Isn’t there a saying that the best place for ‘singles’ to meet is the grocery store? That might be further from the truth in Rian’s case. While shopping for groceries at the local supermarket, Rian finds herself embroiled in a case of mistaken identity. Meeting Pierce wasn’t what Rian expected. The arrogance that escaped with Pierce’s words was met with snark and intrigue. Something that kept Pierce thinking about the gal that pulled his attention.

Through a series of coincidences, Rian and Pierce find themselves crossing paths over and over again. Something that increased the tension and attraction between the two. With Rian jaded from past life experiences, Pierce has his work cut out for him to secure a date with the woman that he just can’t get out of his mind. As hard as Rian tries to keep Pierce at arms length, nothing will keep Pierce from trying to learn more about the gal that he just can’t seem to get out of his mind.

I Flipping Love You was a cute fun read. I hadn't realized it was part of the the Shacking Up series until I went to post my review and saw it listed as book 3 in the series. Even though it's book three in the series, it can definitely be read as a standalone.

Rian and Pierce meet is a funny way. He mistakes her for her twin sister. They have fun banter which was one of first things that hooked me to this story. Rian is fun, sassy, and says the funniest it things sometimes. At first see wants nothing to do with Pierce. He's sexy and hot but she tries not to like him. They have a few run ins before she gives in to him. Pierce is a nice guy. He comes off jerky at first. Even though he at first mistaken Rian for her sister, he's attracted to Rian not her sister. I really loved these two together.

Although I have read a few books by Helena Hunting, it’s been awhile. I am not crazy about the cutesy, suggestive titles that seem to be all the rage in contemporary romances these days and almost didn’t get this book for that reason. Glad I got over myself enough to read this book. I am an HGTV fan so loved the background of this story. Flipping homes and buying up homes to use as summer rentals in the Hamptons is the premise. The book also has a superhot H (Pierce) and the feisty girlfriend (Rian). Ms. Hunting is great at witty dialogue which kept me thoroughly entertained. This was a one day read for me. It was enjoyable without being too cutesy! If you are in the mood for a fun, house flipping contemporary, don’t let the title keep you from reading!

I Flipping Love You by Helena Hunting was a story about Rian, who with her twin Marley, had to work hard to get out of debt that was created by their parents who got caught being liars, cheaters, and thieves after they took off and left the girls behind. So while out shopping at the grocery store, Rian was approached by Pierce. Pierce thought Rian hit his car a week earlier and took off, whereas, it was her sister Marley and when Marley didn't think she did any damage, she left. So starts the story about Rian and Pierce. A mixture of love, laughter, and miscommunication between the two of them. I really enjoyed the story. I received an ARC of this book for my honest review.

This was a really cute read. It had the "sweet" element with some seriousness, along with a few giggle-worthy moments. I really enjoyed the book and its characters.

I really loved the real estate component to this book. I am obsessed with a few real estate shows, so I couldn't wait to read this love story set in that setting.

Rian and Pierce are the characters you can't help but to love. Rian with her strong, independent personality. Pierce with his sweet, but take charge personality. They are definitely a pair matched well in this story.

I can honestly say I enjoyed this book from start to finish. From the plot, to the characters, to the build up to the end, I was turning the pages with a smile on my face.his was a cute read. I enjoyed this one more than others from Helena that I have read. I will update with a full review closer to the release of the book.

I sooooo adored Rian and Pierce. I loved the banter, chemistry, and the passion. They were perfect! I flipping love you is the 3rd in the series but can be read as a standalone. (Good thing cause I didn’t realize this till I already got the book..)
Rain and her family used to be part of the Hampton’s I guess “in crowd” (trying to think of the right word).. but when her dad made a few not so decent deals, it ruined the family name, and left them with nothing.
Rian is a real estate agent who also loved to dabble in home flipping or (like that awesome show) Fixer Upper.. After struggling with financial issues after her mom and dad left her and her twin sister completely broke.. they are trying to save what they can so they can try to buy back her grandmas home in the Hampton’s. Enter Pierce a broody but oh so hot and swoon-worthy lawyer who also likes to flip homes..
As stated I loved the chemistry between Rain and Pierce.. I loved everything about this story. It was light hearted with just a touch of angst.. and now I need to find the others and read them. 

