4 stars!

End Game is here and we finally get the finale of Shane and Emily’s story. After the shocking cliffy at the end of Bad Deeds I knew I needed this book ASAP! It jumps right back into the action we’ve come to expect and enjoy from this series. Everything is in chaos. Derek and Emily are covered in blood and Shane can’t do anything to help them. Lives are at risk as is the company and Shane has to overcome many challenges to make things right, all while keeping the ones he loves safe.

End Game is emotional, captivating, and entertaining. The story is well developed the anticipation of what’s to come as we approach the climax of the story is well done. It was riveting and suspenseful as things transpire and there are events I didn’t see coming that make the situation more complex.

Shane is angry, afraid, and desperately wants control. When his world was flipped upside down, he knows what he needs to do. He is smart, resourceful, and I loved watching him deal with everything head on. The darkness still lurks inside him and I was so curious how things were going to play out.

"Wearing those bloodstained clothes is like wearing the self-blame and guilt. You might even decide it’s what you deserve, but those things can be dangerous if unchecked. Dangerous.
Me.
Unchecked.
Yes, I am.
And everyone responsible for today is going to find that out.
I’m keeping the clothes and the memories they represent."

Emily is a strong, brave heroine who has a backbone. She stands her ground when she is passionate about something and she reasonably handles everything thrown her way. She is a constant when Shane needs her the most and is his strength and the glue that holds him together. I think she is the perfect person to keep him grounded and the support and love she gives him is unwavering. I am confident that Emily is the only one who can truly be with Shane and love him for all he is including his faults.

“Stop holding back.” She grabs my shirt. “Stop holding things back from me. I want the good, the bad, and the ugly.”

Shane and Emily love with fierce passion. It’s a beautiful intensity that is all consuming. The pain and suffering they endure make their relationship stronger and they accept each other unconditionally. They are steamy together but they are also so sweet as they show each other just how much they mean to each other. Towards the end Shane gets super swoony and I couldn’t keep the giddiness away. The ending wraps everything up nicely with a wonderful HEA but still leaves room for more if that is the way Lisa Renee Jones wants to go.

“Somehow, you manage to give me everything I don’t know I want and prove it’s everything I do want and even need.”

Overall, End Game was a great conclusion to Emily and Shane’s story. I’m invested in these characters so I am excited that Seth, Shane’s right-hand man, is getting his own story in 2018!

Picking right up where Bad Deeds ended, End Game is the thrilling finale to the Dirty Money series. Ms. Jones holds nothing back in the conclusion to what has been an intriguing, suspenseful, and emotional ride. The Brandon family, and their empire, will never be the same.

Still reeling from the nightmare he walked into at the Martina family restaurant, Shane continues to battle not only the cartel, but his own father. He pulls out all the stops to make sure the family business doesn’t fall into the wrong hands. Even in the midst of all the worry over his family, Emily and her safety remain a top priority.

Shane and Emily have gone through so much, and dealt with so much, since their first unconventional meeting, that it was really great to see them working as a unit in this book. I enjoyed how far they’ve come as a couple, the respect and love they have for each other. Even when they disagreed they never let things get out of hand, and kept the lines of communication open.

End Game gives us all the answers we’ve been waiting for and ties up all the loose ends to bring this series to a satisfying conclusion. Although I don’t think this will be the last we see of Shane and Emily, and for sure Seth.

This series is so great. Lisa does not let you down with the way this book ends the series. At the end of Bad Deeds Lisa leaves you hanging. But in the beginning of End Game it will answer all the question from the end of Bad Deeds.
Shane has a lot of decisions to make about how he will handle things that have happened. Emily also makes a decision on how she wants to handle her past.
This series is different from what I have read before by Lisa Renee Jones and I love it. There are so many players in this series. There is never a dull monument in these books, from the father and his health, to the security guys that Shane has for his family. There is so much drama.

This book picks up right where Bad Deeds ended.

After the gun goes off, chaos erupts. Shane feels like his life is imploding. Afterwards, Shane has to deal with the darkness that is consuming him. He wants revenge in a big way and he wants to fight for Emily and Derek. Shane is tired of all the bad in his life and has decided he is going to remove it all one way or another.

