I love a tortured hero and a sassy heroine and this had both!

Garrett was struggling to move forward after his horrific experience but was still Royal Hotness. He just wants his life back. Enter Lola. She doesn't mess around. She speaks her mind and isn't a pushover. She could care less that he's royalty and he loves that. It will break your heart when Garrett finally breaks down and shares his awful experience. It made me dislike the father even more!!!
A wonderful, heartfelt romance.

Royal Treatment starts off extremely strong and well paced. Garrett and Lola have a chance run in at a local lake. It becomes apparent that Lola is a take no shit kinda girl and awesome. Garrett is your troubled hero who Wolff manages to make realistic and likeable. His struggles make sense and are well thought out.

There is some treatment with the mental health issues that rubbed me the wrong way. I do want to caution those who have triggers around PTSD and torture/abuse to not read this or go in with the knowledge it is there.

But onto the happier things. I really enjoyed my time with these characters. We had just enough drama to keep you interested between the sex. I loved watching Lola and Garrett develop as people on their own and together. Outside of one moment that had me going WHYY I was really happy with how they interacted.

I have not read the first book in this series, but like most romance it works as a stand alone quite well. So pick it up if you want a fun contemporary royal story.

I received an ARC Of this book from Netgalley.

I enjoyed the first book in the His Royal Hotness series, but I must say this one is actually so much better! Lola is a great, but the star of the show is Garrett. After his abduction, kidnapping and torture in book 1, this book serves to give him the moment he deserves as a character. I won’t ruin it for others, but some may have issues with his past and PTSD so be warned that there are some triggers in the title if this applies to you. I’m looking forward to reading more by Ms Wolff.

This is the second and last book in the Royal Hotness series. You don't have to read book one first, but I would recommend it. The first book was Kian's story, who is the spare to the throne of Wildemar, but during that book, Garrett, the crown prince was abducted. This story gives us Garrett's story.

Garrett spent his entire life preparing to be the King of Wildemar. Now because of his abduction, his father, the King, has removed Garrett from succession and has given Kian that job. To say that Garrett is pissed is an understatement. He survived three months in captivity while being tortured to near death, but he never gave in to their demands. The King still feels that Garrett is too weak.

Garrett is currently living his life in a non-directional way.....he has no idea what to do. One day while swimming, Garrett sees this feisty little redhead giving his security trouble and he is instantly smitten. For the first time since the abduction, SOMETHING is bringing Garrett some feelings. Garrett quickly finds out who this little redhead is, Lola Barnes, and he goes to visit her again. They end up going out to dinner and the paparazzi photographs them and now it's all over the news. This new relationship is a positive thing for Garrett and Kian convinces him to run with it and see if Lola will agree to a fake relationship because he thinks it could get Garrett the crown back. Lola's vintage clothing resale business takes off with the news of her dating Garrett, and she actually agrees to fake a relationship for the short time she will be in Europe.

For two people who thought they could keep this relationship in name only, it quickly turned into something so much more. For the first time in Garrett's life he wanted something for himself, and not just for the monarchy. Both Lola and Garrett had issues from their pasts but together they were able to fight for their happy ending. This story surprised me by being so emotional at the end. I found myself sobbing at times, but it was a good emotional cry. Overall, I really loved this story.

OK - I have not read the first book, but I got this book from NetGalley for an honest review. I loved it. It was not your typical rich prince meets poor girl. Prince Garrett was the Crown Prince and had been in training to be king his whole life. He gets kidnapped, tortured for several months before being rescued. His father, the King, stripped him of his position of heir and gave it to his twin brother who had no desire for the position. Garret meets Lola and is entranced by her. She is independent, runs her own company, and is completely a free spirit.
This story deals with his recovery, emotionally and physically. He is ashamed of his scars and hides behind a calm demeaner. When it breaks loose, look out. Major damage. Again, this story is well worth reading. If you read the first one, I can only imagine you will love this one

I have not read any of Tracy's books before but I really enjoyed this one and will go back and read book 1 in the series.

His Royal Hotness (just loved that moniker for Garrett) is the former Crown Prince of a small country who is kidnapped and tortured. As a result when he recovers from his ordeal his father the King decides to make his twin brother Kian the crown prince in his stead just to add a nasty insult to Garrett's physical and psychological injuries.

Garrett meets Lola an American girl who is on a shopping spree in his country. They hit it off immediately and Garrett takes her out on a date which proves to be amazing for them but a total disaster as suddenly Lola is the centre of attention as Garrett's next girl. The rest of the story is about their "fake relationship" which becomes more than real. I loved the two main characters Lola is a fun outgoing take no prisoners girl just what Garrett who is uptight and insecure and suffering PTSD needs.

