It's an ice book with good information and if you are someone that needs to get a better understanding for or about food this is defiantly a good one to give a try.
Personally for me there wasn't much new or overall useful to find here since I already had to research and learn a lot more than what the book has to offer because of personal health issues.
Still nicely done bookm that will be helpful for a lot of people I am guessing
A very interesting book about what are our deep reason for keeping distances from our well being.
Not a diet book, more an analysis of our psyche. Some interesting exercises, I tried some and they work (I'm on a diet due to health reasons).
Recommended to all those who want feel better and learn how to live better.
