I tried a couple of recipes and some turned out ok. I love Korean bbq, but I might not be best at making bbq. I don’t think it was the instructions. I would recommend the book to anyone who is interested in making bbq or who loves meat!
I moved to ND after being raised in Los Angeles. North Dakota is just not the cultural mecca LA is. So I desperately miss Korean Food and am always on the lookout for recipes with an Asian flavor. The sauces in this book are so YUMMO! I couldn't make a couple of the sauces but am waiting on a family member mailing me some of the harder to find ingredients. My hubby and I have made at least a dozen of the recipes with plans to make many more! I can't wait for this to be published so I can have a hard copy to cook from.
