Great quick read about two people who think that one night will be just one night but will end up being more. They will need to trust each other and that you need to let go of the past to move and begin your future.
If anyone can write alpha's that's ARR. She did not disappoint with Wesley ,the hot alpha police officer that har more patience that a looot of men usually have. He knew Mac is he's one and couldn't get her out of his mind. And Mac...well,she's funny ,sweet and lovable. I kind of hate the push and pull that she had with Wesley but being burned before it was understandable.
Stumbling Into Love is a beautiful written story with ARR's signature alpha male ,who knows what he wants and is not afraid to go after it.
I loved loved loved Mac and Wesley. Whenever an ARR book arrives on my Kindle i know that i am in for a great read. This is the second book in the Fluke my Life series and i couldn’t wait to see how their story came together.
Mac and Welsey were strangers at first and after a series of events become fixtures in each others lives. I loved the humor that was twisted into this story and the sweet moments. 5 stars for an amazing story
Stumbling Into Love by Aurora Rose Reynolds is a fun, slightly emotional read with well-developed characters. From the very first chapter I was hooked, and although the story concludes happily, I did not want it to end.
Mackenzie Reed is a massage therapist that has just been stood up. After two years of pining after a man that had no interest in her other than friendship, she was truly looking forward to her date. Police officer Wesley Porter notices Mackenzie immediately upon walking into the bar where she is enjoying a lemon drop martini. They end up spending the night together, which evolves into a future filled with Mackenzie running away from commitment, a ton of sexy times, and a love that is everlasting.
I really liked this book, and the instant love connection between Mackenzie and Wesley was quite compelling, as well as hot. They were genuine and honest, so their insecurities were easy to understand and identify with. The secondary characters added a lot of charm to this book, and I especially liked Miss Ina. Her eighty-year-old wisdom was replete with spunk and sensitivity. Additionally, Mackenzie's mom had some very funny moments. This is the second book from Ms. Reynolds’s Fluke My Life series, and it can be enjoyed as a standalone.

A hot and intense insta-love story that builds into something deeper. Very sexy, and very funny at times, but this story builds into something deeper and more emotional than i thought it would do. I loved Mac i found her so relatable the way she is with her dress sense and attitude to men. But hey when a man like Wesley comes into your life its going to get hot and complicated fast. A great easy read of a book that had a few surprises i was not expecting. Loved it so much.
4 stars. This was a really cute, sweet easy read! This is Wesley and Mac's story. Mac is on an internet dating matched date, but gets stood up at the bar. That night she meets Wesley, sparks fly, they hit it off and have, what Mac thinks is, a one night stand. She has never had a one-night stand and is embarrassed so she sneaks out the next morning. Wesley didn't think it was a one night stand. He was interested in a relationship with Mac. As luck would have it, Mac forgets her cell phone at Wesley's apartment and has to return to get it a few days after she snuck out. When she returns, Wes isn't going to let her get away again. He pursues her and they fall for each other pretty quickly.
I really liked Wesley and Mac together. Their relationship was close to insta-love but not quite, and not the psycho, possessive kind. There were a few instances of miscommunication causing unnecessary drama, but they didn't bother me too much. This was just a really fun, feel good book. It wasn't anything earth-shatteringly different and that was okay by me. There is a simple story, sweet, funny, sexy and emotional moments. I'm not sure why I enjoyed it so much. I just felt a connection to the characters and the story. I will definitely re-read this book as it has that comfort-read feeling and I look forward to more from this series!
I didn't stumble into love, I fell heart first. Ms. Reynolds took the frustrations of love and created a tale that is angstful, emotional and endearing. Stumbling into Love reminds that even in the hardest moments, there is always a bright side to the heartache. In Mac's case, it materialized in the shape of tall, handsome and sensitive. Will she risk her heart for the happiness she thought she had with Mr. Wrong, when she meets Mr. Right? Looks like another winner.

