I have read a lot of books on innovation & how to create a culture of innovation. I believe that Dr. Mehta has done a great job of sharing good stories, gleaming good insights from the stories and build a framework that could be implemented, tested and measured for its success...
If you work for a big corporation and want to create an environment that will foster innovation, read this book and follow the advice it shares... I believe if you do that, you stand a much better chance at creating one..
