If you are someone that wants a checklist to make sure that you are following the right steps and know what to look for or consider for keeping your business in the US on the right track? This is the book for you.
This book was very insightful, as it was really nice to read about financial missteps that successful people have made. It is rare to hear about these mistakes, as once success is obtained, that is usually the focus.
This book offers a systematic checklist of specific aspects that should be taken into consideration for keeping your business under the right control and avoiding fatal mistakes. True is that sometimes the mistakes can help advance your path, but as long as you can skip the basic ones you can eventually get the chance of some big major strategic failures. Although the advice is basically connected to the US business environment - for instance, when it comes to taxation - and it does appeal especially to mid-size entreprises, the ideas can be easily used for any kind of business, regardless the size and the geographical location, as it offers interesting hints about proper planning and risk management.
