Why can't men like Pierce exist?! He is flipping perfect! Like seriously he is so funny and his absolute obsession (not in a weird way) with Rian was comical as well as envy-inducing. This has been the best RomCom I've read in a long while. It is low on drama, high on lust and laughs with a hefty dose of romance to pull it together. The naughty bits while they aren't high in heat, they are sexy and seriously fun. No lie I want a man to treat me like he does Rian. He will be my impossible model for when I look for a date. Rian is a super strong twin that has a take no prisoners personality. Which was good for Pierce and his ego. She doesn't let him get away with anything and I LOVE their interactions.

I loved this book so so much and I adored the characters. It was so hard to put down and I want to read it all over again. I want even more. I highly recommend this incredible addicting book and its perfect man!

Pierce is trying to make a change in his life and meets Rian thinking she is someone else. They start off rocky but are attracted to each other. Their relationship has its up and downs but is never boring. This story is full of humor and hot scenes, you will not be disappointed. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

When Rian Sutter meets a very handsome, very disgruntled man in the cereal aisle at a local market, she doesn’t expect what’s coming to her.
Pierce Whitfield is a stand-up and persistent man and he will get what he wants out of Rian.
This book was my first read by Ms. Hunting and I’m sadly realizing what I’ve been missing on. I found myself immersed in a fun and heartfelt story filled with the right mix of secrets and romance.
Smart and sassy, Rian learned to fend for herself and her sister the hard way. Owner of a guarded heart, she’s not ready to give into Pierce’s charm and sets herself into beach summer fun mode. On the other hand, he is not the bed hopper she thinks and he finds himself invested in the über independent young woman.
I really enjoyed the story as well as the characters, both main and secondary, and found myself invested in the way their lives are weaved together. Ms. Hunting is obviously very adept at providing the perfect balance of fun, sexy and romantic without losing sight of the qualities that allows the reader to connect with her characters.
Speedos, freshly baked cookies and real estate competition never felt so good!

I Flipping Love You was definitely a fun read. We have Pierce Whitfield who basically stops in Rian Sutter in the middle of a grocery story isle mistaking her for her twin sister Marley. Rian is thinking what the heck. So, begins an interesting courtship.

We have Pierce trying to get a chance to go out with Rian and will practically do anything to get that chance. While Rian is pretty leery about Pierce. He's wealthy, good-looking guy, and also she has a secret past. Those secret past. Anyway, these two have more things in common than just attraction, they have a thing for flipping homes.

Helena Hunting is such a fun author read. She tends to bring to life fun characters, with fun drama. Some of the things her characters say are hilarious. So, if you are looking for something fun and light to read, you might want to trying I Flipping Love You. This book is tied to a series, but you can start with any book and will be okay. In this series they focus on the couple in the story.

This book definitely had sparks! Especially between Rian and Pierce. I never knew what was going to happen between these two as I read the book. I am typically not a fan of characters that spar or try to one up one another, but with these two it worked in this book. It might not be my favorite of books by this author, but it was still an enjoyable read.

From the very first scene, I knew this book would be anything but a fixer upper! I love Helena Hunting’s razor-sharp writing, her effervescent characters, and the ‘uniquely Helena’ storylines and dialog that only she can dream up. I love the Shacking Up world that Helena has created and I Flipping Love You is another perfect addition to the series.

Rian and her twin sister are real estate agents in the Hamptons. They have overcome life-altering challenges imposed upon them by their less-than-law-abiding parents and they’re working toward their goal of purchasing their own property to flip for profit. After a case of mistaken identity in the grocery store, Rian is drawn to the egomaniacal stranger who both intrigues and infuriates her.

Pierce is Amelie’s sister (from Hooking Up) and he flips houses with their brother. Like Rian, he’s also dealing with family issues; namely, the huge mistake he made at his father’s company. As a lawyer, he’s used to making deals, but with Rian, that playbook gets thrown out the window.

From their unconventional meet-cute until the very last page, I adored Rian and Pierce. Their chemistry is off the charts and their banter is hilarious. Rian can’t catch a break and embarrasses herself numerous times in front of Pierce, which left me laughing while feeling a bit sorry for her. Throw in a horrible online dating experience, the aforementioned mistaken identity, and the competition in the Hampton’s housing market between the brothers and the sisters, and you have the blueprint for a one-of-a-kind comedy that only Helena Hunting can deliver.

There were so many laugh-out-loud moments in I Flipping Love You that I couldn’t put it down for fear of missing the next funny scene (that she somehow tempers with tenderness that you don’t necessarily expect in a rom-com). I don’t know how she keeps doing what she does book after book, but whatever mojo she has, she needs to keep blessing us with her comedic genius.

