Its a no-nonsense book, that clearly talks about what it takes to turn your dreams into something real.

The writing style is easy to read and understand, which makes it very easy to read and want to continue reading, something i find important in this type of book.

Melissa gives a lot of good information on believing in an idea and working hard until you can make it a success. Her hard work shines through. She's a bit overbearing, but maybe that's part of the reason for her success. She's ballsy. I loved the information on her partners, and how she chooses good staff and takes care of them. I wish there was a bit more about this business genre, because it's fascinating and outside the box. If you enjoy business books, this should go on your shelf, especially if you think a bit outside the corporate box.
