Shawn Achor is a popular positive psychology author, speaker, and clinician. I've read several of his essays and books and found this one a bit repetitive. Even the new information presented repeats itself throughout the chapters. With that being said, if you haven't read anything by him in the past, I recommend this. It will leave most readers with a sense of mission to make life changes and he presents tangible ideas for how to execute these changes.
