I was first interested in this book as I thought it would give me more insight on how to center myself. What I found was that it was a little too basic. It is a good starting point for those who wish to seek what avenues are available and how to start but not much more than that.
This is a beautiful book that integrates teachings from many wisdom traditions to help us align with our own divinity. I enjoyed these refreshers and think it would be good for anyone new to spirituality.
Pros: relatively well written, cohesive structure, list of works for further reading
Cons: Although it doesn't mention Christianity in the synopsis, that's right where this book jumps in, followed by what you can read in similar books that are even mentioned in this book.
Overall disappointed

I would like to thank the netgalley, the author and publisher for providing me with a review copy in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion of it.
A book that came from a place of authenticity and love. It is spiritual wisdom from the old, processed, integrated and made accessible by the author to inspire readers towards aligning their lives with the divine. The writing is engaging, the content comprehensive while lean and compact. I thought it is one of the best on this subject!
