I am a big fan of this author and was not disappointed with this book. Escape to Big Fork Lake has a well crafted plot and characters. I was pulled immediately into the story. I highly recommend this book.
I received an arc from Netgalley. This book had a very different feel to it, one that I enjoyed. I felt for Sam and the difficulties she faced while trying to get herself back on track.
Noah and Sam start to develop a relationship but have quite a few bumps and obstacles to overcome. Faith guided them through it all. Very touching story. 3.5 stars
Escape to Big Fork Lake is a very good book to read if you are in the mood for a good romance with just a tad bit of mystery thrown in there. The main character, Sam is a disaster in the beginning of the book. She dates a guy just once and he ends up stalking her. Her life is miserable and she needs a change for her safety. She doesn't have the funds to move away from the danger she is in so, she doesn't know what to do except to Pray. She meets once a year with a man named Bo and Bo does something for her that is world changing. In this world of change she meets Noah who instantly falls in love with her. Is he able to keep her safe? Is this mystery worth your looking into? Why yes it is, it is so worth your time. The problem with this book that frustrated me to no end was that there was a lot of grammatical errors, punctuation errors, word that were there that shouldn't have been there and words that were missing that should have been there as well. The other thing that had me disappointed was that they took the name of GOD in vain.
