An interesting read, this book contains wisdom about life and self. Read with an open mind if you are curious about another world or exploring transformation.
Thank you Watkins and Netgalley for an ARC in return for my honest review.
I recall wanting to read the earlier books many years ago so I was interested to finally have the opportunity. The book didn’t really hold my interest unfortunately, I would choose other spiritual books over this in the future.
I'd heard a lot about this Author and had seen his other books recommended. I have an open mind and was interested to see what this series of books were like. I'm afraid to say they are not my thing and I didn't finish the book that's not to say that others won't resonate with the content.
I have read several other books in this series and, while the writing style is not my favorite, I usually come away with some golden nuggets to carry with me. This latest volume did feel a bit redundant (although it’s been a while since I’ve read one). But, again, reminders are not bad, nor is looking at something from a slightly different angle. Some of the ideas are complex, some just perplexing, but I think if you approach this with the attitude that you can take what fits and leave the rest, it’s a worthwhile read.
