All Your Perfects by Colleen Hoover is a first person narrative told by Quinn - "then" and "now". The reader is taken back chapter by chapter to when Quinn and Graham met, date, and fall in love. On the alternating side of things, we see the "now" of the relationship. The seven years in the future of turmoil upon turmoil. This damaged couple shows the reader the ups and downs of marriage and it leaves the reader wondering if love is enough? Can this perfect couple who are so clearly soul mates make it through this Category 5 moment?

The last CoHo book I read was definitely not one of my favourites, but then she writes this? She's done it again, folks! I can't remember when I've cried so long and hard while reading a book.

Quinn and Graham are beyond compare and probably my favourite couple in a book to date. They were realistic, honest and so raw. I felt myself reeling when they were suffering heartache and rage when they were dealing with betrayal. Graham is so sweet without being over the top, it's like he doesn't even realize that the things he says are touching our hearts and souls.

The book had such a balance between the past and present chapters, that I didn't want to put it down! The end of each chapter left you waiting for the next and lingering for the next "now" chapter. It was the very definition of a page-turner. Just prepare yourself with a big box of tissues when you're reading this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 magnificent stars!

This was a perfect book. I was hooked from the start. Both Quinn and Graham touched my heart and their story, from the day they met was beautiful. It was a very well written book, the topic was well handled, the words seemed to flow smoothly and effortlessly. It was a wonderful story.

I adore Colleen and all her books I have read so far. I was so excited when I was approved to read this book.

In All your perfect we get a “Then” and a “now” pov. We get to see the couple fall in love. And we get to see them years later as they struggle to to comunicate, stay in love and deal with infertility issues.

This book really shined light on how real these issues can be. I adored it. I picked it up one afternoon and couldnt put it down and finished it that night.

I would absolutly recomend this book to romance lovers or anyone looking for an emotional read.

A huge thanks to netgalley for allowing me an early copy for a review.

I haven’t read a Colleen Hoover book in a while. I find she changed her books and I guess I like her more classic stories so I was too scared to get into them. But I took a shot on this one and received an ARC from the publisher.

At first I was hesitant and wasn’t a huge fan. It felt like I was reading two novels at the same time: a story and its sequel. The “Then”s were written when Quinn and Graham met in unlikely circumstances, and about when they re-met and their relationship bloomed and blossomed into marriage. Essentially the “Then”s were Colleen’s old books that I knew and loved. Her “Now”s were women’s contemporary fiction and at first I wasn’t a fan. Now...this is a half-lie. I was compelled, pulled in, all things you want in a story, but I was convincing myself that it was horrible because I didn’t enjoy it as much as the “Then”s.

Unil 25% in. You just become so pulled in by the “Now”s, that the time differences doesn’t even matter. Quinn and Graham’s story is now so heartbreaking and sad, that it just hits you in a certain spot and you love each time era the same but for different reasons. I enjoyed the past for its old Colleen charm and enjoyed the present for being real and for touching on a topic that destroys so many relationships. In the present chapters, you don’t know too much at first, but as the first few pass on, you start to learn more about their failing marriage. At the same time, you’re alternated with the past, of when they were falling in love. I think the alternation of the two times helps impact the present that much more; you see how their life went down to what it has become, so by knowing the past, the present has that much more feeling behind it.

The past and present were written fantastically! Actually, let me just get it over with and say that the entire novel was written so poetically. She did a fantastic job writing about the then and now. Given the difference in years, I can feel the differences in their life that time did to them. It was like I was reading two different novels about the same couple. The romance and their voices are so much more matured in the present that you get such a great feel of the time difference.

I really enjoyed Graham. He’s super funny and really romantic. We didn’t see his character develop nearly as much as Quinn, given the novel’s perspective, but what we did see is his never-ending faith in their love. From the beginning, he joked about their meetings being fate and that they will marry and have a happy and long marriage and even when life hit them hard, he never gave up on her or them. Quinn is a great character, and I think being in her head for the story made the novel that much sadder. We get the full effect of what she is going through. The reason for their failing marriage is not one of the obvious ones we all go to when we think failing marriage. It’s a common enough one, but still one that is neither Graham or Quinn’s fault, yet both take the blame for it.

I feel like this book deserves so much more to be said about it, but it’s honestly hard to organize my thoughts about it. I think this book will speak to many people in Quinn’s situation and I even think Colleen’s work may empower them. It’s a beautiful story that reminded me how much I actually like Coleen’s books, so I already can not wait for the next one! I enjoyed this book quite a lot.
Thank you to the publisher for providing me with an ARC.