Can trusting someone set you free?
Aurora Rose Reynolds nailed it again!!! In this sweet love story with an irresistible hero who is determined to get his girl, this book was sweet, hot and beautifully romantic and I loved it.
Mackenzie has just been stood up on a blind date when a gorgeous man strides into the bar where she’s sitting alone and strikes up a conversation. Mac is way out her element, all dolled up in girly wear when she would usually be at home with a pair of sweats on, but she decides to live a little for once and she goes home with him and has a night of unforgettable sex, before running away before he wakes.
Wesley knows that one night with Mac will never be enough, and when he sees her again he proves it with another seriously hot encounter, she’s a runner, The next time they unexpectedly see each other, he decides he’s not going to let her get away so easily. Wesley knows what he wants, and he’s not letting her get away with her insecurities, Wes has a dirty mouth, the chemistry between these two is insane, and the sexy time in this book is sizzling.
Mac is week and she realizes it. Her reasons are slightly justified if not totally exaggerated. Once she realises that she feels for Wes just as strongly as he does for her, it’s all on, and it’s gorgeous! But life is unexpected, and these two will have to face some surprising twists and turns, as well as some demons from the past, before they can get their HEA.
This book is amazing but that is what I’ve come to expecting with this author. Easily a standalone. Run, Jump and One Click this amazing read and you'll get those amazing feels that end in Happily Ever After!!!
Thanks to Netgally For for allowing me to read and review.
This was another good one by ARR! The night she is stood up, she meets the love of her life. For a while there in the beginning, I really wanted to slap Mac with her own book, she was so frustrating. Wesley was great and really wanted to get to know her. No matter what, they are drawn to the other. There was a moment where I wanted to hit Wesley with his own book as well. These two have .strong chemistry and feel a strong pull to one another, neither can deny, and leads to some steamy sex scenes. This couple hits a few bumps in the road, but eventually get their happy ending. I read this book cover to cover in one sitting. I just could not put it down. I just loved this couple. I liked their connection and the interactions they had. I fell a little in love with Wesley. This was a good read.
I really loved and enjoyed Stumbling Into Love. Really a great series. I love this sisters and there book. Cant wait for the last sisters book.
WOW, Aurora Rose Reynolds has done it again with another glorious romance read!!! Stumbling into love is the second book in this series and I enjoyed this book just as much as I enjoyed the 1st book in the series, if not more. Mackenzie and Wesley make the perfect couple together and their connection was just perfect, their chemistry was sizzling. Wesley is the perfect Alpha male that we are used to from Aurora Rose Reynolds, with that instant Alpha staking of claim on the women they fall for. MacKenzie is still the same independent, sassy, humorous gal she was that I liked from book 1 which carries into book 2. Wesley is the right hero for her in this book. Their chemistry is so hot and sizzling. Wesley is one HOT Alpha..he is also kind, sexy and strong willed.
Mackenzie was stood up for a date and she knew she should have just stayed home in her sweats but instead came out, now look what happened to her. Suddenly this sexy man strikes up a conversation and next thing she knows, she goes home with him and has a night of hot sex, before running away before he wakes. Wesley knows that one night with Mac will never be enough, and when he sees her again he proves it with another blisteringly hot encounter but Mac run-again. The next time they unexpectedly see each other, Mac is determined to not let her get away from him again. We already got a glimpse of this couple in Running into Love-- It later turns out that Wesley is working with her sister's boyfriend as a detective for the NYPD. Trying to avoid him is an empty venture. They fight bicker and banter, get up to all kinds of deliciously naughty shenanigans and learn to love each other, against all odds. I loved the ending and how everything was wrapped up with a sweet epilogue. Now I wonder what will happen in Libby’s story. That has my curiosity all aflutter since I know she is going to be all sassy and feisty.

