Good MC story. Spunky heroine and great hero. Loved Rusty! Entertaining storyline with a slow romantic build between H/h.
Beth Ravens has moved to LA from Australia to pursue her acting career. Unfortunately she isn't having much luck at her auditions so to get by she is waitressing at Wilde's Biker Bar.
She often sees Grim McKinley, a Hollywood actor in the bar and as much as she tries, he just doesn't notice her. Her boss Briony however, knows Grim has rented a room for the night so sets Beth up to visit Grim but to Beth's dismay, it isn't Grim in the bed but his brother Rusty and his rugged body sure feels good under Beth's hands.
This is the third book involving Wilde's Bar and the Bikers who frequent it and I must say I enjoyed them all.
Thanks to Netgalley and St. Martin's Press for the opportunity to read and review this book.
Beth, a transplant from Australia, has moved to California and wants to make it big in the movies. Outside of L.A. she works at a bar part time which gives her time for auditions. She feels Grim could help her though. Grim is an actor also and has gotten a few small rolls. He is also pretty hot and also doesn't really know she exists.
One night she hears that Grim has rented one of the bunks in the bunkhouse so after a few shots she decides she will make her move. She has seduction in mind...It turns out Grim wasn't in the bunk, it was his brother Rusty and Beth is humiliated and embarrassed.
Grim and Rusty have a complicated past and there is a lot of tension between them. Rusty has been given an opportunity of a possible reality show based on his motorcycle shop so he and Beth make a deal. She helps him organize his shop and help with the pilot episode and he will introduce her Grim and ask him to help her. She is totally infatuated with Grim.
Will Beth ever make it big? Does Rusty make his pilot? Will he and Grim work out their issues?
I really enjoyed this story. Beth thinks Grim is the answer to her dreams, personal and career-wise but he is really pretty shallow. and self-centered. At one point I really wanted to shake Beth because she didn't see what was right in front of her!
There were some areas in the storyline that I didn't feel were developed very well but I really loved Rusty and Beth.
Ride All Night by Michele De Winton is the third book in the Raising Hellfire MC series. This is my favorite of the series. This is not the typical MC books but is a great read and I would highly recommend it.
This was a good read for me. Beth is working at an MC bar while waiting for her big break in Hollywood. Grim is a rising start and using the MC for some research on a biker role. Beth decides to sneak into Grim’s bed but ends up in his brother Rusty’s bed. Rusty has some plans for Beth of his own. Which brother will she choose? Fast paced with an interesting story and good chemistry.

Beth and Rusty had chemistry at the beginning of the story...ironically, when she thought he was someone else.
And, honestly, that really sums this title up for me. I didn't connect with the characters and I didn't really believe in their connection with one another. There were a couple of places that I enjoyed, but overall, this didn't work for me.
I am not able to recommend this title.
ARC given by publisher/Netgalley in exchange for honest review.
I struggled with this one a bit more than the last one. I didn't feel the chemistry at all between Beth, and well....anyone. It felt robotic, forced in a lot of places to me. The sexy times came off awkward, especially dreaming about it. Which I get, sex dreams ARE awkward, but it just didn't work with Beth.
I will say, the author did seem a bit stronger here, the writing seemed better, less disjointed to me than the last. I struggled in some spots others, pages flew by, unlike with the last two books in this series.
Ride All Night by Michele De Winton
Raising Hellfire MC #3
Not so gritty but definitely witty – I think this is my favorite book in the series so far. Is it believable? Not so much BUT it was enjoyable. I got a bit tired of the dithering that Beth did while weighing the pros and cons of one brother against the other BUT it did all come out right in the end. I fell for Rusty…wanted Grim to get smacked down (and he did) and wanted a happy ending for Beth (and she got it).
This is a rather tame Motorcycle Club series for perhaps those wanting to dabble without getting into the harder aspects some series provide. This is about family and success and caring and a whole lot more.
Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin’s Press-Swerve for the ARC – This is my honest review.

I really liked Rusty and Beth and had a huge dislike for Rusty’s brother, Grim. Beth had overcome much in her lifetime already and the only thing that kept her going sometimes was the dream of becoming an actress and making her family proud. Rusty had a pretty tough time in his life also with Grim always there to make things worse for Rusty. The worst part was that Grim didn’t care about how bad he made it for his brother.