Queen Colleen Hoover works her magic again with this one and hits you with allllll the feels. It had intense emotions, hot romance and twists that will simply destroy your heart, you know, typical Hoover. I really enjoyed that one, but it didn't make it into my top favorite. I did have a bit of a hard time connecting with the characters but i think that's just me. I did like them once i started to understand what was going one. I loved having the Then/Now POV which gave us a fantastic view of the relationship and how it changed. As always, her writing is perfect. I found so many cute and powerful quotes in this one, it was such a great read. This book talks about extremely difficult situations and i think she did it very well. I never experienced this type of things, so it's a bit hard to relate, but the way she painted it all made it really easy to feel all of the emotions.
All Your Perfects : 4.5/5

Quinn & Graham meet in the most horrible way; Graham is pacing outside of Quinn's fiancés apartment. As she gets closer, she discovers Graham is waiting for his girlfriend Sasha to emerge, where she has been having an affair with Ethan, Quinn's fiancé. As Quinn & Graham sit outside the door and listen to their loved ones cheat on them, they bond over Chinese food and heartbreak.

Told through flashbacks, we learn how Quinn and Graham become a couple, yet seven years in the future this couple is on the brink of divorce. We learn how things progressed to this point, and how distant they became as a wedge was driven between them. Then a final blow was dealt; surely this wouldn't be the end of Quinn & Graham's marriage?

This was a brutally honest depiction of the inside of a marriage. When you can be with the one you love and still be lonely. Through fights, anger and the worst - indifference - we see how this marriage crumbled even though neither wanted it to.

Raw with emotion, this book will pull your insides out, twist them around, then put them back in with some semblance of hope that it's in the right place.

Oh my gosh, my heart! This book broke my heart. then mended it back together again.

As always, no one does tragically beautiful love stories quite like Colleen Hoover. The story was a heart wrenching one of infertility, infidelity, and what it takes to mend an almost broken relationship between a husband and wife.

I received this from #NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Loved this story. It's real, it's raw and it's life.

Colleen Hoover grabbed my attention right away. What a way to start a book, I loved it.

I went into this story blind and think it's the best way to go. There are so many real raw emotions in this story, it will have you captivated with these characters. I loved their connection it was sexy sweet. These two just felt so real to me.

The story is written in then/now chapters and it was perfect. In the beginning I wanted to stay in the THEN, the more the story progressed I wanted to remain in the NOW. Just to see it all played out, I had to know which way will this go.

I was completely and utterly shocked to the point of gasping out loud during this story. Colleen's writing is amazing. She brings to life the realism that is marriage, love and living.

I love that the story is not typical romance story. I really liked that the ending is different then I envisioned. Nothing in life in love and in books is a guarantee. We should embrace all that we have and live life to the fullest. It's what we make it that counts.

Another amazing read 5 category 5 stars!!!

Thank you NetGalley for this ARC.

A stomach turning story about Quinn and Graham. The story is place in 2 time frames about 7 years apart in the beginning but get closer in time as the story progresses. The earlier times are happy, light and joyful. The current time, is sad. It took me a while to understand the second part. In the earlier days, you hear the story on how they met and lived. Current times describes the unhappiness, challenges and guilt that Quinn is going thru. Thru the book they mention a wooden box that is locked but Quinn threatens to open it a couple of times. I really wanted to know what was in the box and i am glad that i let the story run its course.

I have never cried at a book before (I am so glad i was home alone). When the contents of the box was revealed, i was sobbing. But you could say that it was a good cry. Graham did know what was going on and knew how she felt but if Quinn was able to open up a bit, alot of hurt could have been avoided.

I read this book in less than 24 hours. This was a beautiful but sad story with a good ending. I was really sad and upset for Quinn, i could not understand why she was acting the way she was towards her husband. I kept waiting for the shoe to drop on what horrible thing he did. I let the story develop and everything came together.

Wow, was my reaction to this book when I finished the last page. Going through the years of this couple from when they first met and how incredible their love was to see them struggle with building a family. I do not have any children of my own and this book pulled at my heartstrings for Quinn and her passion to become a mother. I almost felt like I was Quinn at times and Graham...oh Graham. Those letters! I could feel every single emotion he was displaying and his love. Everyone deserves to be loved by Graham. The very end, like last two pages I smiled so big my cheeks hurt. Everyone needs the love of a dog.

So I had been checking and rechecking NetGalley since February to get my hands on AYP as early as possible. OMG I was so immensely excited when I finally got approved and this bad boy showed up on my kindle.

I really have to admit that the first half of this book did not draw me in much. I was seriously thinking that CoHo wasn't going to pull it off and then bam out of nowhere there's this huge turn of events and you know things are about to get real.

This book is so real, raw and full of unbridled passion. Passion between husband and wife but more importantly the passion of wanting something so badly that it over shadows everything else including the love for each other and the reason you want it so badly is for & with that person, the person you feel you are now hurting.

Quinn and Graham are battling something many couples deal with. I'm sure someone could read this book and see themselves in it, see their marriage in it. I'm not going to tell you what the issue is because why ruin it when you can get the fullest of impacts when you read this most hurting, honest look inside the trials and tribulations a couple can face. Somethings that they may get past or they may not.