I’m a big Helena Hunting fan so I was super excited to read this. It was a slow start for me. It got so much better but I had to get through the first couple chapters. Once I got into it it was a quick easy read. It was sweet and adorable with a little sexy mixed in. I really enjoy the banter that Hunting adds between her characters. Anytime a book makes me chuckle out loud then I most definitely recommend it to by fellow bookies! If you want a quick fun read then this is just the book.

Rian Sutter is getting the look from this good looking hottie in the grocery store. Just when she thinks he’s going to ask her out, he starts yelling at her for damaging his Tesla with her vehicle. Stunned, Rian has no idea what he’s talking about, when her identical twin sister comes up behind her. Pierce Whitfield, thinks he’s seeing double. As he’s yelling at the woman that hit his car in the parking lot, he realizes that he’s got the wrong twin. When they make arrangements for a payment schedule, Pierce makes a decision to get to know Rian better. The sisters have been trying for years to dig themselves out of a hole their selfish parents put them in, when they skipped town and left them with a tremendous debt. Now they are real estate agents spending the summer in the Hamptons and doing everything in their power to succeed.
As an attorney, Pierce has no enjoyment in his life. This summer he and his brother are going to buy properties and flip them for a profit. Little does he know that Rian and her sister Marley are his competition.
This book was romantic, hot as hell, and very funny. I love everything Helena Hunting writes and this is fantastic!

I loved Rian and Pierce's story. This book had me smiling and I couldn't put it down once I started. The writing was so good and now I've got to read more from this author. I can't wait to read Amalie's story.

I am a huge fan of Helena Hunting's book's, and this story was another fantastic one by this author. I Flipping Love you had humor, angst, sweet romance, and a great storyline. Pierce and Rian were such great characters and were even better as a couple. I loved the banter between them and the way their relationship progressed into something amazing. The sex between them was blazing hot. The emotional connection they shared was wonderfully written, The storyline kept me hooked all the way until the end and I found myself smiling on numerous occasions while reading. Hunting is truly skilled at creating lovable characters and light and funny books that completely captivate the reader.

‘‘I Flipping Love You’’ is such a fitting name for this book because I am pretty sure you will flipping love this book :) This book is the third book of the ‘Shacking Up’ series. All the books in the series can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend you to read all of them. Helena Hunting is one of my favorite authors. I love her humor. The way she balances humor, romance and heartbreak is amazing. She is simply the ‘Queen of Romantic Comedies’.

Rian is sweet, sassy, independent and really smart. She is really good with numbers but thanks to her parents, she and her twin-sister Marley are guarded and have trust issues. As for Pierce, he is a successful lawyer but after making a big mistake on his last patent case, he decides to take the summer off and spend time in Hamptons flipping houses with his brother while deciding what he wants to do with his life. He is rich, handsome, sweet and really smart. When he sees someone hit his car and run away right in front of his eyes, the only thing he can do is just watch. But ‘kismet’ is in action :) After couple of days he runs into his hit and runner in the same grocery store. However, the girl he is watching closely is not really the runaway he is looking for. When Pierce realizes that he caught the wrong twin, he doesn’t want to ley her go because he is intrigued by Rian’s attitude and integrity. Ohhh and of course there is an undeniable chemistry between them. Even after they figure out the payment for the damages for Pierce’s car, he doesn’t want to let her go. And thanks to ‘kismet’ life keeps throwing them to each others path. Will Pierce be able to break through Rian's prickly exterior or will Rian be able to overcome her trust issues and give Pierce a chance? That is for you to find out :)

‘‘I Flipping Love You’’  is sweet, funny, heartwarming and sizzling hot story, which will keep you flipping pages until you are done. I hope more ‘Shacking Up’ series books will come. I would love to read about Rian's twin Marley's and Pierce's brother Lawson's story too :)

Would I recommend this book: Yes.
Would I re-read this book: Yes.
Would I read future books by this author: Yes.

Such a great rom com! Pierce and Rian are fantastic together. Another great book in the series. You do not have to read Hooking Up or Shaking Up to enjoy this book. But I always say to get the perfect, full effect, read the first two. Great summer read.

This is a perfect summer beach read. The sweet and fluffy romantic comedy is set in the Hamptons and it tells the story of a real estate agent and a wealthy lawyer who buy, renovate, and sell beach properties for profit.

Pierce is a near perfect alpha male character. He’s super rich and handsome and his real estate hobby provides an escape from his stifling corporate life. He’s sweet, caring, and generous – and he has a three-legged rescue dog. Do guys get any better?

