Great all-around manual for vegan barbequing including information on grill preparation, what types of charcoal to use, how to clean and maintain a grill, as well as many recipes. The recipes section starts off with comprehensive techniques for barbecuing vegetables, and tips on grilling tofu and tempeh. The book looks like a complete and thorough guide to vegan barbecuing.

The recipes look bright and delicious, and the sauce section has recipes for several types of barbecue sauces, salsas, yogurt sauces, flavored butters and dips.
