Sage had not experienced all life had to offer. Lacking self confidence in herself she is ready to take that tentative step forward to finally embrace life. She never expected Oliver to join her on her trip since they fought every time they saw each other. There is a definitely a thin line between love and hate and those lines begin to blur. She is a strong character that isn’t aware of how resilient she truly is.
This was a head scratcher. The blurd drew me in but I didnt really connect too the characters too closely. I seriously question some of their motivations and choices.
Quinn has no interest in being in love with anyone, especially not his sister-in-law, Ally's, best friends, Sage. But when Sage wins a trip to Vegas from a radio show and Ally can't go because she's heavily pregnant, Both Ally and Quinn think it's a good idea he join Sage to keep her from getting into any troubles.
Sage has never traveled out of their state, let alone been on a plane. She's got such and open and trusting personality, so much so that even Quinn and Seth's father likes her, even Quinn is afraid for Sage to take the trip alone.
When he shows up on the plane to Vegas and tells Sage he has business there, she believes him. But soon the two are closer than Quinn ever thought they would be. But they both agree to continue to see each other on the sly when they return home.
Soon that broken condom results in a little person and Quinn has to prove to Sage that she's the only one he wants in his life. That she's not something to be figured out.
This one was cute, with a lot of funny moments. I enjoyed this one much more than the first book. I do hope there is more to come. Maybe with the school teacher and the mechanic, or we get to see the half siblings from their absent mother.
A very charming romance book. I loved the characters in this book. The characters are heartwarming. This was my first time reading from this author.
I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. I have read many books by Ms. Quinn and Ms. Elliot and enjoyed them very much. This book was funny, had a fun storyline with great characters and there was lots of steamy romance. Claim my Baby is the story of 2 enemies who find themselves pregnant and eventually fall in love Oliver is skittish for relationships and Sage is a virgin who gives herself to Oliver during a vacation in Vegas that she’s won from a radio station. Oliver’s brother is married to Sage’s best friend and the four have quite the adventures. I gave it 5 stars and would recommend this great book.
Sage wins a trip to Vegas and is determined to lose her virginity there with a man she’s been battling forever, Oliver, who is known to be a playboy. She discovers later, he went to Vegas with her as a favour to his twin brother and sister-in-law, in order to babysit her. Seriously? Send a guy who beds women to babysit a woman looking to lose her virginity and ensure it won’t happen? Of course they never expected that the two would find chemistry, and Sage will become pregnant.
I will just say, the premise of the story was a bit too much for me. However, the story was well written around the issues I felt were in the plot.
Thank you to Netgalley for the opportunity to read and review an ARC of this book and I am providing my honest review.
This was a fun, hot read. Here are two people who did not like each other, drank too much, had sex and someone got pregnant. She doesn't expect much from him but he surprises her and himself. I got this book from NetGalley for an honest review. I enjoyed it. There was lots of chemistry that kept the story very interesting.
opy received from Netgalley for honest review
This was a funny, cute yet sexy story. We have Oliver who is presumably a arrogant, suit wearing, workaholic. He is by the book and stays on the straight and narrow. The "good son". All that is true except in the bedroom. He is a dominant, dirty talking, alpha with no holds barred. Then we have Sage. She is a sweet heart. Everyone thinks because she is so nice, that she is naive and can be easily swayed. Sage has a backbone and she can stand up for herself when she wants. She is also a virgin that finds out she has a thing for a little kink. They start out as frenemies. His twin is married to her best friend. They are always snipping at each other. When Sage wins a trip to Vegas and Oliver tags along and things heat up. It was fun to watch the Oliver fall for Sage. Her sweet innocence quickly wins him over. She makes him take things a lot less serious. She makes him laugh and enjoy life. She brings out the best in him. Book has strong characters with a strong cute story.
Oliver and Sage has known each other for long time and they have never got along. They enjoyed aggravating each other. They always want to one up each other. They are total opposite as far as relationship goes, Oliver, the ever suave talking playboy, Sage being virgin until now.
When Sage is heading to Vegas on her own to have some fun and finally ready to loose her V card. Her bestie was ready to pop a baby so she couldn't travel with her, so she asks Oliver also happens to be her brother-in-law to take care of her while she is in Vegas.
Now they are thrown in the hotel room together and sparks are flying. Sage is ready to loose her V card to Oliver? She is seeing different side of Oliver that she never knew. She wants to have fun and she believes he will provide all the fun.
On her first try, Oliver's condom breaks and it worries both but they decided to enjoy their trip together. Ever since their trip from Vegas, they decided to secretly keep seeing each other.
