This book was incredibly adorable. I love Pushinka. that dog is adorable. And Clipper was amazing. the perfect specimen of German Shepherd.

I always enjoy books about presidential dogs. It seems to make them more 'of the people' to have this in common with us everyday folks. I especially enjoyed this one about the Kennedy dogs. The Kennedys and their Camelot have always been a kind of royalty to Americans and these canine stories make them seem more mundane. I appreciate that.

This book about the Kennedy family's dogs shows a different side to the Presidency. They are a part of history, and reading this book may encourage animal-loving students to have a greater interest in history and/or politics.

Cute and informative book about the dogs that held a place in the Kennedy’s lives. Enjoyed it and found it to be a fun read.
