A cookbook from appetizers to desserts using the Jim Beam Bourbon. I will admit I at first was surprised by some of the ideas but then afterwards not so much. I have used bourbon before in my bar-b-que sauce so overall thinking out of the box was not that big of a step. I enjoyed reading this book and also a few of the recipes. A good addition to anyone's shelves.

This is a fabulous cookbook with a great variety of unique recipes using bourbon. The photography is beautiful and will have your mouth watering. I look forward to trying some of the recipes as they sound wonderful and don't appear to be fussy or complicated. I think anyone who enjoys bourbon would appreciate this cookbook and it would also make a great gift or souvenir from the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
