Maxi and Miles are a beautiful couple to get to know in Close Contact. Miles; with his MMA history and body. Maxi; with her innocence and stubbornness.
Miles comes to Maxi when she requires a bodyguard. Although they've met previously, their lust rekindles whilst trying to ascertain who is responsible for Maxi's torment.
The ending was not at all what i expected. But i delighted in it to say the least.

I really enjoyed this book. It was fast paced and had everything I like: steam, chemistry, romance, action and mystery. Can't wait for the next story!

After being in a rut with a heavy disappointing read I knew this book would pull me out of a slump. This author never fails to entertain me.
Former MMA fighters are recruited to a bodyguard company. Miles has an intimate past with his client so will he get a second chance?
There's a lot going on at her ranch, is it in her head or is she in danger? I thought I had it worked out then the author threw in a bunch of red herrings to keep me guessing.
There was suspense and drama in this book, but plenty of romance and funny moments. It kept me glued to my kindle and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is my first Lori Foster book I have ever read and all I can say is man I wish I found her books sooner. Her books are just as addictive as Jill Shalvis and Rachel Gibson novels. Lori knows how to write a novel that keeps you hooked from start to finish as well as not wanting to put the book down. I know for sure I will be reading more of her books as soon as I can.

This Romance novel was a great mix of Romance and Mystery and even though I had an idea who was causing all Maxi's issues it still kept me interested right up till the end. Maxi was a great main character except I found her a little too stubborn for my liking at times especially when she has such a beautiful man trying to help her. Miles what can I say about him other than HOT. I think every woman would want her very own Miles.

I rated this book 4 out of 5 stars I would of given it 4.5 stars but because I guessed who was behind all Maxi's issues and not having an epilogue showing how things ended up later on down the track (I love those with romance novels).
