Dirty Little Secrets series, and I have to say that I enjoyed it just as much as it's predecessors, it had the same intensity, heat factor, and emotional depth...and of course a certain sexy multimillionaire that I have been dying to meet! Gabe was everything I thought he would be and so much more, and while I thought he acted like an ass a few times, I let it slide because I knew he would redeem himself eventually... and boy did he ever!! If you haven't made time to read this series yet, I highly recommend you remedy that ASAP, because not only are you missing out on some exceptional stories, but also the opportunity to meet some really amazing characters too!! Loved this one, it left my cheeks with a permanent blush, and my heart overflowing!!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this title.
