This is a research book on the experience that people have before dying. I was put off by the book when the author started talking the death row inmates in Texas. Sorry, I live in Texas and I don't have any sympathy for a bunch of killers or care what their last words were.

I really enjoyed the book, I felt the information was displayed well and that background was thoroughly researched. I would recommend this book.
