Cute story enidning to the three books. I little slow in the action and adventure part, but overall a a cute story.

Heroine Needs a Slap

Aileen was just...too stubborn, irritating, and self-centered for thus reader to warm up to. Her priorities were whacked. Heath has a consistent manner, although his growth seems to have mostly occurred off-page, previous to the events of this book. Just an okay read, with the sense of mind suspense, being the best part.

Highly entertaining, emotionally gripping and action packed romantic adventure that it is filled with mystery, deception, forgiveness, love and passion.

Heathcliff Goldwin III is a billionaire business man and third in this trio of extraordinary Alpha Male friends. He is laying low this holiday season and trying to help his friend Murphy locate his missing journalist sister Aileen. When he finds her posing as Santa and tailing a Senator he knows he should just drag her back to her brother but something sparks and he finds himself in the role of protector while she gets her story. Journalist Aileen Coen is hot on the trail of a crooked senator and determined to brake this story despite her brothers friend interfering. Loved it!

Aileen isn't really missing! I like that Heath and Aileen teamed up to investigate. It bothers me a little that the guy on the cover isn't blonde like his description in the book. I'm not sure why, since I rarely bother with covers. Maybe I just have a thing for blondes. Either way, it was a good story and I'm glad Heath got his HEA like his friends.

She has been trying to get the dirt on a dirty politician.
Heathcliff is friend w/ her brother.
He has been trying to find Aileen since she "disappeared"
As Heathcliff tries to help Aileen, they can't resist each other.
The chemistry is undeniable.
Will this relationship work when all is said + done ?
Loved the storytelling + the characters!

A great end for this fantastic series. Heath is such a sweetheart. Aileen is surprised by his generosity that he shows others. He gets the job done though, so that's what matters.
