I was expecting something more detailed on the implementation of HR Analytics strategies and approaches. The book does a good job in presenting the landscape of technologies and approaches. It may be good for an HR person but for a technical / strategic profile is a bit too shallow.

This book is recommended to those people who work in HR as it helps to develop better strategies and have a better hindsight on how manage people using data.
