June Bell and Kase McCasker shared a stolen moment as teenagers that left them both wanting more. The pull of attraction between them has been overshadowed by her father's desire to take the McCasker farm land and incorporate it into his hotel and resort. Kase is willing to make a deal though. His deal will place June within arm's reach, but it just may force him to give up the only home he's ever really known.

I definitely enjoyed this newest title in the "Misadventures" series. If you like a steamy quick read and HEAs, this one is worth your time. Meredith Wild remains one of my favorites.

I first started reading Misadventures of a Virgin on Wattpad. The first few chapters were generously offered by Meredith Wild. I was anxiously awaiting for the rest of the book. Fortunately, it was offered on Netgalley.

The story starts 4 years earlier with June Bell and Kase McCasker both young and in love. But Kase ups and leaves Falls Edge for college to find escape from his pain that has unexpectedly been dumped on him. Kase's father has been struggling with the family farm property, but has remained firm in not selling up to anyone, especially not to June's father who owns a hotel nearby and wants to expand. June has remained in Falls Edge helping her father out with the hotel.

Now 4 years later Kase has returned and has a chat with June's father with an offer that involves June. Kase wants her to come to the farm and stay with him for 2 weeks. It's a huge risk for Kase and the farm property, but he is willing to take it if he can have June's undivided attention.. There is a lot on the line with this reunion. When Kase and June meet for the first time , the attraction and hot desire is still there for both of them.

This is about their journey together and if they still have the connection between them from years ago. Soul searching, romance and sultry best describe this book and all make for an amazing read. Meredith again does not disappoint.

Thank you NetGalley and Waterhouse Press for providing me with an ARC of this wonderful story. This has got to be one of my favourite stories by Meredith Wild. What an awesome book, filled with angst, heartache, misunderstandings and plenty of steamy scenes. I really liked this book, the sexual tension between the main characters was incredible.
I found this story to be quite relatable and I was engrossed till the very end. I loved Kase and his undeniable love and loyalty for June. I can't emphasize enough how much I thoroughly enjoyed Kase and June's sweet story.

This was another misadventure story. It was entertaining. June helped her father run an resort hotel in a little town Kase had given her a kiss when she was 16 and she couldn't forget it. Fast forward 4 years and he is back. June's father wants Kase's family farm to expand and there is bad blood between her father and Kase's dad. Kase struck a deal with her dad that if June stayed on the farm for 2 weeks, they would sell to him. June went, they fell in love and then some family secrets tore them apart. Fast forward 4 months and things are changing at the farm. I loved the ending. I had a feeling that June was not going to let the grudge between the two dads last much longer. A good read. I enjoyed it

I loved this book by Meredith Wild and the whole Misadventure series is great reading! I like this series as there are various authors that team together to write one of these books, as well as some authors writing one by themselves. In this new book June Bell is a young girl who lives with her father in an expensive and beautiful Grand Hotel which her father owns. June's mother died when she was younger so it's always been the two of them. June is a beautiful, vivacious young woman. She is also a virgin!

Kase McCasker is a young man who has just gotten home from college. Kase has decided he wants to take over the running of his father's farm and get it to be a successful venture once again. It has been in his family for generations. There was a time when they had a deal to sell their property to the Bell's, but after Kase was given some heartbreaking news, he went off to college for 4 years and the sale of the property did not go through.

Kase has always had a secret desire to be with June, but she was too young and she felt the same way. Their parents are enemies and June has no hope it will ever change but she has saved herself for Kase.

Now he is back and a plan is set into action for the sale of the property, with one stipulation! June is to spend two whole weeks with Kase on the farm so she gets an idea of what he will be giving up.

You have to read and see what happens between Kase and June, as well as her father and Kase's father. This book was so good I sat and read it in one evening. I loved all the angst, the tear filled moments as well as the happy ones, all of the characters having to make choices, and of course the love between two wonderful young people who have been victims of their parents' choices. Will they make the right decisions and will Kase and June have a happily ever after? Read on!

I gave this book 5*****Stars, and it was worth every minute I spent reading this book.

I received an ARC from NetGalley to read and review. The below is my honest, unbiased opinion. Thank you, Meredith Wild, the publisher, and NetGalley, for allowing me to review.

It’s been years since June Bell shared a stolen moment with her girlhood crush, Kase McCasker. It’s been just as long since Kase’s father nixed the sale of the McCasker farm to expand the grounds of the Bell’s grand hotel. Now that Kase is back home for good, June might be the only person who can persuade him to reconsider the abandoned plan. But how can she face him again after he left her without a word? Four years ago, unexpected news shook the foundation of Kase McCasker’s world. Escaping Falls Edge for college was the perfect excuse to chase his demons and bury his pain. Now, with a degree in hand and a void he can’t fill, he’s back in the little mountain town he thought he’d never call home again. Searching for purpose, he’s determined to put down roots and take over the struggling farm that’s been in his family for generations. Time and distance haven’t taken the edge off his preoccupation with June, the spitfire daughter of his father’s rival. He hasn’t forgotten their time together and all the things they did and didn’t do. One look at her has him reconsidering the future and making a dangerous deal to win her over. Is a chance at her heart worth risking everything else?

