This book is a collection of essays on the state of the world now and it is not looking good. These essays are part autobiographical, inspirational and political. I enjoyed some essays more than others but I found the book to be very repetitive. For me the autobiographical essays worked best. The other essays and the organization was disjointed and some of the ideas were hard to follow. The big takeaway from the book is that all the world's problems can be solved by meditation. This book is best read in small doses and could use an editor.
I love the concept of this book, the the first essay really spoke to me. I could definitely see myself using it in AP Lang. However, the overall setup of the ebook was just hard to follow, and parts were either completely left out or had been lifted and placed somewhere else. I wasn't able to get past that to finish this..