I should start by saying that I love all of Helena’s books. Each series is set in a different style of business, and I think she puts an appropriate amount of research into her characters and storylines. When her characters speak about their jobs it’s very believable.

I really liked the chemistry between Rian and Pierce, but more than that, I loved the fact that Rian was such a strong, independent character despite what happened in her past. I think those strong women are needed in today’s fiction. I also like how Helena’s characters all seem to be connected in some way—they’re never really gone even if the current book isn’t about them.

I highly recommend this book!

I Flipping Love You may be the third book in the Shacking Up series but it can be read as a standalone, that being said if you're like me you'll want to go back and start the series from the beginning when you finish this one because it was so much fun.

Rian, pronounced Ryan only with an i, is a great character she is fun, sexy, and extremely smart. Usually it's a persons looks that can get them in trouble but for Rian, it was her super smart brain. This has not only caused her life to change, and not for the better, but the ramifications of what had happened when she was only a kid still make life difficult for her.....I bet you're wondering what I mean about that but I'm not telling, you'll have to read the book to find out.

Pierce, super sexy lawyer that is on a break from practicing while he lives with his brother for the summer. Pierce is persistent I will give him that, he sees what he wants and goes for it....honestly that's a really good personality trait if you ask me.

Pierce and Rian together.....well lets just say they cannot keep their hands to themselves, the attraction they have to one another leads to a lot of sexy times in some interesting places.....countertops, dryers, and beaches just to name a few.

I really enjoyed this book which had me laughing out loud several times, it was funny and steamy and most importantly it had me so engrossed I hadn't even realized I finished it in just a few hours. I highly recommend this book to everyone that enjoys a good story that has the ability to grab you and hold you from the very first page to the very last. Happy Reading!

Not my favourite Helena Hunting book, but it was still good. Filled with classic humor you expect in a HH book and characters that are funny, sweet and sexy. It felt more like a daily we did this, we did that kind of storyline. Enemies to lovers is a favourite of mine and Rian & Pierce definitely fit that. Loved hearing from previous characters in the Shacking Up books. Looking forward to a bit more in depth from this author.

The description of the alchemy between the main characters is great and the book is well written and full of fun.
It's my first Helena Hunting book and I look forward to reading other.
A very funny and good chick-lit that I recommend.

I Flipping Love You is the third book in the Shacking Up companion series. I wasn't expecting another book in this series so I was really excited when I fount out it would be part of it. I Flipping Love You follows Rian and Pierce (whose sister Amalie was the main character in Hooking Up which I loved!!). The two end up meeting when Pierce mistakes Rian for her twin. After their first encounter they continue to run into each other.

I thought this story following Pierce and Rian was adorable. At the beginning they are both pretty guarded because of past experiences but Pierce is a lot more open to the possibility of something happening. On the other hand Rian has been closed off for so long and she only allows herself to fully open up to her sister since it has been just the two of them for so long. As she starts to accept that she might want more than a casual fling with Pierce she allows him to see more of her and where she came from. I really enjoyed seeing the progression of their relationship throughout the story.

Since I've read and reviewed Hooking Up I have gone back and read Shacking Up. After having read all three now there were some things that stood out and made me a little disappointed in this one when compared with the other two. There were times when I found it hard to keep track of the passing time. Several times in the book one line would be talking about the current time and the very next line jumped to week or more later. I think this could've been easily solved with mid-chapter breaks. Another thing that really stood out to me was the lack of use of the side characters. Don't get me wrong, the side characters were there but the majority of the story took place inside a bubble where only Rian and Pierce and existed.

While Hooking Up was my favorite of the three, I Flipping Love You was a light, fun read with lots of humor thrown in. This was truly a story of a chance meeting and falling in love. I'm not sure if Helena Hunting has any plans for another book in this series but I would definitely pick it up if she does!