While I loved Pierce, it took me a few chapters to warm to Rian. She starts the novel with a bit too much aggression and anger. I think the author was trying to demonstrate Rian’s independence but too many of her sassy moments just felt rude and bitchy. She gets better later in the book and I did enjoy her resourcefulness and the banter between her and Pierce.

There is great heat between Pierce and Rian and a few comical moments that keep the story light. Ultimately, this is a fun and easy read. I’m sure I could poke holes in the plot and relationship if I tried, but it really was the perfect book for an afternoon on a sun lounger with a few cocktails.

I’m a big fan of Helena Hunting’s writing style, she writes in a way that will have you transported to a different world and you’ll be unable to put the book down. I flipping loved I Flipping Love You, it’s fantastic!

Rian Sutter grew up with rich parents completely oblivious to the fact that they didn’t earn their money in the most honest way. She and her twin sister found out the hard way in their late teen years. Now adults, they’re working to get their life back on track by buying, flipping, and selling houses in the Hamptons. Rian’s crazy sister gets her in trouble with Pierce, a handsome lawyer, after damaging his car and then fleeing. Pierce confuses Rian for her sister and an unlikely bond begins to form. Pierce is only in town for a while, taking a break from his city lawyer life, he’s helping his brother with his real estate ventures by doing the labor for their flips. It takes a while before Rian and Pierce realize they’re in the same business but once they do things go from steamy to crazy competitive as they compete for the same properties.

Rian and Pierce find themselves in several awkward situations that had me laughing out loud and a few good natured, creative pranks the two played on one another. This story never has a dull moment, both Pierce and Rian live crazy, busy lives and that makes for a very fast-paced book. I really enjoyed it and I think that the author did a great job of giving us enough glimpses of Rian’s sister, Marley, that I’m hoping the next book in this series is her story!

This is the third in the series, but can be read as a standalone for sure.

We first meet Rian when she is faced with a very angry Pierce, as he mistakes her for her twin. Then they meet to resolve the accident issue, and... well Pierce would like to keep meeting her as much as he can. Their chemistry is clearly fantastic, even if the timing is wrong for both of them.

As we get to know Pierce and Rian, and learn about their backgrounds, we also know that there are some serious conflicts of interest which could arise in their dealings in the Hamptons. Pierce though is in for the long haul, and just needs to convince Rian. Sadly, her past has made her wary, and her parents' fraud is usually the ending of any friendship, so she is nervous of revealing her true past.

I didn't find this story as laugh out loud funny as the others, although the green Speedos were a brilliant touch. As we watch the potential disaster approaching, it is difficult to know how things will turn out well, but luckily, Helena Hunting had it all sorted for us and provides a perfect ending.

First off, I will say that I will read anything and everything Helena Hunting writes. She just that kind of author for me. After saying that, I have to fully disclose, that this Shacking Up Series, has been hard to get book loving brain around. I really wanted to LOVE I Flipping Love You, for many reasons. I work for a construction company IRL, I am sucker for characters from other books showing up in current read, and of course Helena.

I liked this book, but it took me a month and half to read it. I usually devour Helena's book, and sometimes will start them again. This one, not so much. Once things got going, I was moving at little faster pace. The story was not complex, and really I felt like this book was rushed in many sections. At points I felt like chunks of back story were missing, and I have read the other books, so that wasn't the problem. Once I got over how long it took me to get into, I did find that I liked these people. I especially liked that we saw Rian initiated sexual situations and once or twice was the aggressor. The fact it wasn't just about Pierce being the cave man and that he liked that Rian took charge.. I liked that she was written to be smart, and funny and not a size zero.

I realize that reacquiring the mansion was the end game for Rian and her sister, but some parts of that process were very predictable. Overall this book was just "meh" for me, and as a fan of her other books it was hard for me to feel this way about this book.

I just really love Helena Hunting's writing. She writes steamy novels populated with smart, strong characters with a side of witty banter. Really enjoyed reading about Rian and Pierce's love story and glad that there was no huge stupid misunderstanding as a plot device. When they were not making smart choices, they owned it.
Thanks to NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for an ARC in return for my honest review.

This is the 3rd book in this series and though I read the first, I must say that I haven't read the second. I thought I would be missing out on some pertinent information, turns out, that nope I was not and I was glad. This is Rian and Pierce's story. These two were hilarious, I found myself laughing out loud several times. Rian and her twin? I mean seriously, Lol. When Pierce and her meet you can not only feel the chemistry, you can almost see it...it's that hot! Filled with some minor angst, some past problems and the back and forth between Pierce and Rian made this a delightful and fun read, once they got their act together. Loved it! 4 solid stars!!!