Meredith Wild is one of my auto-buy authors. With each story she crafts, I'm blown away. She manages to write wicked hot romances with near-equal amounts action and suspense--a rare trio in the romance community, I think. When I heard Wild was releasing her Wattpad story as a paperback, I was thrilled (mainly because I'm not a Wattpad user, and I was desperate to read this one). Wild's signature style, as I've said before, is to pen the dark side of humanity, while still giving us books (and characters) we can fall in love with. This erotic romance is absolutely a must read. 5 easy stars!

This is like a second and even a third chance romance!

June and Kase come from different worlds- farming and fancy hotels kind of different. Then there's the fact their dads hate eachother. Then there's the fact they are fighting over land. Oh and so much more! It's like they just can't be together. But you can't fight love and destiny.

I'm enjoying all the misadventures in these pages. This one was sexy with heart and I loved it. Oh, and a happily ever after.

I've always been a fan of Meredith. From the very beginning when I first read her first hacker book, but this one BLEW ME AWAY. This woman can write. Not only was it sexy, sweet, and mushy, but it also was everything a book should be. Each misadventures in the series keeps getting better and better.

Wow, Meredith Wild never disappoints with her writing skills. The story of Kase and June proves it to be yet again true. There has been an ongoing feud between the Bell and McCasker families for many years, and June was caught in the middle, none the wiser. Being in the hotel business, June and her father Gerald are wanting to expand, meaning they need the McCasker land for the expansion. Edwin wouldn't sell without, Kase's decision. June goes to the farm to try and talk sense into Kase, to get him to sell. Little did she know, he had a proposition for her. To stay 2 weeks with him at the farm, and he would sell. But, June fell in love. With the land, as well as rekindled the love she always had for Kase. Problems came about, and truths about the feud came out. It tore, June and Kase apart yet again. The sell of the land went through, with changes having been made to the development plans. But Kase didn't know this because he run away from June once again. After months pass, he comes back home to the new and improved McCasker Farm. Kase has to beg for forgiveness from June, which she gives because she loves him unconditionally. After all the renovations to the farm are completed, Kase and June are married and are starting life .ad their own loving family together, happily ever after.

Rating 2.5

This was an average read. Not quite what I was expecting (leans more erotica).

Story line had potential but fell flat.

I found the characters one demential, flow and pacing flatlined. The storyline sounded interesting and never read a book by this author before so I thought I would give it a try.

June and Kase were aware of each other in high school but never really connected till Kase's senior year. Their father's didn't like each other and had some history. But at a party Kase and June found themselves alone and ended up kissing. Next thing Kase was gone and June stayed behind in the small town she grew up in helping her father run their family hotel. She never forgot Kase or that kiss.

Kase is back in town years later. He's back at his family ranch that adjourns June's family hotel. Junes father want's Kase's family land to expand.

Kase and June reconnect and work out a deal that possibly would give June's father what he wants. The history between the fathers is revealed as June and Kase explore their attraction. We have some misunderstands that develop and then some truths come to light.

My issue with this is the two characters had no depth and seemed hard to differentiate from hero or heroine during some of their dialogue. To me the story was told in a monotone, IMHO.

I didn't realize that it leaned erotica, but I found myself skimping the sex scenes as they seemed more instructional and boring (sorry).

This was actually pretty good! This has one of the deepest story lines out of all the books that I have read in this series.

June has been working for her father who owns a hotel. He has been trying to purchase farm land in town from the McCasker family for expansion of the hotel. Her father finds out that the decision is actually up to the son Kase and sends June in to see if she can get him to sell. June had been pining over Kase since they shared a moment a few years ago. The moment they see each other again the chemistry is full force and hasn’t left for either one of them.

It was full of family rivalry, secrets and great chemistry. I loved June and Kase. I read this book quickly and absorbed every word. This was my third book in this series so far and my favorite out of them.

4.5 Stars Misadventure of a Virgin is another fabulous addition to this series, June and Kase are dynamic and the character interaction make this another enjoyable read. I am so glad this series introduced me to Meredith Wild. New to me no more, this fabulous author keeps me engaged with her well written and well conveyed stories.

I went into this book completely blind and with high hopes, but sadly it left me wanting more. I felt like the story lacked depth and meaning and overall I wasn't able to connect with either of the main characters. I think a lot could have been done with the "virgin" stoey line of the book, but overall I didn't think this story flowed well, which was sad because I am really enjoying this series.

