Thank you Netgalley for the opportunity to read False Witness by Andrew Grant.
This is a police procedureal - well written and descriptive.
Well writen, but typical with alot of details.
ok for me.
This was a awesome book that left me guessing till the end.
Grant writes another good novel in this series. The characters are well written.
Very good read. Great premise for the way the killer leaves the bodies. It was unique. Definitely, keeps you guessing who the killer is and what his motive is. Detective Devereaux is on the hunt!
Andrew Grant does not disappoint with False Witness. Follow detective Cooper Devereaux as he hunts for a killer while trying to address personal issues arising from the clash of his past and present. The manner in which Grant weaves the strands of seemingly disparate story lines pulls the reader in, wondering what is missing, where things have been and where they might lead, then suddenly having another piece of the puzzle that is Devereaux fall into place. While you just know who is behind the murders, Grant keeps you off balance enough to hedge your bets until the bitter end.
Two brutal murders in a number of days puts enormous pressure on Detective Cooper Devereaux to make an arrest, and fast. With a suspect behind bars, local women should be safe, but then another woman goes missing. All three women were about to celebrate their 22nd birthdays and now Devereux will have to start from scratch before the "birthday killer" strikes again. Hard hitting, classic crime fiction