New York City – Present Day
Mackenzie Reed has been out of the dating market for a couple of years and finally agrees to a date with another guy. However, she’s stood up, but while she’s waiting, in walks a tall, dark, and handsome guy. Mac decides one night with the sexy Wesley (last name unknown) will get her out of her funk and it works out all too well. She sneaks out of his apartment the next morning but forgets her cell phone. She goes back for it a couple of days later…and comes face to face with Wesley, which leads to more sex. But she won’t do it again because she has no plans to see him anymore. Then she meets him again at her sister’s place for Thanksgiving…
Police detective Wesley Porter is new to town and was only coming into the bar for a drink when he spots the beautiful Mac. Their sexy interlude has him wanting more, but she makes it clear she doesn’t want to date him. With no family in town, he agrees to go to his best friend’s Thanksgiving dinner, where he again meets Mac. They both try to play it cool, but the vibes are still thrumming between them. Finally, Mac agrees to go out with Wesley on an official date, and they’re surprised at how well their disparate backgrounds actually mesh together. But Mac is still leery of getting romantically involved, though it doesn’t stop them from having sex. When is a relationship not a relationship?
STUMBLING INTO LOVE is an apt description of this tale, as Mac and Wesley were not looking for love, but it looks like love found them. With her mom and two sisters pressuring her to get over her unrequited love for another guy, she acquiesces to their demands that she go out on a date. Too bad the date stood her up! Or maybe it turned out to be a good thing, since she met Wesley. But since Mac isn’t looking to get into a committed relationship, and Wesley wants to date her, she’s caught between a rock and hard place. She likes him, but is he Mr. Right? The one thing that bugs Mac about Wesley is that he seems to be a man about ready to move on. If that happens, would that end with her a broken heart?
Wesley does have heartbreak from the past, which is why he moved to New York City to start over. Despite his willingness to bring Mac into his life, he can’t yet talk about his past with her. Meanwhile, after they reconnect at Thanksgiving, it’s full speed ahead, or at least in the bedroom department. The sex is hot between them and they can’t get enough of each other. After a while, it seems like there is smooth sailing ahead, until an oops moment leads them to a surprise neither expects. How will Mac and Wesley handle it? Are they in for the long haul, or is their fling indeed fleeting?
STUMBLING INTO LOVE is book number two in the Fluke My Life series, with the first tale about Mac’s sister, Fawn, and Wesley’s best friend, Levi, and each can easily be read as a standalone. STUMBLING INTO LOVE is a sexy, flirty romance about a couple wondering if there’s a chance for a happily-ever-after together.

This is the second instalment in the Fluke My Life series, this story focusing on the second Reed sister.
I absolutely adored Mackenzie and Wes as a couple! This book was an enjoyable, feel good story with plenty of laugh out loud and heartfelt moments; everything you’d expect from Auroras’ books!
Once again, this author doesn’t fail to deliver a well written and deeply enjoyable story!
Although this book could be read as a standalone, I would advise reading Running Into Love beforehand to get the most out of the experience!

There were parts of this book I really liked and connected with, and there were parts that I thought were a little over the top. The beginning was actually engaging and I was interested in them as a couple and as a hook up that Mac ended up running from.
The scene where Mac runs into Wesley (at his door) was interesting and I thought added an interesting tension to the rest of the story. But, I also thought it lost me in a lot of places as it felt like there was a lot going on that was, instead of real tension, manufactured tension. In some places the flow of the title was strong, but in others it felt like the author wasn't sure how to get her characters to the next point in the story, so a traffic accident, surprise meeting, or odd holiday gathering was tossed in to make it work and to put them into the same place or to move the story along.
So, while I didn't love this, I didn't necessarily hate it. I am not really able to recommend it, but I also am not able to say that it should be avoided.

