Ten year old Zac has heard only negative things about his father until one night when his mother has had too much wine. She admits that his father was the love of her life. Zac sets out to find his father. With his friend Teagan, he begins to gather information about his father from various sources outside of his immediate family. The story is filled with love with a few setbacks when Zac is being harassed by the bully in his class. One can't help to love Zac and root for him on every page.

Regan's talented writing allows the reader to identify and humanize each character in the novel. The story is told from multiple viewpoints to capture each character's point of view. I couldn't put this book down!