I Flipping Love You by Helena Hunting is a lovely, very sweet and enticing romance that hooks you from the very start and keeps you entertained until the very end. This is a enemies to lovers/ mistaken identity trope romance that packs a one-two sizzling punch. Marley and Rian are twins and they are also realtors. Their real dream is to buy, flip and sell homes. Marley is the free spirit while Rian is more introverted, because she wants to protect herself from heartache which she has know a lot of . Their parents, specificly their father, was a sleeze who schemed and took many many people out of money and then skipped the country and left their twin daughters behind to take care of themselves at the age of only 18. So Rian just wants to make sure she isn’t ever hurt. Pierce, is a patent lawyer for his father's company, which is famous for the Amalie Doll. He is on leave from work due to a loophole issue. He really wants to flip homes, that is his true passion. So he is staying with his brother at his beach house. Pierce and Rian meet in a grocery store in the most delightful way. It will instantly stay with you long after the book is over. Rian and Pierce had this instant connection from their first meeting, even when he was a total jerk. Rian is a bit on the stubborn side, though. It takes her a while to come to terms with Pierce. Their relationships had this push/pull to it and add their fun, witty banter, instant sizzling chemistry, and beautiful intense passion, Rian and Pierce will become your favorite couple in this series. Will they end up together and get their HEA or will their stubbornness push them apart? Only way to find out is to give this book a read.
My Rating: 4.6 stars *****

I love Helena Hunting and all of the the wonderful stories she comes up with. Rian sees Pierce starting at her in the grocery store and is amazed that someone like him would look at her the way he is, until things go wrong. He mistakes her for her twin and he wants payback. Once they figure out what really happened, Pierce is drawn to Jordan and tries to find ways to see her. She reluctantly, and only after he sees a horrible date she is on and she gets jealous when he is out with another woman, agrees to a date. Things go further than either expected, but they can't stay away from the other.
Is there a way that they can actually be happy together? She is keeping a secret from her past, which is why she took so long to date him. He is buying all of the houses she is interested in flipping. When she finds out, will she let him explain, or will she assume that he was using her? Is there any way they find happiness together? I laughed do hard at certain points while reading this book. I also got teary eyed at other parts. That is a sign that an author knows what they are doing, in my opinion.

Did I howl with laughter? Um, hello, have you read Helena Hunting before? Then the answer is obviously yes! I flipping laughed out loud at how Rian stumbled through her intro to Pierce. Even though he didn't have the first clue that he was exorcising some demons on the wrong twin, the instant attraction was enough to set panties on fire. And it only gets better from this meet cute.

Rian is the more balanced of the twins, but without a slight push from sister dearest, she wouldn't take a leap of faith - in the real estate market and with her emotions. Pierce is beyond easy on the eyes (thanks for the imagery, Helena), but what makes him so wonderful lies beneath the wrapping paper. Better yet, it's the fact that he's wonderful in the same way as Rian: kind-hearted and loving.

As always, Hunting gives us secondary characters who deserve their own limelight. The siblings are standout characters who move the story along in a perfect fashion, lending depth to development and plot. But then again, I have come to expect Helena to always wow my socks off with the way she weaves a story, the characters she introduces at just the right moment, and the twists with lend the appropriate level of angst. And let's not forget memorable steamy scenes which burn up our Kindles!

I thoroughly enjoyed this story because I love HEAs, I love men with heart & soul, and most of all, I love a story that grips by from the first page - tears, angst, or laughter - and never lets go. That's what this book did for me. I hope it does the same for you!

P.S. The other books in the series are just as amazing. Go grab them too!

This book was flipping adorable! This is the third book in the Shacking Up series, but it can be read as a standalone... A wonderful romance filled with love, laughter, granite countertops, dolls, and a neon green speedo.... what’s not to love?

Rian, Loved her.... she was the type of girl you would love to go out and have drinks with... loved her quick wit and her down-to-earth personality...Pierce wasn’t too bad either... just your typical Hut,nice, millionaire about town.... The chemistry between these two was intense and the banter was fun...

The relationship developed at a perfect pace, with both of them guarding their hearts against getting hurt...Rian has a bit of a past that seems to frighten off guys, will it frighten off Pierce? Or will she ever even tell him? Is this just a summer fling? Or is it more? You’re going to need to read this to find out! And it is so worth it!

