This episode focused on Seya, talking more about her past and present, while Inez’s group discusses what to do with Jing-Wei and Sparky.
In this episode, we can see Seyah trying to rationalize Inez’s behavior, attributing it to grief, but I still don’t like her. Maybe that’ll change in the future but, for now, my opinion regarding Inez hasn’t.
I hope the next episode will be about Holden’s group, I’m really curious to see how they’ll find their way into the Sanctuary.

A bit slower than the first two but equally as good, raising more questions about the group dynamic

ReMade is a series I have picked up and can't put down! Season two is great so far and I really enjoyed this episode by Gwenda Bond. I'm ready to binge the entire series so far just to get more of the story!

Inez needs to go. That is really all I can say at this point. I never really liked her but now... I hate her character. she makes it hard to read this group, I just want to skip any parts with her in them. I also think Seyah is smarter then she lets on and should've went with Holden's group. Her past was rather sad and it really helped shape her character. Hopefully the story picks up from here as this episode was boring.

Seyah's backstory featured in this instalment, and that was my favourite part about it. Though honestly - it really didn't feel like much happened beyond that to really move the story forward; the danger of serials!

DISCLAIMER: Since this review is for the 2nd season of this story, season 1 spoilers will appear. If you intend on reading this, please take heed.

This episode is from Seyah’s POV. As with each episode, we get some personal backstory on each person that is being represented in each ep. In #3 we get;

-Some back story on how Seyah witnessed her uncle get killed in the line of duty as a police officer.

-Jing Wei re-redux is figuring out that there’s a reason they were remade but she doesn’t know why. Sparky is giving her some images, but they aren’t making sense.

-Inez is being a total witch because she’s essentially pissed that Jing Wei came back but not Teddy. She starts off by trying to say Jing Wei is a traitor, and I’m surprised no one stood up to say that they didn’t have to trust her and Teddy either when they met them. Not really liking Inez when I really liked her before. After she punched Holden, she started to grate on me more and more and she is starting to appear more like a whiny temper tantrum throwing child.

I’m definitely still interested in this story, but this episode was a little slow for me. Mostly I just couldn’t stand how over the top Inez was. She just came off like a bully to me and I don’t like that. I’d like to see her work through some of her stuff so that she can grow up a little bit. While everyone else seems to be growing into themselves more, Inez seems to be backtracking at an alarming pace. But I still want to see what happens next.

This was an episode about the nature of heroic sacrifice. It was about giving your life so someone else could keep theirs. Only, no one died. But now because of Seyah's flashbacks and what she and Inez discussed about Teddy's death last season I'm afraid someone is going to try if not succeed.

Another solid edition to this series, though I'm not entirely sure a lot actually happened in it to move the story forward? Though we do learn more about Seyah's past and that broke my heart. Still, I did enjoy the read and I'm looking forward to the next episode. 4 out of 5 stars.
