Apparently this is a re-issue. One that I read back in 2015 according to my goodreads profile. I did not read it again. I do recall that I enjoyed the book very much.

This did not do it for me at all! Which is a shame because the blurb sounded amazing!
I couldn’t connect with the characters or the story. I never understood why Killian was so taken with Claire. They never went over that part for me so the whole relationship felt like lust instead of this deep connection.
I really wanted to like it, but I just really skimmed through it.
Overall it just wasn’t for me.
