I didn't like the beginning of this book, but Gabe redeemed himself. This was a good addition to the series.

Since the book is part of a series, I decided to read the other books before my review.
That is why it took me a few days to form an opinion.

I strongly recommend reading the books in the correct order.
While every love story is complete in every book, there is a line of action that goes beyond all four books.

Gabe is the last bachelor of the group.

The recent events allow just one conclusion - his employee McKenna is responsible for the revelations.

When she is confronted with this realization, however, it turns out that her gambling-addicted brother seems to be the perpetrator.

How can Gabe reconcile the accusation and regain her trust? Will they surmount their difficulties?

The mood in the book is darker, a result of the events of the last books. This has increased with every book.

There are - of course - hot steamy sex scenes.

I felt a lot of sympathy for McKenna.
I am a big sister myself and I still feel responsible for my younger brother.
This will never stop.
So I understand some unrational decision.
I liked the whole story and I will read more books by Stacey Kennedy.

Great ending for the series. I was very curious about Gabe and how he would solve the problem with the news feed but it all ended up really well and it was great to see his feelings for his girl, even when she didn't correspond in the same way. I will miss this series!

This is the last book in a series. While I wanted the plot to be a little thicker with some twists, this was a good finale to the series. I especially like the way the author gave updates for all of the here characters to date.

This is the second book I've read in this series; not reading the other two books didn't take away from this book.

The opening of the book grabs you; Gabe is convinced his long time, trusted employee Kenna has betrayed him. He takes advantage of the crush he has had on her but never acted on before confronting her and firing her. However, it all backfires when he discovers the truth about what happened. Not only does Gabe need to apologize and make up for what he did to Kenna, but he needs to protect her when they discover that she's in danger.

Loved how Gabe truly had to redeem himself and that he carried the guilt around for her so long for what he did. I'm glad the author didn't gloss over this as it was such an important part of their friendship and their relationship.

Sexy as sin. I loved every part of this book it hit on every one of my must haves in a book to keep me reading and enjoying it. Hot sexy domineering alpha male Gabe has feelings for sassy sexy sweet employer McKenna. Unfortunately there are so many different things and people standing in their way of happiness. Will they realize that they need to work together so they can be together or will some one get in their way? Thank you NetGalley and Stacey Kennedy for allowing me to read an ARC of this book and write a honest review.

Cuffed by His Charm is the 4th book in the Dirty Little Secrets series. Gabe has lusted after McKenna for the last year. If only she wasn't his employee... but Gabe has a rule about no dating employees. McKenna's had a rough life, alcoholic abusive mother, and younger brother with issues that she's always needed to care for. She's lusted after Gabe, but knows he will not date/mess with employees...
From the start this book grabs you and doesn't let go. I couldn't put this book down! This book is an emotional rollercoaster! There is so much craziness that happens in this book, and was so good I would read it again!
I really enjoyed the characters, I've always liked Gabe's character from the other series and couldn't wait for this book, and it definitely did not disappoint. He is definitely a dominant/alpha male, but it isn't overboard. McKenna is a strong woman, she's got her demons that she fights and at times almost too strong, but she does lean on Gabe. They have great chemistry and if you like hot and steamy this book will not disappoint. I also really enjoy being able to catch up with the other characters from the previous books and she doesn't just end the book and leave you hanging which really frustrates me when that happens... but she gives you that HEA. I was also pleasantly surprised to see some other characters from another series of her books! I'm really hoping that Ryder's left hand Alex gets her own story!! I really want to see her story!!! Hope this helps!! Happy Reading!!!

Cuffed by His Charm, A Dirty Little Secrets Novel, Stacey Kennedy

Review from Jeannie Zelos book reviews

Genre:Women's fiction, Romance

I loved the premise of this, rich, hot guy, and lovely employee who we know we never betray him but...
I felt there wasn't really much actual romance here, they have been flirting around it for ages, Gabe thinks she's betrayed him but still can't keep his hands off her.

They get together very quickly, and from there its more suspense novel, who's behind the stories, paying her brother off, he hasn't the wit to do something like this on his own. Then the suspense ramps up, Gabe's freinds get involved and its a trip over to the Dark Side, the place most people stay away from.

I loved Gabe, though was pretty shocked by his first actions!! When he knows he's wrong though he bends over backwards to help McKenna. Get's his friends involved, really pulls out all the stops for her.
Is she grateful? Does she show it? Well, to begin I felt she rolled over too quickly after the awful accusations and the way Gabe treated her - I wanted her to have more backbone.
Then when it came to her brother she was the same, a few apologies, a promise not to do it again, or again or again....he's a history of lying, she enables him and still she keeps on doing it. She's not being the good sister she thinks she is, sometimes in trying to protect someone we're making the problems worse, and by always bailing him out, paying for things when he has no money she's just letting him carry on guilt free.
When it came to a choice between him and Gabe she chose him, yet she could have met Gabe halfway at least, he's done and risked so much for her. She irritated me, I felt Gabe was too good for her.

