We love westerns around here and Johnstone is one of our favorites. My husband has read every book he has written. I don’t think the books are as good as when William was alive and writing on his own but we are hanging in determined to read all his books

I thought Buckhorn was a pretty good read. I look forward to more of this series. I give this one 4 stars.

I really enjoyed this story. It was easy to read, and had a great plot.

Great start to a new western series by William W.Johnstone , there always been something about his writing style that pulls me into the story no mate what the genre is wither it's a western like this one or one of his horror stories like Bats, so glad that I keep finding new series of his to fall in love with and rediscover his writing. This is the first time I think that I've ever read a story where the main character is part Native American , and isn't afraid to stand up for what he believes in or to fight for what he thinks is right. Can't wait to see more of this series and the main character ,thinks Netgalley for letting me read and review Buckhorn and for once again letting me fall in love once with William W.Johnstone work. It was because of you that I rediscovered him and his books.