There are many twists and turns in the final book in the Dirty Money series, but it sure makes for an awesome read. I could not put this book down because I needed to see how everything was going to play out and I was not disappointed. It is real difficult to try and write this review without giving away some major plot points, but all I can say is read this entire series, in order. You will NOT be disappointed.

4.25 stars--END GAME is the fourth (and final) instalment in Lisa Renee Jones’ contemporary, adult DIRTY MONEY romantic, suspense series focusing on attorney and businessman Shane Brandon, and attorney/PA Emily Stevens. Their continuing story focuses on their struggle to be free of a potent enemy with designs on Brandon Pharmaceuticals, and the aftermath of a shooting that will change the Brandon family dynamics-once and for all. END GAME should not be read as a stand alone as it picks up immediately after the events and cliff-hanger of book three-BAD DEEDS.

Told from first person perspective (Shane Brandon) with a few concluding chapters by Emily Stevens END GAME is the culmination of an emotional war between father and sons wherein death comes calling but not for the man, at one time, in charge. Lisa Renee Jones pulls the reader into a roller coaster of events leading towards a final showdown that warrants a celebration for a job well done but in the end felt a little rushed, and a little under-whelming. Conflict resolved, the story lost some of its’ momentum and excitement as the main focus followed our leading couple as they made plans for the future both in Denver and New York.

END GAME is a story of family and blood; power and personality; retribution and revenge. There are a number of open-ended story lines that the author may address in future books and series including a look at Shane’s right hand man Seth Cage-former CIA and head of security at Brandon Enterprises; and Cody Rodriguez whose fascination with Shane’s PA Jessica is another relationship looming on the horizon. The premise is entertaining, engaging and suspenseful; the romance is seductive and passionate; the characters are charismatic and intense. END GAME is a well-written, impassioned and riveting story line about one man’s battle to affect change in direction for a company and family that was losing its’ way.

I was given an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review. This is the conclusion to the Dirty Money Series and I was sorry to see it end. This book brought along everything one can expect from a Lisa Renee Jones book as well as new emotions you may not expect. This was a great read and I would recommend it to everyone. It is necessary to read the series in order or you will be totally lost in this particular series.

End Game is the epic conclusion to the Dirty Money series by Lisa Renee Jones. I've been waiting ever so patiently for the book and my patience was rewarded. We get a tragic, suspenseful, and heartwarming finale to a series that has kept me on my toes and chomping at the bit for the next book. I truly developed book anxiety at the end of the first three books while waiting for the next one in the series to be released.

The events that ended Bad Deeds, book 3 in the series, cause a serious shift in Shane at the beginning of End Game. Changes occur in him, his life, Brandon Enterprises, and his family. Changes that are permanent and unwavering. Changes that may toss Shane over an edge that he may not be able to come back from. The explosive change cause Shane to work hard to pull his company out of the clutches of the drug cartel in End Game. He forces the hand of several others connected to Brandon Enterprises in a suspenseful final book that provides a satisfying conclusion to one of the best series I've read to date.

Shane's character throughout the series has been strong, ruthless when necessary, yet tender and affectionate. His feelings for Emily are evident from their first encounter and continue to grow, develop, and evolve. Emily is also a strong character; she's had to be prior to meeting Shane and in order to survive the issues plaguing the Brandon family. She truly cares for Shane and they compliment each other very well. Emily illuminates the darkness Shane must maneuver through.

The entire Dirty Money series is a wonderful blend of suspense, intrigue, and romance ~ at some moments - very steamy romance! I was enthralled by Emily and Shane's story from the beginning of the series all the way until the very last page of Book 4. I was pulled into the drama and romantic suspense elements of each book.

The threads that Lisa Renee Jones wove within the pages of the series are complex. There are multiple storylines that intersect, some softly and others like a freight train. Suspense, intrigue, and romance are blended into the action-packed fourth novel in Lisa Renee Jones' exciting Dirty Money series. I'm sad to see the series end because I have come to love Shane and Emily but the story was wrapped up satisfactorily.