I want the romance to be longer, the push/pull, will they/won't they part, where you're wondering just how the author is going to get these two character together.
Here though that seems to have been all "before" and almost from the first few pages they are together...and I wasn't expecting that. It doesn't really work for me that way unless at some point its building up to a serious split and I didn't feel that happened.

Its a well written, fast paced novel, but I felt the romance for me just didn't work, and the suspense part of the story overtook it.
Stars: Three, great if you love suspense, not so great if its romance you want.

Exciting conclusion to a great series!

Stacey Kennedy is a favorite of mine. Her plot lines are always well thought out with twists and turns and her characters both believable and likable. Gabe and McKenna are a perfect example of the strong men and women she creates. While their feelings had been growing it wasn't until this book their romantic relationship took off. Equal parts lust and love I was so happy to see them get their HEA. The story arc that continued through this series was very satisfactorily concluded in this story. While this book read as a stand alone, I've gotten the other 3 books to read as Gabe's 3 friends, Micah, Darius and Ryder were such interesting characters I wanted to read their stories.

I received an advance reader copy from NetGalley in exchange for a fair review.

I have always loved Gabe, but after the way he started out his book, I am not sure if that love will last. Will he redeem himself???

McKenna has had a hard life, but she has a big heart and sometimes that lands her in trouble. She has loved Gabe for a long time and she knows that he has feelings for her too, but he won't cross that line because she is his employee. Just when McKenna thinks that Gabe has finally given in to his feelings, he accuses her of something that she doesn't know anything about. Again, McKenna is devastated. 1) Because Gabe don't trust and believe in her and 2) she thinks that she has now lost somebody else that she cared about.

Gabe knows that he has totally screwed up with McKenna and doesn't know how he will ever get over what he did or how he will ever get McKenna to forgive him. He broke her heart. It will take something major to make them see past their hurdles, but sometimes love is worth the pain.

I love, love this series and these characters and hate that this series is ending.

4.5 Thrilling Stars!!
"For one second, pain ripples across his features. And it's pain that affects me on every level, because I'm feeling the same heartache. It's the type of hurt that is felt deep in the soul, changing how a person perceives the world, building walls to protect the person they used to be."

"I can't even make sense of what I'm feeling. It's like I'm falling, drowning in a sea of all the things I can't control."

"I feel it then. It's there in the tremble of his body, in his strong grip. He wants to touch me. He wants to own me. He wants to make me his for right now. And there is nothing I need more that him right now."

Wow! What a crazy ride!! Talk about a book that starts off with a bang! Cuffed by His Charm starts off with one heck of a beginning that will have your eyes glued to the pages and your heart feeling like it was ripped out of your chest in the very next breath. This book totally hit the ground running and never looked back.

In Cuffed by His Charm, it's Gabe's turn to tell his story. Just like the previous stories in this series, Gabe's secrets have been released to the tabloids and just when he thinks he has all the answers, he finds out that he couldn't possibly be more wrong. He has betrayed the one person who doesn't deserve it. It will become a race against time. Not only must Gabe and company find out who's behind the tabloid leaks, but he must also prove to McKenna that there is more to him than meets the eye, that McKenna is worth loving and deserves good things to happen to her...With twists and turns around each corner and explosive chemistry that oozes off the pages, you won't want to miss this latest addition to the Dirty Little Secrets Series.

Cuffed by His Charm is a terrific addition to the Dirty Little Secrets Series. This story hits the ground running and keeps you begging for more. I was captivated by McKenna and Gabe's story from page one and could not put it down. From sex to intrigue to betrayal and hits that just keep coming, this book certainly keeps you on your toes. I easily devoured this book in one sitting and couldn't wait to see how Gabe and McKenna's story played out.

I did enjoy this book, however did not like Kenna, and she never grew on me, she actually annoyed the crap out of me. I understood her loyalty towards her brother, but I think she took it overboard, she did not help him the way she should have, she should have gotten him help, but she enabled him, and she did not get to the conclusion til the bitter end, and what I did not get, was how when she thought Gabe paid a certain amount, she chose her brother, til her brother told her the correct amount, and then she got it? what? His actions didn't show you?. Gabe was awesome, he was a loyal friend, and he was good, too good with Kenna in my opinion, but he showed her he loved her, and she still did not get it. It was great to read about the other characters from the previous books again. Still love my Ryder, he is my favorite, I would have loved to read about his wedding. I would love a story about Alex, hopefully she get one, even though this was about these four.