Sweet romantic story about Mackenzie finding love. This is the second book in this series. Mac is the oldest sister who we met in the first book Running Into Love which was Fawn and Levi’s story.
Mac and Wesley meet and it’s an inst-love/lust scenario. They hook up and when Mac tries to sneak away she realizes she left her cell phone. So she eventually went back to Wes’ apartment and falls back into bed with him. Then since it’s such a small world they run into each other at Thanksgiving Dinner at Levi and Fawns place because Wes is Levi’s partner.
This was a super cute story and was a quick and easy read. I can’t wait to read Libby’s story when it comes out.
Thanks NetGalley for the arc in exchange for my honest review.
Mackenzie has been waiting 2 years for Edward to notice her, only to find out he already has a girlfriend. So she decides she isn't going to waste her life on waiting around for a guy ... she'll take them for one night only ... just like the guys do! So when she meets the handsome Wesley in the bar, she decides this is her chance for a one night stand. But when she sneaks out in the morning, she forgets her phone and when she goes back to get it, she ends up in bed with Wesley again ... but thats it, no more, she won't see him again. A few days later when she's at her sisters house for Thanksgiving, she meets her sister's boyfriend's work partner ... yeah, you guessed it - Wesley! And Wesley can't believe his luck, he thought he'd never see her again ... but now he has another chance to convince her that they would be great together.
This is a quick, steamy romance that will have you laughing. After Mac ran out on Wesley twice, I was surprised that he was still willing to go after her ... most guys would just give up. And the last couple of chapters were so funny ... I wish more of that would have come out earlier in the book. I like it when characters from the other books in the series appear in each book ... it just seems to connect the books better. And now I can't wait for Libby's book ... which I'm sure will be about her and Antonio. If you are looking for a fast fun read, then one click this book ... you won't regret it!

Stumbling Into Love was sexy, it was funny and it was in true Aurora Rose Reynolds fashion. Alpha males who stake their claim on the woman they want and sassy women who give them a little bit of hell along the way. I devoured this book in one setting. I loved reading about Wesley and Mackenzie.
Wesley is Levi’s partner and when he meets Mackenzie, he doesn’t know that she is Fawn’s sister. I love how he was with her even from the start. He know that she was special and he was determined to make her his. He has secrets though, painful ones about his past prior to him moving to New York. He is an alpha male through and through, he is sexy, he is sweet and I would let Wesley cuff me any day he wanted to.
Mackenzie is a tomboy. She is more comfortable is jeans and tennis shoes and watching sports and drinking beer than getting all dressed up and being someone she’s not. She may have met Wesley all dressed up but that’s not who she really is. She had been stood up by a blind date when she stumbled into Wesley and from there it began. She is scared that Wesley won’t want her long term and because of that she tries to not let Wesley win in his quest of making her his but he may just surprise her.
Stumbling Into Love has a perfect balance of angst, humor, sexiness, and romance. Some surprises along the way just add to the story I have been a fan of this author for years now and I can’t wait to read the next book in this series as well as any others she has coming up. Be prepared to fall in love with Wesley and Mackenzie, I know I did.

Mackenzie stumbles into an encounter with Wesley which turns into a hot and sexy night together. But, in the light of day she realizes that the woman he went to bed with the night before wasn't the "real her"... and she does the first thing she can think of... runs away.
Wesley isn't letting Mackenzie get away from him that easily. Despite her ideas that he wants someone other than her, he sets out to prove how great they could be together.

I love the plots that Aurora Rose Reynolds comes up with. Her stories are always sexy and good for an alpha male-fix when you need one. But, the plot holes drive me nuts. If it weren't for how fantastic the story was to begin with, my star rating would be much lower.
Mackenzie was pretty stuck on thinking that Wesley couldn't possibly want her. I'm not quite sure where all of her self doubt comes from, but I just wish she would have been a stronger character. Wesley was a sexy, patient, yet not taking her brush-off, alpha male. But he is holding some of himself back from Mackenzie, even though on the surface he is easy going and uncomplicated.
This book was incredibly sexy and sweet, and ARR knows just how to draw you in and keep you come back for more (Libby!!).
