Christine Comaford communicates very well both in her books as well as a seminar I caught on Amazon. She shows the importance of 'safety' in a team/tribe for productive work and success. This is important language to have in a setting where each member of the team looks for different fulfillment in a project.

Thank you to NetGalley for this e-ARC. I enjoyed the case studies, but this book was not what I expected. I expected something more motivating for business, and it wasn't that.

Huh, it took a whole book in neuroscience jargon to explain that if you want employees who are loyal, flexible, able to adapt to changing conditions and willing to take risks, paying them enough to be secure, not abusing their patience with busy work, being willing to change structures that get in their way and not treating them like contingent transients are ideas you might try. I really feel like I missed my calling as a Ted talker and writer of super obvious business leadership books, but I won't ever be the demographic who can say these things and have people listen.