Meredith has done in yet again, but who would ever doubt. This is a fantastic book about 2 people caught up in their respective families ongoing feud. Her father wants his fathers land and they strike a deal to get it. Did they ever. Ansty, love, secrets, lies it's all in here. It steams right off the pages.

Kase was June Bells first and only love. When Kate left for college and took the long road home, June continued to work for her father at their upscale hotel nestled in a small town. June serves drinks.
That's all we see her do. All her father wants is the farm property that Kase's father owns, the properties abut. Her father wants to expand. When Kases dad pays a visit, June hears that Kase is home. His father slips to her that she may want to come pay a visit that night. Kase didn't even remember her name when his father goes to get him and she's overhears the conversation. Kase stomps off and June isn't having any of that. She follows him and when she arrives at a pond wear case is now swimming and rinsing off his day, they exchange words. She's understandably angry.
These two have a lot of unspoken emotion between them. The next day, Kase pays her father a visit, making him a deal he can't refuse. 2 weeks of June's company on his farm and he'll sign over the land to her father. Her father is beyond happy. Greedy bugger. Not a likable character. So June packs her suitcase and leaves the next day to start her life unknown; two weeks with Kase.

What a great story this is, there's so much steam and attraction. So many secrets and lies. So much hidden. I really felt for June, when you read this book... and you will, you'll see why. Kase was a likable guy although he made his share of mistakes, his love for her pretty much evened out the dumb things he did.

I am so loving this series and Meredith is just as always, incredible.
I'd give this story more than 5 stars.

"Excuses, grudges and tragedies."

I'm totally loving the Misadventures series, and this one is no exception. Meredith Wild took me on a journey from past to present as she introduced me to Kase & June, who had a very brief but intense encounter that neither forgot, even after years of separation.

When Kase comes back home after being away at college for four years, he's ready to face the painful secret that sent him running away from the only place he'd ever called home. And the only girl he'd ever felt a connection with, June. He soon discovered that the beautiful girl he remembered grew into a beautiful woman who didn't pull her punches. She didn't pretend she wasn't hurt by his abrupt departure and failure to say goodbye. Maybe he would have to try another approach, buying himself some time to convince her how things look from his side. Time to soften her anger and her heart. Will his gamble pay off? Will he get another chance with her?

June fell hard for him four years ago. She was on the verge of giving herself to him. But then he left without explanation and with no further contact. She tried to forget him. She tried to not care when she heard he was back in town. And then, she learns that he's the only thing preventing her father from purchasing the land to expand her family's hotel. She'll just have to try and convince him it's the right thing to do... in person.

Woo Hoo! That's when the good gets even better. When they see each other and the sparks that never died start firing up. I just sat back and waited, ready with my marshmallow on a stick, knowing they would eventually produce what I needed to make smores. And then past secrets started unraveling as details that involved their families were revealed. I was imagining all kinds of possibilities as I waited, relieved that I wasn't a cat as I impatiently suffered through my severe case of curiosity. I was amazed at how much story was packed into this book that's on the smaller side. I give credit to the author and her storytelling skills. I thoroughly enjoyed this installment of the series and I can't wait to see what misadventure will entertain me next. The line forms here...

5 HUGE STARS! I WISH I COULD GIVE MORE!

OMG this is the CUTEST and SWEETEST love story. I could not put this book down~
June and Kase and the Country picturesque setting of this book made it one of my favorites. This book has the perfect girl next door falls in love kind of vibe. It also had the Romeo and Juliet feel due to conflicts in their families.

June- The beautiful virgin "girl next door" that works and lives in her families Luxury Hotel.

Kase- Misunderstood and intesne boy next door that spends a 4 years away only to come back to his childhood farm house.

When these two meet again after all that time BOOM CHEMISTRY. I loved loved loved this book. Highly recommend it. SUPER loved the epilogue! What a great story! I am sure I will read it again!

This is another wonderful addition to the growing Misadventures series! Once I got started reading, I just didn't want to put it down!

Kase McCasker has recently returned back to his small home town after being gone for many years and he is working at his family's farm helping out where he can. When he is approached by Gerald Bell, the patriarch of the family who has had a years long feud going on with his family, about selling the farm he's now working on, he agrees, but there are specific conditions that go along with it.

June Bell has grown up living and working inside her family's hotel for her entire life. It's all she's ever known and she agrees with her father's plan to expand, using the McCasker farmland. What she isn't prepared for is for Kase, her long-time crush, to have come back to town and for her feelings to be just as strong as they were the night they shared their one and only kiss.

When one of Kase's conditions is that June spend two weeks at the farmhouse with him, will this help to reconnect the two of them, or will the past baggage between their families drive a wedge between them before they can really get started?

The connection between Kase and June is incredible. The chemistry is fantastic and the story was completely engaging and the touch of forbidden romance just helped to enhance that. Meredith Wild has added another winner to this fun series of books!
