Jason Stone, is a three time Super Bowl champion who is looking to add another ring to his collection before retiring from the sport. Savannah, is the daughter of the owner to the football team and also the teams PR person. The two meet at a club one night and although Savannah knows who Jason is, he doesn't know who she is, but he likes the banter between them. When Savannah's dad convinces her to spend more time with Jason, the two grow closer. Their chemistry is undeniable.

This was a great read. I look forward to reading even more by Nicole Edwards.

This book was really good. I was entertained from beginning to end, each chapter drew me in more & more as I enjoyed the banter & steam between Savannah & Jason. The sizzle between them from the moment they met was scorching. The fact that both were non-relationship people just made it that much more interesting. I have one favourite scene from the beginning of the book, where Allison(Savannah’s best friend) does a running commentary of an unheard conversation at the bar between Jason Stone & an overly amorous female. I laughed so hard during that scene I was crying....well done. I also enjoyed the play by play & knowledge that Nicole Edwards has for football. This book was well written as like her other books. I definitely will be looking for more in this series.

I really enjoyed this book, but having read a lot of sports romances, I don't feel as though it stood out from the others, which is a bit disappointing. Well, the only big difference was that the guy was actually really sweet, loved his mama, and wasn't really that cocky. Typically, the heroes are pretty much cocky jerks, so it was a refreshing change. I'm a big Nicole Edwards fan and have read several other series, so this was a nice break from her usual. I didn't read Book 1 of this, but it's not necessary and I didn't miss anything, other than what is probably a really good read.

Stone is the Dallas starting quarterback and going for Super Bowl #4. He's also contemplating retiring at the end of the season, but the owner wants him to sign for another 2 years. Stone is a very humble guy, is confident, but not cocky and he spends a lot of time with his family. You have to love the guy, there wasn't much to not like, other than possibly him not wanting a serious relationship yet.

Savannah is the owner's daughter, but she has a policy to keep business and pleasure separate, so that means football players are off limits. Well, that is until a certain quarterback tempts her with his charm. They have an unforgettable night together with no names exchanged and she leaves the next morning. Well, although Savannah knew who Stone was, he didn't know that she was the owner's daughter. He soon learns who she is and he's determined to get the woman he can't get out of his head back into his bed.

They have a very intense sexual relationship and it was incredibly hot. Stone certainly dominated in the bedroom and Savannah let control go for him to do so. I didn't find that they ever really communicated that much outside of the bedroom though. Sure, it was obvious by the way they connected that something really was there between them, but I wish they had talked more, learned more about the other, etc. Despite the lack of communication, I still found their falling in love believable and at least they were finally honest with each other about things when it mattered. There wasn't any angst or drama, other than that crazy Luke reporter, it was just a good sports romance. I liked that Savannah's father easily accepted and supported their relationship and it showed what a good guy he was as well. The ending was sweet and again showed the cute loyal family guy that Stone was.

I'll definitely continue to read more from this series and will probably go back and read Book 1 now.

I became an instant fan of Nicole Edwards when I read the first Bad Boys of Sports title. I'm happy to report that Bad Business is just as good as the first in the series.

Stone is an alpha hero that you can rally behind. He works hard and plays hard, and it's nice to see a character that you can genuinely like because he's just written as an amazing person. Savannah is every bit the modern, sassy heroine making her equally fun to read. I loved the way their personalities played off one another from their first encounter to the story's conclusion. This is a highly enjoyable contemporary romance set in the sports world.

What an amazing, refreshing read by Nicole Edwards! I enjoyed this story line so much!
You have Savannah, daughter of the owner of the Dallas Wranglers football team. She meets Stone, the quarterback for the team at a bar and he has no clue who she is, but the sparks between them ignite and she says screw it, and goes for it.
Savannah and Stone have a connection like nothing he's ever had before, and he's not sure he can walk away from her, he knows who she is, but he doesn't care. He hadn't thought he'd ever find someone like her but she's captured him and taken over his thoughts!
Follow their story in this great book, I'm going back to get the first book in this series because yes it's that good!! 5 stars for this one!!

Bad Business is the second installment in Nicole Edwards "Bad Boys of Sports" series. We really enjoyed the first book and love Nicole Edwards so we were excited for the 2nd book!

Nicole Edwards books are always steamy and sexy and Bad Business definitely follows this- it was HOT! Both Stone and Savannah might not be looking for love, a relationship or any kind of committed relationship but once you find the one it’s hard to remember why it was you wanted to remain single to begin with. Stone and Savannah make such a great couple and the sparks that fly when they are both together are off the charts.

We can't wait for more books in this series!

Jason Stone, Quarterback for the Dallas Wrangles and 3 time Super Bowl Champ is looking to finish his career out with one more ring to add to his collection. Savannah Andrews, daughter of the own of the Wrangles, has a rule about dating football players. Both so focused on their careers Stone and Savannah thought they knew where they were heading in life but when Savannah’s dad pushes them together in hopes that Savannah can convince Stone not to retire these two have to face the undeniable chemistry that sizzles between them.

