Very informative book on diabetes and great suggestions. I also enjoyed the information about the various surgeries that may help lower diabletes. To me, this is a good read for anyone that has diabetes or is thinking about weight loss surgery. Very easy to read and understand. Dr. Myers has written about an alternative to all the diet and pharmaceutical Type II diabetes solutions. The book brings to light the benefits of bariatric/gastric surgery as it relates to the immediate relief from type II diabetes.
My own view is that this be those who have already tried other paths and are clinically obese.
A good exposition of this solution.
