I made it 26% through this before I decided to DNF; a lot of things just really weren't working for me:

- there are a lot of pacing issues and it's very hard to tell how much time has passed or how long these characters have known each other
- very instalust, no chemistry between them
- they hate each other right away for pretty much no reason but also start sleeping together almost immediately
- it needs some more editing for sure - lot of the conversations are hard to follow because they're so disjointed and at one point a character is introduced even though she was introduced a couple pages before and is literally in the middle of a conversation with the FMC
- random 3rd POV introduced in the 7th chapter - the FMC's niece (that's where I stopped so I don't know if it continues or it's a one-off)
- neither of the MC's are that likeable

I generally don't like DNFing books but I've recently decided my time is too valuable to struggle through a book I'm not enjoying and I do think I gave this a fair shot.
