Very practical book for dealing with anxiety issues. Broken into 52 parts, each part outlines a different concept/idea for handling anxiety followed by a practice to apply the concept to anchor it in your life's toolbox. Most of these exercises are based in mindfulness practice and it would help if the reader has an established practice or was familiar with mindfulness and/or meditation. The concepts themselves seem to be related to CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) ideas. And, rather than presented with how to combat anxiety, the point of view here is how to live with anxiety.