Absolutely recommend two fans of romance with lots of laughs and sand🏖

*** thank you so much to the publisher for my copy of this book ***

I Flipping Love You is the perfect way to kick off the summer. It’s hilarious, sexy, romantic and highly entertaining, and my cheek muscles are sore from smiling so flipping much while reading it. From their first laugh-out-loud confrontation in the cereal aisle, Pierce and Rian have a charming dynamic and fan-yourself-worthy chemistry that leaps off the page. They trade rapid-fire, laugh-out-loud banter as they bicker their way into falling head over heels in love while competing for the next house flip in the Hamptons. There’s nothing not to love about this steamy, feel-good and heartwarming romantic comedy.

Great, Sexy, Romantic, Comedy that is the third in the Shacking Up Series. This story was Sweet, Sexy and Funny, full of great, flirty, witty, banter that will have you laughing out loud. This fast paced funny read will capture your attention from the moment our hero and heroine meet until the end of their story.
Rian Sutter and Pierce Whitfield may meet in a most unusual manner, but the chemistry between them is evident right off the bat. Relentless in his pursuit to get a date, from the gorgeous, outspoken and intelligent, Rian, Pierce just can’t get a break, until they start to run into one another, again, and again. Pierce finally breaks down Rians’ defenses, with his persistence, swagger and their sizzling attraction. I Loved Pierce, he was so patient with her, and so totally taken by her in every way.
This book is not only funny but sexy as hell. Yes, there are a few moments in this book that are hotter than hot. But besides being sexy and hilarious, this story has a lot of heart to it. A sweet Romance, that will give you all the feels, and will literally sweep you off your feet. I laughed and swooned over their story hard.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Helen Hunting’s I Flipping Love You is flipping adorable! It was like watching a romance unfold on HGTV.

I truly enjoyed loved reading the I Flipping Love You by Helena Hunting. This is a wonderful story filled with humorous banter, disagreements, and lots of heat between Rian and Pierce as the chemistry between them flares. Rian and Pierce find they have more than mutual attraction in common, they’re both vying for the same pieces of prime real estate in The Hamptons and neither one plans to give up without a fight. I loved these two in all their glory. Neither one let the past, present, or future affect their needs or feelings for each other. This might be my first book by Ms. Hunting, but it will definitely not be my last.

Ms. Hunting wrote a wonderful story with relatable characters who were fun to read about. I really enjoy reading this book and had trouble putting it down, turning page after page, wanting more once I turned that last page. I highly recommend this series to other readers.

I've had such mixed luck with the Shacking Up series and Helena Hunting's books. I enjoyed the first book in the series but thought the second was a bit of a mess. I was curious about this one because it has a real-estate agent heroine. It's always fun to read about career-driven women. Plus, the Hamptons setting was hard to resist. I Flipping Love You fell somewhere in between the first book and the second for me.

Honestly, the opening scene of this book which involves an angry businessman, a case of mistaken identity and a scratched expensive car was a hoot. It was hilarious and really sucked me into the book. That was probably one of the best parts of the book. Rian and her fraternal twin are real-estate agents with dreams of someday flipping houses. Rian was a decent character. She's driven, has a tough shell around her heart and is very smart. I will say that she was prone to dramatics a couple of times throughout the book, but for the most part, I didn't have any issues with her character. She and her sister had some trust issues because of her family's history and understandably so. Pierce was equally enjoyable as a hero. A Manhattan lawyer, he comes to the Hamptons to help his brother flip houses. Pierce comes from money but is a little unhappy with his career and is trying ways to be happy. He was such a chill and charming guy and I liked the parts we saw of his character in I Flipping Love You.

Pierce's romance with Rian started off on such a funny note. I was sure that I would absolutely fall head over heels in love with these two. I definitely enjoyed their dynamic in the beginning. The constant running each other, the bickering and the chemistry were a lot of fun from a reader's perspective. That feeling didn't last very long though. Their romance started to fizzle out in the second half. I wanted to see them connect on a level deeper than just sex. I didn't feel like we got to see them emotional in any way here. So in the end, I wasn't entirely gaga over this romance.

I Flipping Love You was a fun book, but it definitely had the potential to be stronger, especially in the second half. Give this one a shot if you enjoy rom-coms!
