A very informative book that provides a great deal of information in an easy to understand manner. It's perfect for not only teens, but adults as well that might be struggling with finding that perfect balance with their diets. Eating Mindfully can be tough, and with the stress of school, plus extracurricular activities, it can fall behind and become forgotten. This book is an incredible starting point to get any teen eating the way they should for their bodies.

Absolutely loved this book. This can change the entire way eating us looked at. Simple to understand and make sense of. This book has the potential to make a large impact in the epidemic of obesity in our nations chuldren.

Even though I'm not a teen anymore, I wanted to read this book because I'm always interested in mindfully eating and healthy eating ideas.

This book was very informative and I appreciated some of the tips.
