If you want a funny, witty read to counteract all the hardcore BDSM books lately, I highly recommend you give this short, sexy read a try. Don't worry if you're not really into BDSM because it's light on that. It's just the right touch of spice for the holidays, but not heavy or emotional or hard-core.

This book was a quick read and I enjoyed reading it especially during Christmas time. The love story was addicting and I definitely recommend this book to anyone!

Darcy spent one night out with her girlfriends and it changed everything. Seeing her neighbor there she finally decides to take the next step in something she secretly desired for awhile. Will everything with Mitch turn into something more as she decides to seek more adventure in her life? Great fast read.

Look no farther, Hanky-Spanky Christmas is totally it.

This is a short, steamy and fun read to enjoy in one sitting, but be warned, it is rather hot.

Darcy and Mitch are the only single and under 60 living in the senior citizen’s apartment complex, but their chemistry is not due only to that. They’ve been mostly fighting the attraction for some time, and the few (drunken in Darcy’s case) kisses they’ve shared didn’t do squat to ease it.

Now that Darcy has discovered exactly where Mitch works, and her newfound desire to experiment with some spanking they’ll be spending a very interesting Christmas.

Mitch was sexy, hot, really handy and all man *wink-wink*. Just like Darcy, he was fun and hard-working. She was dedicated to her job as a child-care provider and was trying to get her adult life on track.

I really enjoyed their chemistry together and had lots of fun with the unexpected direction this story took. In the end, I had lots of laughs, especially with the older residents I had to fan myself in more than one instance and I was left totally hooked and wanting for more. Maybe we’ll get another peek at them sometime soon.

I enjoyed Hanky Spanky Christmas, but I just wanted more. Darcy and Mitch are fun and playful. The neighbors in the building, especially Grandma and Mrs. T, were definitely something else. I understand that this is a novella but in my opinion something was missing from story.

I’m usually willing to give books a fair shake but I almost didn’t finish reading this. It had a slow beginning but by the wnd it was a decent read. The characters could have been better and the plot lacked the kind of finesse I’m used to but a solid three star read.

Darcy Henderson and Mitch Callahan live in the same apartment complex she with her grandmother. The older ladies add some spice to the story. One night Darcy is out with some friends at a voyeurism club and finds herself aroused by some of the scenes. She becomes more so when she finds Mitch is the bartender and looking better than what she thought he would. Staying at the bar when her friends leave Mitch takes her home and when she asks for one of the scenes in the club to be played out he tells her to come back when she is sober. This would be days, and when he finally has a night off she is getting ready. Thinking that her grandmothers friends went to church she goes to her since she sells naughty ladies items only to find out that none of them went to church but are all there. Now coming up with a story and having to listen to theirs, she is finally at Mitch’s. Not everything at Mitch’s goes like she is expecting which leads to some funny moments. This is a fast read and has some funny moments.

During an adventurous night out, Darcy Henderson decides she'd love to experience what it's like to get a little wilder in bed. Asking Mitch Callaghan for a good spanking goes according to plan, but somehow, Darcy isn't quite so sure she's ready for what she's asked for. Will Darcy go all the way with her neighbor, or will Christmas be a total bust in the romance department for her?

Ms. Andrews pens a wonderful and fun read in this book where the main characters have potent chemistry that sizzles on the pages through their exploration to good times, even though things don't go the way Darcy was hoping they would. Is she ready for Mitch and what she wants? Will she be able to handle the things Mitch does? The way this story started had me laughing at Mitch's thoughts and the funny neighbor that is determined to bring Mitch and Darcy together. Will the old woman's plan work?

As for the dialogue, it flowed really well and had me loving the interactions between the main characters, as they've become good friends and Mitch is someone Darcy knows she can trust completely with her need to explore in the bedroom. Moreover, I liked how persistent the heroine was to get what she wants and that Mitch was willing to give her the Christmas treat she wanted. I also liked how resilient and courageous the heroine was, despite what happens during their adventure into a world the heroine thought she'd enjoy. While the hero, he's confident, a tad cocky, and I liked that he was willing to give the heroine all that she wanted, even though it seemed he knew the heroine better than she knew herself when it came to what she could handle.

Overall, Ms. Andrews has delivered a really good read in this book where I was smiling or laughing at various times throughout; the chemistry and romance between this couple was wonderful and had me hoping these two would achieve their happy ever after like a certain secondary character was hoping for; and the ending had me liking how things turned out for Mitch and Darcy, but had me a little disappointed that there was no epilogue to wrap things up a bit more than how this book finished. I would recommend Hanky Spanky Christmas by Amy Andrews, if you enjoy the friends to lovers trope or books by authors Shayla Black, Kira Archer, Cathryn Fox and Kate Meader.

Quick dirty read. Loved this story it was laugh out loud funny and so dang sexy and hot. A definite must read.

I do love a Amy Andrews book and this is another one I love too. It captivated me from the start and kept me turning the pages till the very last page and left me wanting more by this amazing author. Such a fantastic Christmas present in my opinion and you can also read this book when it’s not Christmas as it’s that type of book you can read at anytime and still absolutely love it. I was in the mood for a short hot read, and Hanky-Spanky Christmas ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Author Amy Andrews never fails to entertain, and this novella is the perfect example of eroticism combined with a hilarious setting. In addition, the cover is cleverly created.

Both of them hold-down full-time jobs as well, so free time is truly a luxury. They share an attraction which they have explored with only a few kisses. Darcy and Mitch have been living in the same apartment complex for a while and are attracted to each other. But Mitch is not Darcy's type and Darcy is not going to fall for guys like him again. She's more mature and grown up now. Only she discovers where Mitch works and gets an eyeful of sexy, kinky which fires up her imagination. She wants to get spanked and Mitch is just the person to help her out with it.
Of course, Mitch is more than willing to oblige and indulge in a little sexiness with Darcy, especially since he's been wanting to get his hands on her for ages. Darcy's first foray into spanking doesn't go quite as planned but fortunately Mitch is there to keep is hot and steamy for the both of them. Darcy and Mitch's first night together is the spark of something more for them.

I also loved the humor of the main characters as they deal with the reality of their BDSM exploration, giving it a more realistic view. Also Loved, Loved Mrs. T, and the great group of secondary characters. Would love a full length feature on Darcy and Mitch.