It’s a story of three people with everyone loving or wanting someone else. Will they ever get off this wheel of love they created; Rusty loving Beth, Beth loving Grim, and Grim loving…well, himself! The chemistry between Beth and Rusty’s connection was one that everyone around them could see but because of their of their very out of the ordinary first time meeting they had a hard time believing that this could be for real.
I received this book as an ARC for a freely given and honest review.
Beth is a wannabe actress from Australia, working part time at Wilde's M/C Bar. She sees Grim, a major action star and, decides that she needs to hook up with him so he can help her get the parts she deserves. She brazenly decides to jump into his bed one night when she realizes that she has, unknowingly jumped into bed with his brother, Rusty. Rusty owns and runs a Motorcycle detailing and mechanic shop for motorcycles. Rusty has been pulling his brother out of money problems for years and, has had enough. The only problem is that Rusty can't understand why Beth remains blind to Grim's MANY faults. This story is a story of love and, the many ways it can be shown, the many ways it can cause pain and, how difficult it can be to heal the pain of a lifetime.
While the short blurb about this book sounded promising, unfortunately it just didn't click with me. There was a lack of chemistry between Beth and Rusty, and both characters just seemed a little off - they would be portrayed one way in a chapter than quite differently in another. It just seemed forced and disjointed.
The flow of the story also seemed odd. Hard to describe, sometimes it seemed way too slow and at other times too rushed.
Sorry, this one just wasn't for me.
Thank you NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for an advance reader copy in exchange for an honest review.
Enjoyable story of an actress working as a bartender trying to get her big break in show business. Choosing a guy to help her get there she finds out who really cares about her in the long run. Minimal biker details.
The story of Beth and Rusty was a miss for me. At first, I understood Beth's reasoning for wanting to be with Rusty's brother. But with the connection she feels with Rusty after meeting him, I couldn't keep up with her reasoning. She just came across as a fickle woman. I liked the character of Rusty more. Although I didn't fully understand his past with the MC crew in Illinois. I feel like a few flashbacks or something that delved into his past more would have been helpful. All in all, this wasn't a bad read, but it wasn't something I'd read again.
This was my first book by this author and I have to say, it probably won't be my last. It was a quick, fun read with some really interesting characters and a story line that kept me interested from beginning to end. I look forward to more from this author and this MC world!
3.5☆ This is not your typical MC book and whilst it was enjoyable, for the most part. It certainly didn't wow me, or really grab my attention. But as the story progressed I was drawn in.
As for the actual story I thought it was good and it had some nice parts to it. Plus I really liked Rusty. I just didn't particularly like Beth or Grim, and the romance between Rusty and Beth fell really flat for me. However this was a sweet, relatively quick and easy read and anyone who has read and enjoyed the previous books in this series. Will I'm sure enjoy this one too.
I received an ARC of this book from Netgalley. I had a hard time getting into this book and thought the main character was too deeperate and jumped into things too quickly. Definitely would read other books by this author and give another chance, just not into this particular storyline.
I don’t know why I requested this book. I didn’t like the first two at all. I think the description is awesome so I pick it and then I start to read....YUK! I just couldn’t do it to myself again, I wasn’t going to toughen it out and read it. I am done wasting my time. Dream sex and no chemistry and a plot full of holes and yeah rights.
Received a copy from the publisher through NetGalley.
This book was alright, it captured my attention but I really hard to work at staying focused so I could finish this book. Superficial characters is the first thing that comes to mind and maybe even self centered characters is a better way of describing them. What can you do for me to make my career or life better is the central theme throughout then the ending comes in from left field. I hated the bar tenders name Briony, how does one even pronounce this name? It is just cringeworthy.
Having read numerous MC books, I was really looking forward to reading this book. Unfortunately, there was little about it here. Plus the book has two main themes: motorcycles and becoming a movie star. Despite this, I tried to get wrapped up in the characters of Rusty and Beth but was disappointed in that I didn’t care which brother Beth ended up with. Nor whether Rusty got his show.