It is wonderful to see how Garrett breaks out of his shell to pursue Lola and how she becomes someone he can lean on. She is so strong and there for him, helping him to recover from his ordeal while trying to cope with the worldwide attention. I haven't read the first book featuring Kian but in this one he comes across as uncaring and only interested in his own pleasures. He does not want to take the crown because it would cramp his style.

This was a good read and I look forward to going back to read book 1 in the series.

His world started spinning when he was kidnapped. Garrett was desperately trying to make sense of the world he was cast into. Everywhere he looked, he felt the whispers that drifted past him, the looks that lasted a little longer than normal, and the question running through his families mind if he could be trusted. Finally stepping aside from the endless jet setting lifestyle he meets Lola. She is definitely a breath of fresh air and is the one person who isn’t afraid to let Garrett know what she thinks. Can his life possibly change for the better and his family see that who truly is still? I’m so excited to read Garrett’s story!

Prince Garrett has been through a terrible ordeal and he has pretty much accepted the fact that he can't feel anything until he meets Lola. Lola is a free spirit and isn't awed by Garrett being a prince. In fact, she really doesn't have time to deal with him even though she's tempted because her work is so demanding. But his charming and slightly goofy behavior capture her heart and their relationship is rocky but romantic. Loved it!

This is not the book I imagined before I read it. In my imagination, we had a hero who had suffered physical and emotional abuse at the hands of kidnappers and the fall-out from that would be front and center in the story. That's not how Wolff imagined it, though.

Wolff gave us a woman, Lola, tough enough to snap Garrett out of his introspection. Wolff gave us Garrett, who is living the life he hates, and Lola seems like a way to take his mind off of his misery.

Then Wolff gave us a relationship between Lola and Garrett that isn't easy.. Lola helps Garrett with what he experienced and with what is to come as they learn to love each other.

Book 2 of His Royal Hotness, series is just that. HOT! All stiff shirts need a Lola in their life. It's totally surprising that her craziness actually calms Garrett. Plus she makes him laugh, he needs that so much.

I really liked the first book in this series, and I've been waiting and waiting for this one to come out.

At first though, for maybe about 3 or 4 minutes, I wasn't sure I'd like Lola at all. I wondered what Garrett saw in her other than the physical. However, that did not last. I became a fan. She was great.

The way Tracy Wolff gets into Garrett's head though, is completely wonderful. I felt his emotions to my core. By the end, I felt like a limp noodle! So MAJOR KUDOS to her for her brilliant writing.

I look forward to more great books from her!

Thank you, NetGalley, for the ARC that was given in exchange for my honest review.

The real royal hotness is in Garrett. He has so much anger inside, that only a sassy women like Lola could control. Lola contained the beast and make him a better man not only to her but to Wildemar. I enjoy reading this books and recommend it. Savvy and Kylian are sweethearts.

Tracy Wolff is a master of romance. She adds just enough mystery and intrigue to have you reading into the night. Steamy, sexy, and just the right amount of sweet. I always enjoy her books and this one did not disappoint!

ARC received for review

Garrett was just as yummy as his brother Kian, but so tortured....literally. You can read this one without having read the first, but I would recommend reading book one before this book.

If Lola thought it, it was probably going to come out of her mouth. She was perfect for the slightly uptight prince, former prince, prince, former prince...their Dad was a real prick. When he broke, oh my, it'll break your heart.

Sweet epilogue, but I'm sad there's not another brother. Maybe we can have a couple books with Kian's bodyguards. They were pretty hilarious.

Garrett's story is so much different from Kian's. I know a lot has happened to Garrett. I loved that he was matched up with sassy independent Lola. She gave Garrett the chance to start to heal from the horrors of what he went through.

Only thing I didn't like about the story was Lola's back story. I guess it was I wanted to know what kinda drama she went though, with her mother and father.

So. Freaking. Good.
Ms. Wolff has managed to write an even better story then Kian’s. Kian who? Seriously, I have forgotten all about him. But Garrett… ya, I am loving Garrett. This is a story about Garrett, who was supposed to be the future King of a French country, and Lola, an American business owner. Insta love with this story. Although, they both don’t realize it at first. They meet, go on a date and the rest is, as they say, history. I don’t want to go into too much detail and ruin it for you, but I will say this love story starts as a business deal of sorts. That’s all you’re getting from me!!!
I have read all prior books by this author. This is the second book in this series. (First one being about his twin brother – Kian.) I think you could read this book on its own, but if you do, you won’t know what happened to Garrett to make him how he is. So honestly, I think you should read book 1 before reading this one.

Great book that ties up any lost ends you may have from the previous story. Good characters and a plot with strong emotion and some twists.