I can't wait to get my hands on Seth's spinoff, Poison Kisses.

I reviewed an ARC.

This is everything I had hoped it would be and more than was promised as the end of this trilogy. These two characters, Shane and Emily, are strong, resilient, and intense! The attraction between them sizzles off the pages and keeps coming at you time and time again. Not one single book from this author will disappoint you – well, except for when a story ends in a cliffhanger. But thankfully this does not. And I love that she summarizes the storyline up to the point of the current book.

I hope she does write more stories connected to these characters because they are just waiting to jump off one page to the next with action and emotion!

I received an ARC from the publisher/author for an honest and unbiased review. No compensation was promised or received for this review.

Let me begin by saying this series of books should be read in order and you can truly appreciate the the weaving dangerous and thrilling story with a huge pouring of romance in it. The final installment in the series this book weaves together many characters and brings to completion a complex but very fulfilling series, the romance is intense and scorching and the danger has you on the edge of your seat. What will you do for love is a big theme in the book but i like the way the author brought about the end result for each of the characters and their romantic partners

Ahh... How I am going to miss Shane and Emily. This couple really touched my heart. Their journey was a long, hard ride. But their patience and loyalty and love toward each other prevailed. This whole series was just simply amazing. And the conclusion made me speechless. I truly could not put this book down. There was so much mystery going on. And how it unfolded was fabulous writing. This book had the best secondary characters, too. Without them it would not have the extra punch that made this book really special. Again, Lisa Renee Jones wrote a total winner. I feel I will need more Emily and Shane and how their life evolves.

This is the satisfying conclusion to the Dirty Money series. Shane and Emily's story is wrapped up as well as loose ends we have been wondering about. The story is full of sadness, suspense, mystery, steamy romance, and compelling characters. The aspect I love most about this author can be found in this book. It ends these two characters' arc while leaving things open enough that we know we will see them appear in books in the future. There are other characters i expect to see in their own series someday also. This series was an intriguing ride, I'm a little sad to see it end. I received an ARC from the publisher. This is my honest review.

This is a great book; this is the fourth book in the Dirty Money Series written by Lisa Renee Jones. The books in this series need to be read in order since they all relate to the other books. After tragedy strikes, Shane hovers on the edge of being consumed by darkness. He will fight for the woman he loves. He will destroy his enemy. He will not back down. As shocking twists, dark secrets, and explosive betrayals within the Brandon family come to the light, Shane must fight harder than ever before. Every thread weaves a dangerous web. Emily and Derek. Brandon Senior. Maggie and her affair. The leader of the dangerous cartel who's wedged itself inside the Brandon Empire. It all comes to a head in the shattering conclusion to the Dirty Money series. This is a great book with a wonderful story and well developed characters. This book will keep you reading long into the night. If you are looking for a great book, then you need to read this book. I am looking forward to reading the next book by this great author.

Thank you, Lisa Renee Jones for recapping who’s who! It has been a little while since Hard Rules, came out in 2016.

The End Game is the finale, in the Dirty Money series & this was an emotional read and a few twists that I didn’t see coming. Of course, I can’t say what happens because that would be a spoiler. But, I was surprised & sad by it.

The Dirty Money Series has been Shane Brandon’s and Emily Stevens story. Shane has had to fight his own family because Brandon Enterprises was pulled into corruption, lies and deceit by his own father and brother. But, Shane is trying to bring it back and to legitimize their business.

There is something about Shane’s dad that I didn’t want to like him and most of the time I didn’t but there is a part of me that does.

I loved the ending how everything was brought back together.

You do need to read the Dirty Money series in order.
Hard Rules, Damage Control, Bad Deeds, and End Game. And, for those that don’t want to read a series before it is completed now is the time since this was the end. And, for those that like spin offs it looks like this is going to happen!

I love the Dirty Money Series. I give End Game 5 stars.

