I really enjoyed this friends to lovers romance. The book offers a wonderful blend of sweetness, hot steam, deep emotion, and heartwarming love. My heart just broke for both of these two. Krissy wants a baby, is suffering from endometriosis, and is rapidly running out of time and options. She decides to turn to her bestfriend Johnny to help her get pregnant, but with some rules because the last thing she wants is to lose their friendship. Johnny has loved Krissy since high school. He has suffered for years listening to Krissy as she talked of her boyfriends and the breakups that followed. Initially he's shocked but then realizes this my be his one and only chance to show Krissy they can be so much more to each other. A amazing read that will melt your heart, steam up your glasses and make you smile.

I liked this friends to lovers read. Krissy just found out see has a medical condition and if she wants a baby she needs to do it sooner rather than later. Who better to have a baby with then your best friend, as long as he plays by your rules. This is an entertaining and steamy read. I admit I liked Johnny much better than Krissy. A good read.

A friends to lovers to in-love romance. Well developed likable characters in long suffering Johnny and clueless blond Krissy. Johnny’s been hiding his love for Krissy since high school and taken on the best friend role until she needs a baby daddy. After some hot sex Krissy sees Johnny in a different light. Thank goodness! The story seemed to drag and was fairly predictable. Good secondary characters. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC.

2 1/2 stars.
This was just an okay friends to lovers story for me. I like sex in a book but there may have been a little too much in this one and not enough of the other good stuff I expect in a romance even if it is an erotic one. I've read plenty of that but this one just didn't wow me at all. Loved Johnny just couldn't connect with Krissy.

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for my honest opinion.

Fast read. Kristina seems lost and doesn't like to stick around after sex. Her bff Johnny is gorgeous and is her bff and is gorgeously hott!! How to deal with her diagnosis and needing to have a baby soon. Johnny has some decisions to make. This was a fast read I struggled a little bit with Kristina being wish washy. That frustrated me at times. Not a bad read.

I received this ARC from the publisher via Net Galley at my request for my honest opinion. Thank you Net Galley!!

They have been best friends for a long time. She has had female problems and is on her way to having everything removed but she wants to have a baby before she has it done. She asked him to help her out to find a perfect man to do that for her. They actually have feelings for each other and it's good. Both stubborn and head strong. It would have been better to have an epilogue or a little bit more to show what happens to them

This book was about one-third plot and two-thirds sex scenes. If that’s your preference, you’ll enjoy this story of friends-to-lovers. Kristina and Johnny have been good friends forever. She doesn’t realize that he has loved her since high school because he hasn’t told her. He prefers to keep their friendship. But now Krissy had decided that she needs him to impregnate her since her endometriosis is getting worse and the clock is ticking on her ability to have a child.

That’s fine as a plot. But she is rather irritating. She decides that she doesn’t want to risk falling for Johnny so she tells him that he just has to have sex with her without any foreplay or doing anything that will make her enjoy the experience. He is uncomfortable and insulted by this. I was uncomfortable reading the description of it. Then they have a lot more sex. A lot more. I don’t mind erotic scenes in my novels, but I don’t like it when the sex seems to overpower the plot and that happens here.

I was given a free ARC of this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review

This is the story of Krissy and Johnny and their struggle to tame their passion without losing their friendship and while trying to become parents.

Krissy has a gynecologic issue that makes her want to become pregnant right away so that she won't miss her chance for motherhood. However, her history with men is not that great and she does not have time to search for Mr. Perfect.

Johnny has been secretly in love with her since high school, but he stood by her all these years watching her go through one man after the other, hearing her narrating all the dirty details and holding her when it was over. So when she proposes to him to be her baby's father, though shocked he knows he could never allow anyone else take this role. The only problem is that she starts by setting rules, while he tries to think of ways to make her see how good they are together.

It's been so long since the last time I read a story about friends passing from friend zone to love zone. I loved it. The characters, the plot, the ups and downs of the story, the love scenes. Everything. Even the happy ending.

For those fond of a book with many erotic scenes this is the book for your. The story evolves while including sex scenes in each phase.

I would definitely recommend it.

Johnny Loves Krissy is a steamy friends to lovers story.

Krissy has advanced endometriosis and wants a baby before her body lets her know it's too late. Who better to help her with that than her best friend, Johnny, the man who's been in love with her forever. Of course, Krissy doesn't know he's in love with her, so she messes with his head and his heart and things go awry for a minute, but the feelings end up bringing them back together.

While I loved Johnny, Krissy drove me nuts. She was so ridiculous and wishy washy with the man who was her best friend, she honestly wasn't such a good best friend to him at all. But, Johnny's adorableness and sweet, sexy nature made up for all the negative qualities Krissy had. Although Johnny Loves Krissy was seriously steamy, it was over much so for my tastes. And the word "cream?" Used WAY, WAY, WAY too often. So much so that I started to roll my eyes and get a little squicked out every time it was used. Find a different word already!

So, strong, awesome hero, obnoxious, lacking heroine, strong physical connection, weak emotional connection and not enough communicating can only mean 3 stars or less for me. If Johnny hadn't been so great, I probably would have 2 starred this, actually.