Nicole Edwards is a legend in my eyes when it comes to making her readers get a little hot and Bad Business is no exception. What I loved most was that this book wasn’t filled with angst or playing games. Stone and Savannah knew what was happening between them and even when they question things they never played games with one another. We got to watch them slowly fall in love but also be friends and support one another through the rough moments. The only thing I would change if I could make one teeny little critique is I (surprisingly) would have cut out a little bit of the sex for some more funny scenes doing random things together. The banter between our two main characters in the first scene is what made me fall in love with these two. The story seemed to wrap up very suddenly, adding just a bit more of our couple would have been icing on the cake.

**I voluntarily read an early copy of this title provided by NetGalley and the publisher**

Bad Business is the second installment in Nicole Edwards "Bad Boys of Sports" series and a great addition it was! I felt like this was a pretty realistic look at how a story like this could have unfolded in the real world.

Jason Stone is the new quarterback of the Dallas Wranglers' and to say it is a dream come true is literal. Jason grew up in the area and it has always been his dream to play for this team before he retires, which could be sooner rather than later. Jason is confident and driven, but not cocky. He knows what he wants and he puts 11o% into everything he does, both on and off the field.

Savannah Andrews is the daughter of the owner of the Wranglers' and works in the PR department. While she is normally the one that stays out of the spotlight, she leaves that to her dad and brothers, she's very good at her job and she wants to make her mark within the organization.

When Savannah and Jason meet for the first time, it comes to light that this was not the first time they had met, however one of them didn't know that. Will this omitted piece of information cause issues? And, will an assignment that Savannah is given cause even more waves?

I really enjoyed this book. It was hot, sexy, had witty banter and the story was very engaging. I was rooting for Savannah and Jason from the get go and while this book is part of a series, it can easily be read as a standalone and be enjoyed.

4.5 Stars!!

I always love a great sports romance novel and Nicole Edwards has definitely wow’ed me with this series! Bad Business is the second book in the Bad Boys of Sports series and let me say it is a must read! I loved the initial chemistry between Savannah and Stone and I thought Nicole Edwards did a fantastic job of organically building their friendship/relationship throughout the novel. After about 25% into the book I knew I didn’t want it to end! Nicole Edwards worked her magic and had me hooked the entire way and honestly there was not one part that lagged—love that. I highly recommend this 4.5 star read and I am extremely excited to get my hands on the next book in this addictive series—CANNOT WAIT!

Savannah is a no nonsense PR VP for he Dad's team. She doesn't date football players. Then we have the bad boy with the Midas touch...Jason Stone. Hottie football god on the field. Their flirty banter and little games were so fun to read...as much as they pulled each other in...they ensnared me as well. I kept cheering their tentative relationship/friendship on because you could just see that both of them needed the spark that drew them together.

I love a good sports romance, so I was really excited when I was approved on Netgalley for an E-ARC of Bad Business. As soon as this started, I knew it was going to be steamy which I am not a huge fan of. However; it worked in this story and was not every other page like some other reads I have tried.

I had not read book one, but I do not think you need too to enjoy this one.

I ended up really enjoying this. I loved the romance and all of the sports references. It was fast paced and kept my interest. I read it fairly quickly and I am excited to check out book one.

Man I love a good sports romance. But, you know what I love even more?? A HAWT 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Sports Romance that is a really close accurate depiction of what the athlete's life might be. Not some fictional formulated Mad Libs of romance that is supposed to be a sports romance. And let me tell you, there are quite a few of those out. So, guess what I thought of Book 2 in the Bad Boys of Sports Series?

LOOOOOOVVVEEEDDDDD it! Beyond loved it. Loved it beyond the first book. I adored it. I laughed and hoped and was allll caught up in both POV and both careers and both hearts/minds and allll the hanky panky. I didn't want this book to end. One of the best I've read in a while!

Nicole, if you're reading this... Bad Boys. Sports. MORE. PLEASE. SOON. Thank you.

I am seriously loving this series. I enjoyed Savannah and Stone as main characters and felt like they had a lot of chemistry. The story flowed easily and was engaging. I enjoyed the banter between Savannah and Stone throughout the story and really liked the ending. I did find the story a little slow in the beginning, which is the only reason I have the book 4 stars instead of 5. A very enjoyable read!!! Nicole Edwards is a fairly new author to me but I really enjoy her stories.

Bad Business, is a book that has almost no drama. Except for the kind that reporters like to make up. Was a nice change.

While out at a bar with her friend, Savannah meets her father’s new quarterback, Jason Stone. While she knows who he is, Jason has no idea who she is. After their memorable one night stand, Savannah hopes he won’t realize who she is if they ever meet again. Of course, they do when Savannah’s father insists she help Jason with his PR until the end of the season. Her father really wants Savannah to find out what Jason is going to do after this season, but Savannah doesn’t want to use their relationship to trick Jason. This is a great sports romance with a HEA you will love!