FINALLY! The conclusion is here and what a ride this series has been. I have been completely engrossed from the first book and this final book did not disappoint what so ever! I hung on every word as we navigate through the emotional twists and turns of Shane and Emily’s story. There are some really dark moments that occur in this book that make you go WTF but it just builds and adds so much to this story. The way the characters have been building and it all comes to a insane ending was amazing and I loved every moment of it.
While I am so sad that this series is over because it is by far my favorite by Jones, we do get to see Seth and Jessica soon! Out of all the books, I think this one is my favorite because so much comes to light and is out in the open and it leaves with a bang! I highly recommend this series to anyone who adores this author or wants a really twisted and passionate series! You will not be disappointed whatsoever!

If you’re anything like me, you couldn’t wait for the conclusion to this series to reach your hands. After the devastating cliffhanger at the end of Bad Deeds, I was beyond excited to see where the author was going to lead us.

End Game starts right where Bad Deeds left off. There are two bodies laying on the floor, lots of blood, and Shane is wondering how much more collateral damage is in store because of Adrian and his cartel because of Derek’s ignorance and his pursuit of who knows what.

I can’t even reveal much more than that of the plot without giving the whole thing away. Just know that for much of the book, Shane is working his sexy butt off distancing himself and his family from the cartel and keeping Emily safe from her elusive brother’s activities.

So I still loved Shane. Although this story turned sappy for the most part with the many lists of the reasons why he loves Emily, it was the sweet amongst the sadness that got me through. This last book was a journey through pain and discovery. Shane really got to test his limits and figure out how far he was willing to go to protect the people he loved.

LRJ has plenty of books planned for the new year - a new series and all - and I’m planning to read each and every one of them. Until then…

End Game

*received an arc in exchange for an honest review**

4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The conclusion of the Dirty Money Series is here and like the first 3 it will take you on a ride. Lisa Renee Jones keeps you in suspense once again waiting to see who will survive and what is in store for Shane and Emily. As Shane struggles with maybe losing the two people who mean the most to him, he will also be fighting to keep his promise to his brother about changing the company around. As the story wraps up Shane will once again to fight for all that he loves and hope that it’s enough.

Shane is covered in blood from both the woman he loves and his brother. While trying to help both of them he sees that they are both in bad shape and hopes that they will make it through. But it will not be an easy road to recovery and there is no guarantee that they will both survive.

Emily can’t believe all that has happened and knows she needs to be strong for Shane so that he doesn’t blame himself. But as things get tough with his father once again she hopes that he can pull through and finish what he started.

Together they will face more tough times, but will they be able to get through them? Or will it finally be too much and force them to make decisions that will change them completely?

This was a great ending to a fantastic series!

As the previous book ended on such a huge cliffhanger I was desperate to see how the story continued, and I was not disappointed!

Shane and Emily are absolutely perfect together, they complement each other and understand the needs of the other person.

There are so many parts to this story, but they all mesh together nicely with a pace that keeps you wanting to read more.

4.25-4.5 STARS

“End Game” is the final installment in author Lisa Renee Jones' Dirty Money series and is a great conclusion to Shane and Emily's combustible story.

Heading into “End Game,” the story picks up right from where the cliffhanger ending in “Bad Deeds” left us hanging. And, oh, what an ending that was! Now, moving forward, Shane must deal with the tragic aftermath, vowing to destroy his enemies once and for all. But, in doing so, Shane is determined to protect the woman he loves at all costs.

Swimming in a sea of grief and self-reproach, Shane’s quest to sever all ties with the Martina cartel and exacting his revenge, becomes heightened. So, too, are the warring emotions that run rampant throughout this book. Still, it’s Shane and Emily’s path towards finding their HEA that kept me riveted from beginning to end.

As with each book in this series, “End Game” is a complex mix of secrets, lies, danger and suspense. Added to this mix is lots of hot, steamy sex, making for one helluva sexy and thrilling story. And while “End Game” is the conclusion to the Dirty Money series, it is, in fact, just the beginning to Shane and Emily’s HEA. So, it is with a bittersweet, yet hopeful heart, that I bid this couple a fond farewell…

… at least, for NOW.
