Another lovely holiday story by Alexander. Thoroughly enjoyable!

I enjoyed this story. I'm not certain I've read the other books in the series, but this one was fun. One thing that was really different about this story is that it's told completely from the point of view of the Heroine. I wasn't expecting that. I'm used to my romance bouncing back forth between the two protagonists, so it was interesting to see it just from her point of view. Of course, the friction in this story exists because we DON'T know what the hero is thinking, or what will happen, so it makes it a great choice. I enjoyed it.

We always buy Victoria Alexander for our library. She's one of our go to authors for historical fiction. Our patrons adore her.
