Troublemakers by Catherine Barter takes place in London. It is the story of a teenager, Alena, who is rebelling against her brother because he has been keeping information about their mother from her. As the story unfolds, her non-thinking causes damage to those around her. She does eventually learn more about her mother and we learn that she and her mother were similar. They were the troublemakers whose actions had terrible consequences. It is an interesting read, though.