But when she finds out she is pregnant.... Oliver wants to be responsible and offers marriage. But Sage doesn't want marriage out of wedlock. She wants wooing, dating and whole romance.
Ready or not they will be parent to a child but will he win her over and find their happily ever after.
It was fun book to read. Sage and Oliver were funny and even though it was second book, it could be standalone.
I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys banters and frenemy stories.
I really enjoyed this enemy to lovers read with an unexpected consequences. I enjoyed the characters and the chemistry between the two was very hot. I liked reading about he characters in the previous book in the series and finishing out what they are up too.
Sorry but I couldn't get into the book at all. I tried though, I'm so sorry for my ADD brain.
I found the story be an okay book. It didn't awe me but it was okay. The writing style was pretty good. Sage and Oliver were certainly unique.
This book took me a little while to get into it, not a lot but at the beginning I had to push. It had its funny moments. We have Sage who is a virgin and plans on getting de-virginized on a trip to Vegas. Her friends send Oliver a known playboy and someone that she is not crazy about.. What could go wrong, right?
Oliver and Sage stole my heart with their witty dialogues and sexy banter and especially Oliver with his soft romantic heart <3
4 sweet stars
Trouble in my pants? That‘s what she called it when a man was helplessly aroused by the sight of her in simple white cotton?
Watching these two find their way together through secrets and surprises was so much fun!
I enjoyed this lovely and sweet frenemies to lovers story and because this was my first book by Taryn Quinn I now need to go back and read book #1 Have my baby because I want to know Seth and Ally‘s story too.
„I can buy me own bikini.“ „Good. The matter is settled.“ It so wasn‘t, but I sat back in my seat and bit my lip. I wasn‘t buying a bikini, but maybe I‘d go for a skimpier two-piece. Even go wild and skip the skirt. That would be fun.- I just love Sage ;)
Such a fun book. Oliver is the kind of guy you hate to love! And Sage is beyond sassy. Together they have great chemistry, their dialogue is funny, their entourage add so much comic relief, including Rob from the plane! No one is overlooked. A great read.

I was positively surprised because when I read the description I expected another story, but this one was so much better. Both Oliver and Sage are interesting characters, their bickering and pricking are funny and attraction between them and what they did under the sheets hot, hot, hotter. Although Oliver seems heartless and cold he has a great heart and although he doesn't realize it he had hots for Sage for years which we see in a small thing like remembering when they met and what she has worn that time. I also understand Sage and why did she react like she did, in the end, she received it. I loved the story.
I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly
A phenominal read from the wonderful duo of authors , Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliot otherwise known as Taryn Quinn.
These Ladies deliver us two strong main characters in Sage and Olover Hamilton .
Sage is best friends with Oliver.s sister in law so the two run into each other often , resulting in constant barbs and digs, but are all those barbs and digs back and forth just sexual tension . Maybe, but Oliver does not need to work hard for a women and Sage would be hard work ; Oliver is good looking, built and wealthy women pretty much fall at his feet. However when his sister in law asks him to go to Vegas and keep an eye on Sage, because she is concerned that Sage may get herself in trouble; since Sage has made herself clear that she wants to use the trip to punch her v-card. As much as Oliver would like to refuse he can 't refuse his very pregnant sister in law .
A scary first flight turn into Sage clinging to the very man, she dislikes and is made
at her best freind for sending . However all that clinging on the plane will lead to what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas type of weekend , that is with the exception of sneaking around together when they get home. The sneaking around however will come to an end when a pregnancy comes into the play, but Sage does not expect Oliver to settle down she is so set on telling him that she does not see what is right in front of her face. She does not see that her lover Loves her.
"Claim my Baby ", was a fun, romantic and ocassionaly comical read that I could not put down ,
Arc Graciuosly provided by Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
I didn’t like this book. I couldn’t connect with the Hero. He washing I could find attractive. Seemed very out of touch with the world.
Just the right amount of everything!!! Highly enjoyed Oliver and Sage’s story.
Loved that when there was drama it didn’t drag on. Oliver’s wooing with the Origami was so original and fit perfectly with his personality. It showed us a more softer and caring side of him.
Sage... what a way for a girl to lose her virginity!!!! She knew what she wanted and wasn’t afraid to go for it.
What I wished was different???? I wanted more of the story!! Maybe there will be a book three with Dare?????? Laurie and Wes’ wedding perhaps..lol
This is definitely one of those quick and easy reads. I felt like the buildup to the problem was too long. They didn't find out she was pregnant until half the book and I wish she got knocked up before that because there could have been so much more. But overall, I really liked Oliver's growth in this story and the friendship circle.
