Coco Cake Land is a very impressive and step-by-step detailed book of the cutest cake designs. The designs are a nice blend of traditional themes along with trendy ideas. Great photos of all projects, including photos of the tools needed to complete projects.

So many beautiful cakes! And yet I know that never, in a million years will I ever make a cake as pretty as the cakes in this book, but I do love to look at the pictures. I tried to make a rosette once. It did not end well. But the cake bases listed toward the end sound delicious - there are even some vegan alternatives that sound interesting even to me, an avid non-vegan.