Now you might wonder why I would 5 star a book that didn't at the beginning pull me in. The reason is that the second half was just so amazing and the end brought tears to my eyes and that is the biggest compliment that I can ever give an author because I do not cry when reading. I just don't. So Ms. Hoover I commend you on bringing tears to my eyes. You have done what so many have not.

All your perfects will take you on an emotional roller coaster about the struggles with infidelity and the struggles of making a marriage work.
This books is so true to life and the emotions are so real it makes you take a look at your own marriage.
Graham and Quinn started off catching their partners cheating on them and built a foundation of love from this. When Quinn found out she couldn't have babies she started to shut Graham out and become distant but Graham loved her and tried to prove his love for her through all the ups and downs. When they were on the brink of divorce they opened the box that contained their love letters to each other when they first got married and realized that the love and passion was still there and worth fighting for.

A HUGE thank you to the publisher for allowing me to review but most importantly to read this masterpiece.
As myself am struggling with gynecological problems this story completely blew me away.
I'm writing this review with tears in my eyes, such a gut wrenching novel,Quinn and Graham's story was not from the easy ones. It was an emotional roller coaster from start to finish. It was one of those books that you would have a thousand theories about and all of them would be wrong. I kept trying to guess what I thought might happen next and in classic Hoover style she managed to surprise me.
There is a time separation in this novel, THEN and NOW , it showed how such a lovely couple turned -through the years and the problems they met- away from each other, day by day.
As the story continued and things were getting more personal I started having extremely bad panic attacks, I felt attached to the characters and I could feel their pain and devastation inside me.
Colleen is an EXCEPTIONAL writer, maybe a lot of people will disagree with me, but after reading this book no one could doubt that.
Last but not least the issue that the author addressed in this novel was something totally new for me but also something that many couples and young ladies endure everyday. This issue was also something really important for me as I mentioned at the beginning.
Overall, this extraordinary story it's not to be reviewed, it's to be heard, and to be loved.

All Your Perfects was my most anticipated read of 2018. To say that I was excited to read this book would be an understatement. Coho is one of my favorite authors. Her books touch me in a way that few books do.

All Your Perfects is a contemporary romance. The narrator is Quinn (1st person POV- the book starts when she is around 25). The other main character is Graham. The story is told in THEN and NOW. I was a bit nervous when I realized that was the format for this story. I do not usually like when a story is told this way. I am normally much more interested in one time period (usually the present). So the only way that this type of storytelling can work for me is if both time periods are equally good. And in this case they are both fantastic.

The beginning of this book got me hooked right from the start. But it was the format of THEN and NOW that actually took this book to the next level. In THEN you see a couple starting out. And in NOW you see the trouble that they are in. The story is heartbreaking and gut-wrenching. I am not going to spoil what the main issue is. But oh wow it will make you feel so much.

How Quinn and Graham met was so crazy. But I loved it. I really enjoyed getting to see their romance play out in between the story of their life now. This book made me feel happy. This book made me feel sad. This was such an unusual way to tell a love story. But it worked. I found both parts of this story riveting. I was equally invested in the past and the present.

There were some interesting supporting characters including Quinn's snobby mother and her sister. I do wish that both characters had even bigger roles in the story.

Coho books are always emotional. But I was not expecting this book to be so draining. I was not expecting to be sobbing. I was not expecting to feel as much as I did. This book will be very hard for some people to read. But I think that everyone will feel. And what more can you really want from a book.

All Your Perfects is Colleen Hoover's newest and most anticipated book of 2018. The genre is Romance and is intended for a mature audience. The main characters in this book are Quinn and Graham and the story focuses on the ups and downs of their marriage. To say just that makes the story appear so simple, but it is so much more than that.

The book goes back and forth between Then and Now, and the reason for this is that without knowing about their past, it would be very difficult to understand their present. I will admit, I wanted to skip the "Then" chapters because each "Now" chapter ended with a cliffhanger and I was dying to know what was going to happen next in the present.

Like the rest of her books, All Your Perfects is difficult to review without giving too much away--it is a book that you just have to read to get it. Colleen Hoover has a way of writing that makes you feel as if you are the characters in her story. When they're happy, you're smiling along with them. When they're sad, you're devastated asking why? There were many moments in this story where it was difficult to keep my emotions at bay, because it felt so real. Because it IS real.

That's the thing with Hoover's books, they're based on real life occurrences and the characters are far from superficial. She is able to perfectly balance both a spontaneous love story and the harsh reality of life in a way that keeps readers hooked. Many people will be able to relate to this book in their own way, it may not be exactly what these characters are going through, but the emotions are the same all the while.

She has done it again. Knocked it out of the ball park.
Loved Loved Loved this book. She touched on so many emotions.
Have read many of Colleen Hoovers books, by far this has to be my favorite!
A definite recommend book!
