Missing Mr Wingfield - This book was an interesting read. Well written but really was most bizarre.

Book centres around Tracy the daughter and Vern/Veronica the mum and how Veronica,s choices have impacted on Tracy and her need for a father figure which she has in her uncle as well as her somewhat weird and perverted father being involved in her life.

The plot is based around how the other characters perceive the actions of the others involved in the story and story told through flashbacks and hallucinations that the characters experience. Certainly a unique way of writing a book and I did enjoy it. Very dark in places but this darkness was necessary to set the scene and balance the characters out.

All in all a good enjoyable read - a little bizarre but one I will remember
